I thought they change those rules, after Pence was almost goading into doing what was right. Unless, of course, they just changed the law if the President elect is someone they don’t like.
They may have changed some things, but they didn’t do so by a Constitutional amendment, so I suspect, if challenged, those rule changes would not be constitutional.

I agree rioting is for suckers, is far too easily manipulated by provocatuers, and can actually be counter-productive.
I do think a combination of what you suggest, basically a National Strike, combinef with a boycott on ‘economic activity’ can be absolutely devastating to any “western” country.
With a thorough understanding of how our supply chains are all run by AI systems, programmed with “just in time” based algorythms, its easy to understand how 20% of consumers ‘hoarding’ TP and eggs, during Covid could totally banjacks the system.
By the same token, a significant portion, say 20-25% of consumers STOP making their anticipated regular purchases, and not just one or two items, for say 2-2 weeks, has the potential to crash the whole system, which is NOT set up to handle sudden increase OR DECREASE in demand.
Think “Lucy at the candy factory” as trucks are unloading product at the grocery store, and there is no place to PUT it.
The beaty of this novel method of protest;
Firstly, it does not require much sacrifice, and the human nature trurh is the more sacrifice you ask, the less participation you get.
Participants still pay all of their “bills” for housing, car pmts., Ins. of various kinds, etc.
They just do not, for a period of time, buy any “consumables”.
Those who feel they can not participate in a “work strike” can STILL participate.
The system has no way to fight this, or compel compliance; they can hardly MAKE people buy stuff.
And, ALL would actually benefit; as the shelves, loading docks and warehouses became stuffed with stuff, despite inflation they would have no choice but to discount product in order to move it. Which means prices on consumables would drop, dramatically.
The AI systems to which humans have ceded control over our supply chains, are programmed to manage MICRO changes in supply/demand, and typically run 6weeks to 3 months ‘out’.
They are totally unprepared to respond to a sudden, precipitous drop in demand; they simply can not put on the breaks that fast.
Its like one of those huge shipping container ships, being required to go from full speed ahead, to dead stop in 50′; it can’t DO it.
Consider, in your call foe a National strike, a call for a boycott on purchases of consumer items; just two weeks would bring them to their knees.

Finally, there are photographs of FBI personnel hosing off the roof of the AGR building. Did the coroner request the FBI to take this action? If so, why would the coroner request the investigative body to remove evidence from a crime scene it was investigating. This seems odd. Was there no other outside entity available to the coroner?
