1) Tampon Tim did not ‘retire’ in 2005 – it’s not legally possible and didn’t happen… the paperwork he presented show that he was ‘seperated’ – he was transferred to the Army’s Individual Ready Reserve or discharged from the Guard – he did not retire…he could retire at age 60 if he has a ’20 year letter’ that shows he spent the required amount of time in the Guard to qualify for retirement…he could have retired this year as he turned 60.
