It appears “you have an organization like [NGP-VAN that is] actually being paid by [government] officials, and then they get that data and are in essence granting it to other political actors. This happened on my brother’s birthday. I was just about to turn 7 years old and I still remember seeing my mom crying during his resignation speech. I’ve always said he got shafted.
Two comments about Trump, and for those who don’t know I’m a hard-core Trump supporter since late 2015 so don’t mistake me for a Democrat. 🙂
1) Tighten the campaign ads. I watched one on YouTube that was Trump on his airplane speaking directly to the camera, which was fine except what he was saying was too loose and “rambling” (as many people say) and even I bailed before it was finished. In contrast, Kamala is delivering very tight upbeat messages that are of course totally scripted LIES, but to the average voter she’ll look good. At his rallies there are times when Trump speaks very powerfully with a tight message pointing out the Democrats failures and his plan to fix them. I want to see his ads looking like that too. People can skip the ads after like 5 seconds, he needs to grab their attention.
2) WHEN Trump is re-elected, if there is another need for a fast-tracked vaccine I want him to demand the old-fashioned type, not mRNA. Clearly the COVID mRNA vaccine was a vaccine failure, it did not innocculate people and stop the spread, and many people were harmed by it. Plus the pharma companies got to use nearly the entire world’s population as their lab rats and Fauci and others leveraged the media do denigrate anyone who refused to take the shot. And then in late 2021 Biden issued an executive order to have all unvaccinated workers fired even though at that time we knew the virus would still spread even if 100% of the world’s population had taken the shot. So President Trump, I beg you, do not put us through this again. I understand you were dealing with a very suddenly-released Chinese-created virus that spread like wildfire and you had to act quickly. I don’t blame you for trying mRNA. But don’t do it any more. Old-fashioned vaccines are far safer and more effective.

We can compare to 2020 and 2016 for examples of similarity or change. Did PDJT keep or renege on his debate commitments then? How did those realities interact with polling at the time? History, in general, is a pretty good guide.

Big Lots closing 75 stores in California. See the list

Discount retailer Big Lots is shuttering 75 stores in California, new regulatory documents show.
The 386-page filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission details new loan terms with its creditors. Two months ago, Big Lots said it would close 150 stores, but that number has since grown to 315.
California is taking the biggest hit. By the time the latest 75 stores close, it will operate just 34 locations in the state. At least 30 of the closures are in Southern California.

Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) has issued an executive order to require all votes for the upcoming November election be cast with a paper ballot.
Executive Order 35, signed on Wednesday, codifies the election security procedures put into place during Youngkin’s administration.
The order outlines several election integrity requirements, including a “documented chain of custody” wherein ballots will be tracked through “every step of the process,” and that no voting machines will be used — just paper ballot-counting machines that are not connected to the internet.
EO 35 also instructs the state’s Department of Elections to remove “non-citizens who may have purposefully or accidentally registered to vote.”

Now the narrative says that Kamalalala rallies are huge, and that people are leaving TRUMP rallies early, and/or that videos and pictures of his rallies are “photo-shopped” to increase the crowd size.

And so, we see that black curtains are put up to make a venue look filled for Kamalalala and that rock concerts are being called “Harris Rallies,” and when she starts talking, people walk away, having heard the concert!

Good to hear from you, I think the Harris campaign will inevitably descend into claiming that her appearances are to be restricted due to credible threats on her life by far-right activists. Wray will talk about this everyday and the press will play along with the ruse asking ever more ludicrous questions and trying to link any Trump statement to the ‘threat’. Anything to push, pull, drag her over the line.
Watching the assassination attempt I suddenly realised why they are so terrified of Trump. Moments after he was shot, the crowd resembled a lot of Americans today, divided, fearful for their loved ones, some cowering, some trying to help spot the threat. Then Trump, like some Titan, rose and brushing away the fat midgets, raised his fist and gave the now infamous exhortation. Fight! Fight! Fight! The reaction was immediate, that desperate, disparate crowd rose as one and began cheering.
They fear Trump because that’s what he can do for most of America, unify people in a common cause. The DS see such a leader as an existential threat, because they control by dividing and then segmenting those divisions. Amazing to witness how one leader can transform a situation by one act of bravery.
As you well know, a “public opinion poll” exists to influence public opinion, not to measure it. There are certain people who want above all to “follow a crowd.” They will ask you to tell them where the other lemmings have gone, and they will not question anything that you tell them as they blindly follow. Some of us are not sure that the RNC/Republicans/Trump Campaign have done enough to counter the cheat that we know will come. Megan Thee Stallion can twerk all she wants, but Kamala Harris remains the weakest Democratic presidential candidate since Walter Mondale.
The conservative influencers despairing at the apparent “energy” behind the DNC’s astroturfed social media rollout for Harris are in error. This race is Trump’s to lose. Kamala has no shot at legitimately winning the 2024 Presidential election.
She is an absurd candidate running a ridiculous campaign. She is clearly not the consensus pick of the Democratic party for the presidency. We know this because no voter ever cast a ballot for her in the primary. Moreover, her appearance in the race is entirely inorganic—the product of Democrat insiders deposing the sitting president from running again for an office he very much insisted he should hang onto.
Trump is an unstoppable force in American politics. He has enormous support from the American middle and working class. His signs dot the landscape. The lines for his rallies stretch for miles outside of every venue where he speaks.
The part of that article I agree with is this:
Kamala is a line in the sand. If she can be installed in the presidency, then there is no reason to keep holding elections.

I really wonder if BHO got cut off at the knees when “Dr” Jill put out the second message about Joe fully supporting Kamala less than an hour after his bizarre letter saying that he was withdrawing from the race? Now they are stuck with her but they know they CANNOT let her actually go out and speak to audiences/press in any kind of unscripted way because she will self-destruct! I also suspect that Walz was their last pick for VP but everyone else turned them down because they did NOT want to be associated with a losing campaign.
I do realize that we are, as in 2020, up against a totally corrupt media and they are already doing everything they can to lie to the American people about who both Harris/Walz really are (and in many cases succeeding, unfortunately). BUT, we have more independent media this time around and many people have had their eyes opened in the past four years so I think they will have a harder time selling a clearly horrible candidate…I HOPE!

The Global Alliance for Responsible Media has decided to “discontinue activities” after a lawsuit filed against them by Elon Musk’s X and the Rumble platform. The group was under fire for antitrust violations after they had orchestrated ad boycotts of both platforms using their monopoly.
The House Judiciary said this was a “Big win for the First Amendment” and a “Big win for oversight.” The House Committee brought questions about GARM, their monopoly on advertisers, and their use of that monopoly to influence online speech to a hearing.

The camera was in buffering mode when he checked the roof so when he did activate the camera you have no audio until it caught up. Usually an agency gives you 30 seconds to a minute lag time.
The body camera continuously buffers for a specific time prior to actively recording.
For instance if a Police Officer conducts a traffic stop for a moving violation and activates his camera either physically or turning on his light bar the pre set buffer time will back up to capture the violation but sound will be muted to protect the Officers privacy. He could have been engaged in a personal phone call or or talking to another officer in the car.
Once the video “catches up” audio kicks in.
Some holsters and tasers have sensors on them so if they are suddenly deployed a signal will be sent to the bodycam to activate or if another Police Officers Bodycam nearby is turned on it can communicate with another Police Officers camera to also turn on, this could happen in a precinct setting where someone puts their weapon in a secure locker before entering the jail but it’s close enough to another Officer using the restroom causing an embarrassing activation. A lot of agencies have reminders on their entrances to put their bodycams in sleep mode or turn them off or place them in the supplied chargers to upload their videos.
