This is not exactly “Breaking News” in these embattled times but “The Breaking (aka Break Dancing) Competition” at the Olympics has been a focus for criticism by many including the viral video of arguably the worst attempt at Breaking at the Olympics.
It may be overindulgent to include Breaking in the Olympics but there is no doubt to me that incredible athletic and performative skill was on display in this Gold Medal match. The “times they are a changing” in unexpected ways.

I just learned that the previously available video has been copyright restricted by the taxpayer funded CBC even though the link leads to their website with their ads to start. It could be the CBC didn’t want to share it with Elon’s X where it was becoming widely circulated until the ban.

Ah, a refuge from the refuge,…
its the little things,…
having lost my appetite, and after a 2nd or perhaps 3rd Dr. suggested it, I am trying MMJ ‘edibles’.
Also, learning to use the PEG Feeding tube, which I will be using full time, once I start rad treatment on my throat.
Second or third successful use of the tube, and several days of the candys, and I got my appetite.
I had a thin sliced boneless pork chop, sear cooked, and two fried eggs, and glass of milk.
It was DELISCIOUS, which is why I say,…
“Its the LITTLE THINGS, which are so special,…celebrate every one!”
