People should become familiar with the THIRD AMENDMENT to the United States Constitution. It is there for a very specific reason.
Amendment III – No ¹soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
¹I would argue the armed person protecting the president or vice-president meets the general guidelines for a soldier in peacetime.
The U.S. Secret Service, assigned to the detail of Vice-President Kamala Harris, broke into a private residence in order to avail themselves and their contingents to the bathroom facilities of an American citizen without permission. The USSS covered the camera with tape, then picked the lock.

Why it matters? Because the ideology of the U.S. Secret Service is currently a significant part of the discussion around who tried to kill President Donald Trump. The example above tells us exactly what the lawless ideology is like within the institution of the U.SSS.
Armed U.SSS Federal Agents broke into the building, because they knew they could break into the building.
Perhaps U.SSS Federal Agents participated in an assassination attempt of President Trump, because they knew they could participate in the assignation attempt.

I’ve pointed out in the past that the gubmint IS quartering foreign invaders in homes and has been for quite some time. Importing foreign mercenaries, then forcing residents out of hotels, apartments, and housing of any sort, including over the objections of the lawful owners who do not wish to rent to invaders, in order to plant those same mercenaries into that housing, is in fact quartering of troops.

I was once on a lengthy surveillance detail with a female (state) detective who needed to go, so she knocked on the door of a private residence and asked permission after identifying herself. . . . . embarrassing, but legit.

Law Enforcement has the power to commandeer private property (like the use of a vehicle) in exigent circumstances as part of their job, but I don’t think taking care of bodily functions meets the legal criteria.

If she was born here, then she is a citizen by birthright. She is an anchor baby. That’s why there was talk awhile back of doing away with “birthright citizenship,” and also why the dems were rabidly defensive of anchor babies.
There are many, many issues that Harris is vulnerable to legitimate criticism. She is ignorant, incompetent, foolish, incoherent, and worse. But she is also a natural-born citizen of the USA.
US immigration law makes ANY child born on the soil of the USA a citizen of the USA. The nationality or citizenship of the parents does not matter. Each such child born in the USA is a natural-born citizen. (There are a couple of exceptions for children born in the USA of parents on specific diplomatic visas, but this is a tiny number.)
If Harris was born in the USA, she meets the natural-born citizen criteria for being president.
Not by the original definition of “Natural Born”. There are all sorts of ways to gain citizenship but Natural Born meant a person born to two US citizens. That was the understood meaning when John Jay (later Chief Justice John Jay) had the President of the Constitutional Convention George Washington add that criterion to the Constitution for Presidential eligibility. Congress has never defined what a Natural Born citizen is. The concept comes from a French volume “The Law of Nations” which was heavily relied upon by the framers of our Constitution while they were writing it.
But she is also a natural-born citizen of the USA.
