4th PSYOP (or 4th POG, as in 4th Psychological Operations Group), is the active-duty component of Psyop, wheras some of the other groups (like 7th POG etc) etc are comprised largely of Reserve component units. Each Group is then broken down to individual Battalions and then companies, units, etc

Most of our financial system is built around the fallacy that the value of assets can only rise (appreciate).
When a bank makes a loan, they need another asset (someone else’s savings) as collateral on default of the loan. This ratio defines the health of the bank. As payments are made on the loan, the ratio improves. Dodd-Frank sets some limits on how much a bank should loan, which can drive investment behaviors (risk exposure).
If a bank invests in real estate, and the value of real estate can only go up, that’s a hard asset that means the loan ratio can only go lower. That’s great for removing risk to the bank. If the payee can’t make good on the mortgage, the bank lien entitles the bank to a share of a higher value when the property get sold.
In a world like 2008, where real estate was completely overpriced, the bubble pops, and assets depreciate / deflate / drop in value, what happens to the bank who had loaned money expecting high value liens? Suddenly you can’t sell the houses at auction, or they sell for considerably less, and the bank takes a big hit. Enough losses and the public start to ask, is my money in savings that got lent safe anymore? And if that happens, and people start moving their cash out, that bank run can go bad very quickly.
And CA’s economy is dependent on finance taxes, which is dependent on commercial real estate in completely overpriced towns like Los Angeles. We all joke about the million dollar cape cods, but right now, there are billion dollar empty high rises in CA cities. That’s why they MUST get anyone to fill these properties and make payments, to keep the big banks solvent.
We are really close to another tipping point, and should that tip right before the election, it would be disastrous optics. The Democrats don’t give a crap about Great Depression 2.0, they only care about retaining power.
They will prop it up as long as possible until after the election. Then let the SHTF

If we have bank failures en masse or credit freezes in the loan sectors again, it is going to get real ugly, real fast.

He is making the case that as a society, we need to encourage intact families – at least not actively discourage them as has gone on since shortly after the gummint murder in Dallas in 1963.

The feminist movement worked as hard as it could to prevent young women from taking the marriage and family path. It worked on me until my own political awakening in the late seventies.
There is a deep problem that Vance is unafraid to address. It’s an argument that is not “weird” and needs to be engaged.
I’m looking at the totality of his remarks and finding it weird.
I agree that our society needs to do better at providing the environment for families to flourish. IMO his remarks go beyond that into personal territory that is none of his or any politician’s business.

Who is running the govt in the executive branch right now? It’s obviously not Joe. He’s been mothballed already and they just show his picture once in awhile or release a statement supposedly from him but probably is not. I don’t think people know or care that they have no President right now because they realize they haven’t had one for 4 years and have gotten used to it. Really kind of scary how the people ignore their federal govt. and who is really in charge and are ok with it.
Same people who have been running it since he was “elected.”
I’m not the only one that finds it alarming that “diversity” in this country somehow means having foreign nationals from India taking over institutions that they had nothing at all to do with creating.
At a certain point we should have realized there’s a plan in place, and we’ve passed that point.
Maybe people could make a case that we owed something to American blacks because of slavery, and American Indians because of “stolen lands”, not that I agree; but Indians?
How and why did we allow this to happen?
I think this post perfectly exemplies the problems people are having with Indians. None of those companies were started in India or by Indians and were not run by nor associated with Indians and India during their respective golden ages. But all of them seem to be getting agressively worse or stagnating since being managed by them.
How we relate to these companies and how we perceive them has steadily deteriorated as time has passed and there is no reversal of this trend in sight.
So it’s not actually a good look when Indians brag about these matters because it adds to another big problem they seem to have: an almost pathological lack of self awareness. In this case in particular, lack of self awareness that bragging about being simultaneously at the helm of a bunch of formerly-great-but-now-disliked companies does not actually confer high status and fails to impress anyone.
It’s like trying to show how cool you are by doing and saying things that were cool years ago but are now frowned upon.
It all compounds into cosmic levels of cringe.

This started a long time ago mostly with Indian doctors. Actually I had a doctor 40 years ago who immigrated from India.
He was a smart doctor and had my best interest at heart. The only one at the time who could figure out immediately what was wrong with my racing heart. He probably saved my life.
But this whole country is failing now and everything and everybody as well thanks to the poor example set by TPTB.
40 years ago means he probably went to medical school on his own merit and didn’t come here on a diversity visa.
Some Indian doctors I know are Christian and very good!

Since 1943, AAPS (American Association of Physicians and Surgeons ) has been dedicated to the highest ethical standards of the Oath of Hippocrates and to preserving the sanctity of the patient-physician relationship and the practice of private medicine.
As an example of their policies, let me share the AAPS policy on DEI found on their website:
1. Our country has been besieged by the Marxist-based ideology, known as “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion,” which is infiltrating the practice of medicine through medical schools, biomedical research, hiring practices, and government regulations. Intrusion of DEI ideology into medical education and medical care is dangerous for patients and compels AAPS to issue this statement.
2. The ethical foundation of medical care dates back to the Oath of Hippocrates and obliges physicians to provide the best possible care individualized for each patient. Furthermore, safe, ethical, and high–quality care requires individuals who have the intellectual capacity, motivation, academic achievement, and moral compass to successfully negotiate medical school, training, and ultimately the responsibility of rendering care for their patients. DEI dogma promotes false ideology and mandates that are antithetical to these obligations and requirements.

Standards for students selected for medical school and postgraduate training, or for any physician, must be the same regardless of race, gender or other social metrics, and include a level of competence measured by academic achievement and standardized tests. 4. Patients must not be prioritized, or discriminated against, based on their race, gender or any other politically favored, or disfavored, status.
5. Our merit-based nation has been the most successful in history and has spent decades promoting equal opportunity for all citizens, celebrating achievement and supporting special needs. America has raised the standard of living for the greatest number of its people, while nations that embrace ideologies that disparage merit tend to decay into widespread poverty.
6. Vigorous and urgent actions must be launched to eliminate the destructive DEI ideology from every aspect of the medical profession before it is too late. Patients’ lives depend on it.
