I was the tallest female in my grade school (K-7) by age 12. We had more girls than boys in my class, so in gym dance class lessons I was always made the male partner.

a) The energy lost converting natural gas into electricity, then transmission loss and charging loss. Why not just burn natural gas directly in easily converted gasoline engines (dual fuel).
b) and oh…why don’t Tesla owners have to pay fuel tax and highway tax on the energy they use in their cars? It would double or triple charging costs if calculated on the source energy. Worse yet, the fuel and highway tax collected from the rest of us are earmarked and siphoned off to Tesla and battery makers.
c) and then, exactly how much of a Tesla owner’s car do we taxpayers (who can’t even afford a Tesla) pay in subsidies. I’ve seen numbers like $90K/car if tax credits, incentives, R&D, rebates, and outright government cash are added in.

What’s the over/under on PDJT hitting 100 million followers within a week?
This election is for all the marbles (generally speaking, I think it will take some work and a decade+ to undo Biden/Harris policies if she wins) so I hope PDJT goes back to X – this interview is the perfect door opening to not make it awkward.
PDJT will have 20 times the X reach as Kamala and JD has nearly a 2x over Walz.
The Democrats are surely going nuts about this, and yet they’re pretending like it’s no big deal. The base says “yawn, we’re not going to watch” but I’ll bet they do. 🙂
I also hope Trump goes back to X. It’s the best way for him to speak directly to the people, without any filtering except what the EU Nazis are demanding (but it looks like Musk isn’t going to play that game).

Don’t discount JD’s help with the crypto community. Watch/listen (the interview can be found at any podcast site as well) to Michael Saylor on The Iced Coffee Hour – he discussed how the next administration will either help/hurt crypto. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the most favorable to crypto he puts Biden/Dems (interview was before he quit) around 4 and PDJT/Rep’s around 8.
A lot of the younger people are into crypto. In fact, Saylor discusses why there’s a lag in adoption between generations. When the government started printing money in March to June 2020, he was forced to learn about options for reserve assets. The market placed no value (stock price didn’t reflect this liquid “asset”) on his company’s large cash holdings: I believe it was around 500 million. It’s a very good interview and provides some foundational understanding of what BitCoin (BTC is an asset, digital property) is and how it differs from other crypto “currencies”.
