I have heard from very well placed sources that chargebacks are over 6%. About 100 diners. 10 at the bar.
The ENTIRE PLACE ERUPTED IN APPLAUSE!!!!!!!!!
She picked up her order at the back of the bar and walked front to the entry door. I realized what was happening. Started to applaud. The loud know-how of cupping stage applause. TH did it, our next door diners did it.
She turned at the door before leaving. Yet another full applause!!!!! Boisterous. TH only saw one crabby male who I did not have eyes on who stayed a curmudgeon!!!!!
