Representative Clay Higgins is a member of the congressional investigative task force looking into the assassination attempt by Thomas Matthew Crooks against President Trump. Rep Higgins was also doing independent research prior to his appointment to the congressional committee, and he released his preliminary report findings today [SEE HERE pdf].
There are some remarkable revelations in the 6-page pdf. One detail outlines how it was a Butler County SWAT officer who fired the initial shot that stopped Matthew Crooks after 8 shots fired. The Feds did not initially stop the assassin, the locals did. Another detail highlights how the Butler County coroner was not aware the FBI quickly released the body of Crooks for immediate cremation.

Justice Scalia died in Texas. Under state law, no autopsy is required in a case where there is no suspicion of foul play. Normally an unattended death would require an autopsy however in this case by all appearances it was natural causes. The family can still request an autopsy but chose not to.
That was unfortunate, however, due to the public interest in the justice’s cause of death. It doesn’t require a lot of imagination to suspect there was f**kery afoot. An autopsy could have dispelled those fears for people who think a 79 year old man dying in his sleep in a manner consistent with his known health condition is suspicious.
So don’t get murdered in Texas.

Yes it was.
All this talk regarding the availability of specific radios/radio channels, while somewhat important, were avoided in the past by having a USSS agent with full communication capabilities physically present in the command post with local law enforcement. Further, in the past, USSS agents were physically present with local law enforcement at all mission critical locations. Was personally part of these local LE teams several times over a 20+ year period several years ago. During the many Presidential or Presidential Candidate visits, there was never any coordination or communication issues between the USSS and local LE period. The ONLY conclusion a somewhat reasonable person could make from this USSS failure in Butler PA was that their failures were 100% planned.
This is just one of the many lapses that are too perfect to be coincidence. The US Secret Service showed up without interoperable radios, so Butler County made some available to them. Reminded them to pick them up, repeatedly, but the US Secret Service failed to do so. I am coming to believe, regretfully, that this was no accident. It wasn’t incompetence. It was deliberate.
It is only by the grace of God and the actions of the Butler county ESU that President Trump is alive today.
We don’t have genuine evidence that a Butler officer actually took or made that shot, and this story still relies on an SS agent making the kill shot, again, without specifying from where that shot was made.
I’m fully on board with the Grace of God being the determining factor in President Trump’s survival.
I’m still not convinced by this latest story though, once Trump was on the deck with the obligatory response of the agents at hand, the attempt on his life was over, it was mop up time, everything that transpired from that point forward was acts of the Derps and maybe an honest cop or two.
According to this preliminary report there were two shots fired by law enforcement that day. The first by a Butler county SWAT officer disabled Crooks’ rifle by striking it in the stock. The second was from the Secret Service counter sniper that killed him.
Several seconds elapse between Crooks’ rifle being disabled and the killshot. Crooks was mag dumping into the crowd. The SWAT officer shooting from the ground near the AGR building saved countless lives, including possibly President Trump. Those Keystone Cop Secret Service agents stood him up right in the line of fire.
Assuming this story is true.
Rep. Higgins is still active reserve duty for the LA AG besides previous law enforcement and military service.
The man states that he has been ‘on this’ since his first tweet 3 mins after President Trump was shot.
He personally spent 3 days on the fairgrounds in Butler investigating on his own accord.

But I will wager that Mr. Higgins lost more sleep in those three days than SS liar Rowe has since J13.

Any halfway smart person with two software defined radios and a laptop can listen in to the Butler County radios. You won’t hear every secure channel but you’ll get a lot of traffic. Also, it can be recorded, and even streamed live on the internet.

The operational issues are but one factor to assess. There has been a almost total lack of forensic evidence analysis completed ( or at least indicated ) – before you add in the factors of the prior alert to major media to be present and filming ( not done for prior Trump rallye’s, stock market short sale trading on Trump’s stock issues, and the Blackrock purchase of the shoot building. There’s is a whole lot of interviewing of subjects related to each of those issues that will never be accomplished, I’m sure!

The most interesting revelation is the first return fire at Crooks came from a Butler ESU SWAT officer. The bullet struck Crooks’ rifle, disabling it.
If you listen to the audio Crooks fired three shots slowly at President Trump, then begins shooting as rapidly as possible. After the eighth shot, there is an odd sound. He doesn’t shoot again. Several seconds later, the counter sniper kills him.
I wondered if Crooks’ rifle jammed. It turns out The Butler county swat officer destroyed his weapon.
Crooks was clearly going for a mass shooting, dumping rounds into the spectators in the bleachers, after taking out President Trump.
A shot that disabled the rifle, that is a difficult shot to pull off if you were aiming specifically for it and more or less as good as incapacitating the shooter himself.
If he did not have another weapon on himself and the rifle was nonfunctional, he possibly could have been taken into custody for interrogation.
The SWAT officer was aiming for Crooks’ head. He hit his rifle. So he missed, but in this case, the miss did its job by stopping the shooter.
Just saying it would have been fortuitous, if there were no contingencies to ensure the shooter only left the roof in a body bag.
Now we know why SS had counter snipers at this rally, for the first time. SS Counter Snipers first priority was to make sure Crooks could not talk.
The FEDERAL Bureau of Investigation should be defunded and disbanded. All employees released (fired) not transferred.
All INTRASTATE investigative authority should lie SOLEY within each state’s sovereign jurisdiction.
All INTERSTATE investigative authority should be a joint investigative task force between 2 or more states.
The federal funds for the defunded FBI should be equitably dispersed to the 50 states.
Fine tuning needed, but this is the best starting point given the weaponized FBI in DC.

