The Dnipro River essentially forms the boundary between Russian controlled territory and Ukraine. Everything East of the river is controlled by Russia, while everything west is controlled by Ukraine. This status is essentially the underpinning of the visible stalemate.
By most generally accepted accounts, the Russians have carved out the buffer zone they initially wanted. Russia is essentially no longer trying to take any more ground in Ukraine and in many places, they have begun rebuilding towns. That’s what it looks like on the ground.
Ukraine had crossed the Dnipro to take the village of Krynky (near Kherson) a few months ago and had been trying to hold the area. However, with the river behind them it was increasingly unrealistic to stop Russia from retaking the town. As expected, Russia pushed the depleted Ukraine forces back across the river.
UKRAINE – […] Ukrainian troops have lost a hard-won position on the eastern bank of the Dnipro River, near the southern city of Kherson, after months of bloody fighting to hold on to a piece of land in what some Ukrainian soldiers and military analysts have described as a futile operation.
The Ukrainian military said on Wednesday night that fighting continued on the eastern bank but that most of the main positions in the village of Krynky, where its troops had gained a foothold, “were destroyed by intense, combined and prolonged enemy fire.” The statement came after several Ukrainian news media outlets reported that Ukrainian forces had withdrawn from the village, which now lies in ruins.
The operation to establish a bridgehead on the Russian-controlled eastern bank of the Dnipro had been controversial from the start. Launched last fall, it was seen as an attempt to open a new front in the south that would disrupt Moscow’s logistics and tie down its troops in the area. But military analysts warned that the operation, which consisted of dangerous river crossings, was vulnerable in its logistics and unlikely to lead to rapid breakthroughs.
Ukrainian gains were limited to small pieces of land near the river, of which Krynky was the most notable.
[…] holding on to Krynky also cost Ukraine many lives. Ukrainian soldiers said they were stuck for days in muddy terrain with little to no cover from Russian artillery, drones and airstrikes.
An article published on Wednesday by Slidstvo Info, an investigative Ukrainian news outlet, reported that at least 1,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been killed on the eastern bank or are missing. That figure could not be independently confirmed. (read more)
It will be interesting to see what the State Dept/CIA do if Biden makes an exit announcement.
Will a successful Trump/Vance ticket fundamentally change the Russia-Ukraine war?
Lots of variables and financial interests positioning to keep the USA financial support in place.
The NATO alliance will do whatever the USA does.

I am so tired of this Ukraine shit.
amen
a few hundred billion $ here, a few there….put it on the grandkids tab….something for ‘posterity’…
You can be 100% certain that those spending those $Billions aren’t taking the money out of their own pockets.
While Biden’s grandkids have trust funds with the “Ukraine” money…
“soon adds up to real money”
and thousands dead or maimed!
They’ll be getting a few more billion USDs. It’s all so tiresome
They will get many many billions more. We’re in for the long haul. If the war ends tomorrow, we still have to pay to rebuild their country.
You know funnel money to BlackRock. Maybe pay the salaries of their teachers and firemen, rebuild their military.
BlackRock buying Ukrainian farmland/real estate while there is blood on the ground, while they finance U.S. politicians to kill Ukrainians and Russians.
Cold. Evil.
I wonder how much (if any) money the BlackRock entity lost on their gamble/shorting Truth Social shares the day before the murder attempt.
I hope there are some market tech people ‘out there’ that will keep questioning this action.
We’re already paying to run their government, pay their pensions, etc. Q = WHY are our elites SO obsessed with Ukraine!?
Look at the serious garbage on the leader board here. Biden exit, Ukraine, Global hi-jacking and America First to the back of the bus. No gas stove for you!
On top of an almost 1963 moment, and only because they are incompetent at that, as they are every Fing thing else.
Busy day, over it to. Going to chill with Blantons and Ella Fitz.
Well, have you noticed that there is no more spam with “Beautiful Ukrainian Women”?
Sadly, many of those women are now widows and their children fatherless!
Maybe they are now “beautiful Polish women”?
I married a beautiful Polish woman. And her family is happy to have gotten out of Poland. A country that wants to create a hot war that they cannot win.
Europe is going to have to find Diplomacy and stop poking the Russian Bear.
No World War III started, once again, by the fighting fools in Europe.
My friend was in Thailand Phuket and reported there was 170,000 Ukrainians there. They are very obnoxious to the locals – He said it was devastating. to see their behaviour.
Did the west relocate those 170k to Phuket? Wonder how Thailand will respond. What I have heard of their history is pretty interesting. Seems like they have resisted efforts to be dominated by anybody.
Ukrainians are very obnoxious to me.
Unfortunately, the Ukraine war, instigated by elite players from inside the West, has unescapable consecuences for the common Western citizen.
For ordinary Ukrainians, the US’s war policy is to fight to the last Ukrainian.
In Krynky, the Russians were happy to let the Ukrainians occupy Krynky for as long as the Ukrainians kept sending more soldiers every day to die.
Once the Ukrainians stopped sending more new meat across the river to Krynky to die, the Russians then shutdown their meat grinder operation, due to a lack of Ukrainians!
A thousand Ukrainians didn’t die there.
More like 10,000 Ukrainians died there!
Krynky was one of Russia’s favorite meat grinders!
Why would Russia want to put Russian soldiers out in the open, wide spaces of Ukraine to be killed.
The only strategic option is to kill Ukrainian soldiers.
Zelensky was ELECTED on Peace with Russia. Some Peace.

