The second presidential debate of the 2024 election year, but the first debate between President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris takes place tonight in Philadelphia, hosted by ABC News at 9:00pm ET.
The entire corporate media system has been assisting the Kamala Harris campaign to establish a preferential narrative while simultaneously covering Harris’s exit from all prior positions. Harris has been prepping with the Obama team, and she is expected to play the race and gender card as much as possible.
The debate is being simulcast by multiple media outlets, carried on PBS and broadcast on Newsmax as well as other alternative platforms. A few of those livestream options are presented below.

Trump needs to practice yoga. He had very good resting ‘still face’, almost as if he was focusing on his breathing but he has a tendency to wind himself up talking louder and louder. His body language becomes more animated when he needs to show less. Relaxed Donald Trump is what we needed to see. He also needs to not just get the kill shot but decimate his opponent. He should just say exactly what he needs to say and then leave it up to the audience to fill in the rest. To do that he needs to drop specific factoids at the right juncture so the audience knows and Kamala knows that he has the goods. He was the former President of the United States and sat on top of the largest intelligence organization in the world.
Harris on the other hand was very poised and well spoken but is an empty suit (or empty pant suit). She, was and is standing on the shoulders of entire press including ABC, big tech, Government, etc. so got the easy softball questions. She is and could be as brain dead as her “boss” and would be feted.
My analysis is that ABC and the other television stations are zombies. Harris would never agree to debate on any right-of-center podcast and she would never stray out of the shallow end of the press pool. Trump on the other hand will do anything to further what he believes will benefit the country. Victory Trump. Loss ABC.

3 things I wished he would have said:
1 – In his closing, ask the simple question: are you better off than you were 3 1/2 years ago?
2 – they eliminated 61 executive orders relating to the border on day 1. That’s why we are where we are
3 – under my administration, there were no new conflicts in the world. We had peace and prosperity
He did cover #3. Trump was easily provoked and tended to take criticisms personally and they coached Harris well into playing on those weaknesses. He defended himself well but in defending himself allowed her to sidetrack him at times. This was a waste of time and energy. The moderators asked pointed question on his actions as president and proposed policies but Harris got off almost scot free from accounting how she would pay for any of her proposed policy initiatives or really do anything different when it came to handling inflation and immigration. Her policies would certainly increase one and do nothing for the other.

I’m disappointed that she was able to make herself seem like a viable candidate and therefore make the steal plausible.

The mug backpedaled for a couple of rounds trying to stay alive and managed to tag the champ with a few punches that seemed to increase his confidence. By the time the last round rolled around, the mug decided he could trade blows with the champ…for a while. You can imagine how it ended – a crashing right hand from above that the mug never saw coming and knocked him out. If she thinks she won the debate, then let’s do it again…I don’t think she can keep it up

I thought Trump missed a real opportunity on the healthcare question to introduce the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) concept.
