Having read through this amazingly concerning discussion, this is a good point to interject.
If something is owned by someone, it is there right to do anything they want to it. If one owns a house and wants to tear it down – one can. If one owns a car and wishes to have it crushed, one can. Personal property is one of the very core bedrocks upon which all of our freedom is based upon. That means if someone buys a flag and wishes to burn it, as revolting as we might find that behavior, it is there right to be able to do so. Paul was right in that if it was a public flag, then there are specific laws about the general theft and destruction of public property that would apply and should be used.
Any one of us could identify a considerable list of “behavior” that we strongly disagree with. Disliking others behavior is NOT a reason to outlaw it or punish those who do it. That is the way of tyranny and totalitarianism – very much the way that the far left is goose stepping towards, even going so far as to try to eliminate basic unalienable or natural rights because they involve behavior they do not like. Don’t allow your own dislike or revulsion to make you do the same.
This does NOT mean there aren’t behaviors that are wrong or should be punishable. Many of them are based on violation of those same natural rights. Killing, rape, theft, etc.
Not criminalizing some behaviors does NOT mean that they have to be supported or condoned. An example here would be homosexuality. As a Christian I know this to be wrong, unnatural, and immoral. However, like many things, I would be strongly against outlawing it when it involves consenting ADULTS. On the other hand, I think it is very wrong to support it by giving it legal status and allowing marriage, tax advantages, and other legal blessings to its existence.
That same latter concept of not supporting certain behaviors is one that many “churches” have failed to understanding. Instead they misuse the principle that God said to love and forgive as a twisted reason to condone and support abhorrent behavior of everything up to and including what are essentially evil acts (drag queen hour for children for example).
Many who are against tough laws never disciplined their kids. Our side has many who are new to tough discipline. We cannot discount the ‘softening’effect that a relativism mentality has had on our mealy mouthed weak parenting culture.
Some becoming conservatives have only recently come to the realization that discipline and parameters are bedrock for advancing, from adolescent capitulation to peer pressure, to adult independent leadership and indifference to peer pressure.

I went and looked at the Minnesota arson law – the only way they could have charged someone is if they did NOT own the flag. Based upon that law, those who burned a public property flag could also be charged. That said, per their own laws, he should not have been sentenced to more than 5 years, as such an act would be considered a 3rd degree violation (destroys or damages personal property of another).

American flag flying is often contagious. The area I’m currently in had almost none when I first arrived. Up went a large U.S. flag. Initially it was positive comments by neighbors out walking when I was working in the yard. A handful of years later it is close to half the houses in the extended area flying a flag on a daily basis.
He has been known to embellish when expressing & empathizing feelings that, acted out, would get spanked on Constitutional grounds. He did it in his previous discussion of red-flag laws. Wisconsin, Arizona and Pennsylvania do not have blanket mail ballots. Only registered voters who request a mail ballot in writing to be sent to their legal address are allowed.
They won’t have the opportunity or mechanism for millions of illegal mail ballots if the Republicans monitor the whole process carefully!
But will the Republicans do that? Don’t count on it. Everything I see — or what I don’t see, more precisely, in terms of effective anti-fraud action on the ground — tells me that neither the RNC nor the Trump campaign has a proactive plan and field work strategy to deal with the massive election fraud which is now in the works. If this situation doesn’t change right now, today, the 2024 election will be lost.

That may be the way it’s supposed to be but, I’m in Pennsylvania, am a registered voter who has voted, in person, in every election for the last twenty years even though for the past ten years, due to severe arthritis, it has been extremely difficult and painful for me to walk into, and stand in line at the polling place.
I have never once requested a mail in ballot, however, two weeks ago I received one in the mail.
I have always before believed that the proper way to vote was to vote at the polls, in person on election day and that absentee ballots were only for persons in the military who were on deployment in foreign countries, stationed in other than their their home areas, or persons so disabled that it was impossible for them to physically go to their polling places.
Lately however, I have been getting messages from the Trump Campaign telling me that, if possible, I should vote as early as possible, by mail, in order to insure that my vote is actually counted. Somehow, in light of the cheating that has been going on during recent elections, I don’t quite understand how voting by mail is safer than voting in person on election day and would appreciate if someone could explain the concept to me. The fact that I didn’t request the absentee ballot has caused me to not trust it anymore than I trust anything else concerning the Democrats running our government here in Pennsylvania. If it is actually the case that my using this absentee ballot would better insure that my vote for Donald J. Trump is counted, it would also surely save me from the pain of walking into, and standing in line in November.
We are going to see on election night county by county how Trump is performing compared to 2020. If he is performing better in almost all counties, it is going to be very hard to steal this. So that is the key – get out and vote – and that is where the efforts are right now.
If he is outperforming his 2020 vote in most counties, especially in the battleground states, there should be earlier calls of Trump wins, if not by the fake networks and AP, then by the well known internet election watchers who made calls earlier than the fake media crowd.
When we go to bed on election night, Nov 5, we will know Trump did in fact win, and any shenanigans by the Dems after that will be obvious for all to see.
That’s my thoughts on this.

At which point it will be too late to do anything about it. That is what the sordid history of election fraud teaches us.
Here is what will be going down on election day. The MSM will report that exit polling and early returns give Kamala Harris a slim early lead. Enough fraudulent ballots will have already been injected into the system so that the early slim lead holds throughout the day into the late evening of November 5th.
Late in the evening on November 5th, Harris will claim victory, will demand that Donald Trump concede, and will directly challenge anyone to prove she hasn’t been elected president.
The next day on November 6th, Harris will proclaim that she has been elected president in a completely fair, completely free, and completely secure election. The MSM, the DOJ/FBI, and state authorities will back that claim up saying they have seen no evidence of election fraud.
Everything I see from down here in the MAGA trenches is that the RNC and the Trump campaign are expecting some kind of miracle to prevent the 2024 election from being stolen. The scope and scale of the proactive work needed to prevent 2024 from being stolen simply isn’t happening.
Biblical…“They hurt us we hurt them,” “An eye for an eye.” Confident. Inspired. Ready.
Those two should stop making themselves targets. Did we learn ZERO from recent assassination attempt? Who the heck is advising them? It feels to me MAGA is being pulled into an ambush — again

I respect DJT and this statement — But so much is at stake.
Soldiers in combat who survive several close calls … at some point, they sometimes just stop taking normal precautions. “Combat fatigue.”
It seems inconceivable to me that there won’t be another assassination attempt.
And then there are the threatened/abused women who say, “I’m not leaving town. I have a Protective Order. Why should I be the one who has to leave town-I didn’t do anything wrong.” And then some of them get murdered. That’s kinda what this reminds me of.

As much as the people in MN probably enjoyed the rally, this was a total waste of campaign money. Trump has no chance of winning MN. Yes, many of oustate MN will vote for Trump but vote fraud/cheating in MN has been going on for decades. The MN GOP is probably weaker than the Cali GOP and are a useless bunch. There are no Maga republicans in MN. None.
They might call themselves such until you review their voting record.

I don’t even watch these rallys anymore. Don tells the same old stories over and over. Like a drunk in the bar keeps repeating the same tired stories. He needs a new set of material. One that includes the fact he will lose if they don’t sew up the migrant ballot harvest coming up. Obamas 4th administration if he’s not careful.