I am in favor of reassignment to the states in the case of the FBI and assigning Secret Service to a completely new agency like space activities were taken from the USAF and given to Space Force. I initially opposed that when Trump did it but this has completely changed the way they do business. There are those formerly in the USG and around it that still believe in this country and that it belongs to the people. They will come back if the mission and conditions are right. As I recall, there is at least one photo taken by LE on the roof when they immediately arrived. Three spent cartridges were in one location, and another five spent cartridges were in another location, about ten feet (parallel) away. This could explain the time separation between the first three set of shots and the second five set of shots: the shooter moved ten feet to the side to get a different angle. This is my own speculation; I haven’t seen or read anybody mention it.
Or… the first three shots were fired from another rifle by someone else and 3 casings were dropped on the roof by the first SS or FBI guy on the scene.
On a bodycam tape shown a few days later, an officer bent down and picked up what he said were “5 shell casings.”

One of the agencies came across this weird kid at the shooting range more than a year ago. He was a perfect candidate for the patsy. They groomed him. When it came time He really was not quite ready but they ran with it. Gave him carte blanche to scout the area ,walk right in with range finder walk around with an AR and scoot right up on that roof that was a perfect shot. For me they have to prove they did not plan this cause the dots are well connected and soldered in place.

I saw a really good documentary on the JFK investigation. At the time Kennedy was assassinated, it was not a federal crime to assassinate a president. It was just a murder committed in the city of Dallas, under the jurisdiction of the Dallas Police Department. Dallas PD had a very competent homicide squad. Then, without warning or legal authority, the FBI scooped up all of their investigative material and took it back to Washington DC.
The purpose of the documentary was to reconstruct the “first day evidence” as collected by Dallas homicide. One interesting revelation, all materials were disorganized. There were some boxes where it was clear they just swept off somebody’s desk into a box. When the Evidence was put back into order, for the first time since 1963 in Dallas, one thing that was discovered is a complete set of Oswald prints on the rifle. The photographs had been separated in different boxes.
The explanation is unlike a big city police Department, the FBI isn’t very good at investigating homicides. Especially the supervisory and executive level personnel who tried to do it. Their bungling of the case is what gives rise to a lot of conspiracy theories.
None of which precludes the possibility that shutting down a competent investigation WAS the conspiracy. Can’t have the trail of evidence followed to where it leads. That might be inconvenient for somebody.

Yes, it was a USSS Sniper that provided the kill shot. If you read Higgins report he clearly states that Butler PD shot but got the gun thus preventing any further shots by Crooks. When he bopped his head up, the USSS Sniper shot him in the mouth.
I have not kept up. Where did the USSS sniper shoot from? The trees by the water tower or the water tower. I saw that someone said a sniper could sit in the tree until very late, then climb down and never be seen.
They’ve yet to tell us.
The kill shot was from SS Hercules 1, the team that was responsible for the south part of the security perimeter. They had to pivot north and set up their rifles to the north to nail Crooks. SS Hercules 2, whose responsibility was the north side of the perimeter had their view of Crooks blocked by the trees.

If you read Higgins’ report he explains 0what he has uncovered to date that accounts for tjr shots and points to one shooter. He is still investigating.
One of the most damning items in the report is that the FBI restricted and then cleansed the crime scene in haste, thus hampering any future investigation. Intentional? Given past behavior, the answer is “Duh!”.
Will a 2025 GOP Congress defund the gargantuan FBI HQ project and, at the least, drastically cut their funding? I won’t be holding my breath waiting for such needed bold action.

The FBI and USSS must be purged of the senior leaders and long term civilian lawyers and civil servants who are the mid level and upper mid level management leaders along with all political appointees. The FBI -NSD division must be permanent destroyed and its kind must never ever be allowed to rise again. The people who staff this organization must be arrested, charged and convicted of treason and sentenced to life in prison or confinement at a place like Area 51.
How is it President Trump was not hit a second time when he rose up with his head completely exposed to shout out to the crowd? Had the assassination plan by that time been aborted?

How come we only see photos of 12 yr old Matthew Crooks? Latest show him with Long hair. Did he “Transition” or something?

I am going to take the liberty of re-posting it again here and near the top of the first page.
I strongly urge all who have any interest, (no matter what your preconceived ideas are), to clear your mind and watch the video.
The video also has no Higgins info on the 9th shot mentioned as taken by Higgin’s “badass” Butler Swat member but ties down its likely location as between the shooter and President Trump. Swat was rather nearer to President Trump and in line with the shooter (Crooks).
Butler local Swat ran towards the gun (into fire) and took his shot endangering himself in the act, truly a badass.
I will repeat myself one more time the conspiracy is in the gaping hole in security left by the USSS who was in on scene control to allow this to happen.
Whether the shooter was Crooks or another shooter, the shooter was beyond a doubt on the roof of the AGR building and no other location.
Was that shooter on the roof contacted or influenced or gave information about the security lapse or that security lapse was intentional or not is plenty of room for conspiracy.
The questionable actions of the FBI is serious room for conspiracy.
Local law as witnesses and as bodycam footage all agree with the above video analysis.
Facts are stubborn things and as our host SD oft repeats exist whether we are comfortable with them or not.

Today the Daily Mail posted a picture of Crooks leaning on what looks like a wall. What wasn’t mentioned in the description of the picture is that it looks to me like Crooks has a cell phone in front of himself.
It made me wonder if he was communicating with someone.

Question for Congressman Higgins:
The pictures of Crooks seated or standing on roof … one of the back of his head – the other – looking to his left, so you see the side of his face … it appears he’s wearing blue jeans or blue pants.
The picture of the dead shooter lying on the roof … supposedly Crooks … is wearing white/light/tan pants.
Did Crook’s make a wardrobe change – or – is the dead guy not Crooks … maybe the missing ANTIFA guy with the white car and Arizona plates ??
