What is clear from that “diary” is that any mental health professional who had contact with this person — all of whom are mandatory reporters — should be in prison. Yes, said responsibility extends to all physicians, hospital personnel and mental health professionals. It is simply not credible to believe with that volume of insanity expressed in said journal that multiple professionals, including those who were “treating” Hale, are not culpable. Yet I see no presentation to a Grand Jury, no searches, seizures or charges despite the law being clear.
Similarly the recent shooting in Georgia follows the same pattern. In this case the FBI claims they had no probable cause a year prior despite alleged threats. Well, perhaps that’s true and the precise specifics are important thus I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. What I won’t give anyone the benefit of the doubt on is that a specific and precise threat to shoot up that school was communicated to the school that very morning and given the prior interaction and investigation, along with the knowledge that said kid attended that school to fail to act by both law enforcement and the school administration at that moment goes even further than “mandatory reporter” liability and is sufficient to be charged as an accessory before the fact to murder for every individual in both law enforcement and operation of said school who had knowledge of the threat.
Again — where are the arrests? There are people who were killed in both instances.

He has a point, if we so much as avoid taking a speeding ticket, the government will go as far as using deadly force against us, but will not enforce laws where breaking them does much more harm to our society.

But when we say “the government” in relation to them it tends to give them a certain all encompassing power. Personalize everything with specific names. Calling out their names reduces some of that all “encompassing power.”

The mayor of Sylacauga claims he received information from the offices of the Governor and Senators Tuberville and Britt that the Haitians are here legally and have work visas.
Tuberville’s office denies any knowledge of this as well. No response from Britt’s office was reported.
Sylacauga is a small town of around 12,000 people, most of whom have lived there all their lives.

I’m not interested in “consent decrees” or fines because a monopolist can force the customer to pay for both, and repeatedly has and does. Show me the imprisonments over the last 50 years.

He actually texted me because I’d publicly mocked his interaction with Cooper — mockery that he now mischaracterizes as “outrage” and “hysteria” — and that apparently got under his skin. By text he accused me of slander, saying I’d smeared him as a Nazi. He also insulted me repeatedly. I asked him what I said that was slanderous or even hinted that he was a Nazi and he refused to answer.
It was in response to his accusation of slander that I explained why I, and others, had publicly voiced objections. It was pretty wild, I explained, to see a Hitler apologist platformed and praised effusively by Tucker Carlson. He replied, “Platformed? You mean ‘spoke to?’” I said yeah, you spoke to him on your platform to purposefully amplify his voice and that has understandably raised some eyebrows. It’s fine if you want to do that, I told him. You have every right. But people also have a right to respond honestly and critically without being accused of slander.
I have always appreciated Tucker’s support of free speech in general and The Babylon Bee, in particular. I do not appreciate his publicizing and mischaracterizing our private interactions. I also think it’s beyond silly how Tucker and others on the right are pretending they aren’t “allowed” to have these conversations. He claims we’re living in a society where you’re “not allowed” to express heterodox views. That’s ridiculous. He and Cooper started a discussion. Others have continued it. No one has tried to end it. Pretending it’s “forbidden” just because people care enough about the truth to respond is both dumb and dishonest. The conversation happening over the last several days has been about whether or not Cooper’s claims are valid — it has not been about whether he had a right to make them. That’s debate, not censorship.
But this is the new playbook for many on the right. They make provocative statements in hopes of generating objections, and then they cite those objections as proof that no one is allowed to have the conversation. I guess they think you’re too stupid to see that the objections are themselves part of the conversation.

Saw the destruction of the nation up close last night. Due to some unplanned circumstances, went into a chain grocery store 50 miles away from our rural location. 9 out of 10 groups in that store were jabbering some language other then English. Half had groups of dirty little kids opening food packages throughout the store. Neary all had shopping carts full of expensive crap. Steaks, roasts, high sugar garbage. All were paying with EBT cards. Those who were screaming at their filthy kids in English were either grossly overweight or tatted up lezbitarians pawing on each other. Tried really hard just to identify any normal looking, English speaking people. Out of the 100 or so people in that store, we saw maybe 4 or 5 who looked and sounded somewhat normal. Big surprise, those were the ones like us paying cash at checkout. Getting in and out of the parking lot was another adventure. Really glad we had the Doberman and German Shepard with us. Tripping around the parking lot was obviously homeless dregs and meth heads. This store was less then 5 miles from the conservative, middle class neighborhood we grew up in. Couldn’t wait to get back out to our quiet, boring, rural home.

That was my experience when I signed up for Social Security only without the kids. There were elderly POC from Asia, Africa, Central and South America and not one of them spoke English. We were about the only white couple there signing up and about the only ones who spoke English all the rest needed an interpreter to file for Social Security! My guess is not one of them paid one penny into Social Security but will be paid the same amount as we get for working for more than 50 years and paying Social Security taxes!!! I couldn’t wait to get out there, felt like I was in a third word hellhole!!! Just my experience!

A thought. The common phrase of, “bringing “folks” here to do work citizens won’t do”, is just putting cart before the horse. The original in place workers need to be replaced/removed so the new ones fill in the empty spots. They need new workers in situ ready to go when called on. What good is it to “remove” one group of workers and then have to wait months and years to get the replacements here. Have them already here.
