Didn’t the recent Supreme Court decision throw out much of the evidence and oral argument used by Bragg and CoAngelo against President Trump that was used to convict?
The Supreme Court decision required that no evidence could be presented to grand jury unless a hearing was held IN ADVANCE to determine whether or not any presidential immunity applied?
The Supreme Court ruling also said that nothing relating to the President could be used in court, not his aides, not his writings, nothing could be used to even develop other evidence.
The Supreme Court ruled that Sarbanes-Oxley felony obstruction only applies to SEC stock fraud type of cases not for protests yet it was argued as part of the allegations in the Bragg Case that President Trump was guilty of Sarbanes-Oxley Obstruction!
Wouldn’t all that require the guilty verdict be set aside by the judge? It would for anyone besides President Trump. No?

Trump may have a maneuver available here. Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan is a notorious schemer. He started up with the legendary Wayne County Exec Ed McNamara, aka “Big Ed”, aka “King Edward”, aka “The Boss”. Duggan was his hatchet man.
Duggan will cut deals, and like Big Ed, political ideology means less to him than political influence and power. If Trump can get to this guy somehow, he may be able to block the worst of a Detroit steal. RFKJr may even be able to help here.

I’m reading a 1942 book on Stalin by Emil Ludwig. A couple pages of how in 1932 Russians were wanting to disarm of all armaments. This comment is not about the veracity or not of that. It’s ridiculous that I have to add this statement, but here it goes. I am going to vote for Trump no matter what this November.