hardly. gw bush made iran ascendent by invading iraq and killing saddam. should israel attack hezbollah, the destruction of israel could also be laid at bush’s very clay feet.
Since Canadian David Frum, Barbara’s kid, a paid shill for American Warmongering continues to get a warm feeling every time a Ukrainian or Russian is killed, perhaps, big, brave Davey Boy can go to the Ukrainian Front Lines and cheer on his team.
Oh…he won’t ? Of course not. Davey Boy is in it for the Money.
David Frum is a Canadian a**hole.

People in my family think Ukraine should keep fighting and it’s our fault they’re not winning because we didn’t give them enough stuff to win. I can’t convince them that the war makes no sense and that Ukrainians don’t want to fight anymore.
Ukraine was never going to win, no matter how much money we gave to Zelinsky.
Win what?
Bobo: Exactly!
Russia has nukes. They were never going to lose.
russia has cheap oil and natural has that is easy to produce and transport.
Russia was never going to lose.
it’s an energy war.
in other news, GM has decided to invest 18 Billions (that is a capital B for BILLLION) in ICE truck manufacturing expansion.
yes, GM realizes that the world needs, wants, will, buy internal combustion engine powered trucks.
Yes, GM must do this, because it has lots approximately 300 Billion in EV car fantasies. (correction: GM didn’t really lose any money…it just experience opportunity costs losses..which is still very real. invest all your resources chasing EV dreams that never materialize, loses time, money and resources that you could have directed to make a small fortune selling ice vehicles that people actually want, can afford and that rely on the more efficient and powerful energy source that is available right now requiring no overhead bull corn: oil!)

If they feel that way they can go there and fight with them.
Do they know about the Bio-weapons labs the US had put close to Russia’s border? They probably need some education.
Most of these labs existed during the Cold War era, they are just repurposed old Soviet facilities.
Guess I’m not the only one with totally dumbass relatives. Apparently, they can’t get enough of mainstream media drivel.
As of 2024, the total number of aircraft of Russia outnumbered that of the Air Force of Ukraine by more than 13 times. The number of Russian fighter aircraft amounted to 809, whereas Ukraine had 72 fighter aircraft.
Note: The key word Ukraine “HAD” 72 fighter aircraft. That number is probably down to 40 by now and Russia keeps building new Migs. On top of that Russian has a few hundred bombers and Ukraine has none.
Compare the population of Ukraine at 30 million to Russia at 150 million. It’s like Canada trying to beat the United States in a war!

Ukraine will now import thousands of Muslim men to take the place of all the Ukrainian men who have died.
Let them have the millions that have been brought to the US by Biden
Yup. Plenty of military-aged men crossing over. Drop ’em off in Ukraine and adios!
Why would you wish that on the Ukranians?
I feel so sorry for these poor people! Our country has blood on our hands for this unnecessary war. So much death and destruction.
They will do the same to us if they can.
The war in Ukraine was decided last Saturday, imo.
I imagine most Russians (and Ukrainians) heaved a sigh of relief
when PDJT got up and raised his fist.
The war in Ukraine was decide when Biden allowed Russia to invade. Never would have happened under Trump.
No, the events that the Ukrainians triggered would have never happened.
Trump would have made a deal with Putin in ’20 and respected the Russian warnings about NATO.
Sure, the Globalists would have been furious from being kept out from buying Ukraine for pennies on the dollar… but, hey… Ukraine today would be a much different nation.
…..and you are one those guys who do not know or better never try to find out what happen since FEB. 2014 when ..we did coup and deposit legal president of Ukraine….

For 8 years Ukraine was committing genocide
on the Russian people in Donbas.
He didn’t invade….he liberated.
The 2014 Department Of State coup d’état in Kiev would never have happened under PDJT. That set the path to war on an inevitable course.
Russia was dragged unwillingly into this war by Odroner and Cornpop.
don’t forget gw bush pushing for ukraine and georgia to join nato, reported april fools’ day 2008. https://www.reuters.com/article/world/bush-to-press-for-ukraine-and-georgia-in-nato-idUSL01417062/
Whilst your comment Sundance on Russia controlling the land east of the River Dnipro may apply in the southern sections of the river it does not further north. Roughly in the Zaporizhzhia area the frontline runs east directly away from the river to Donbas and then north to Karkiv.
The Russians would love it if they had all the land east of the river under their control. As it is there is anything but a visible stalemate in force with fierce fighting by both sides as the Russians slowly make their way, village by village west.
Apologies, for essentially duplicating your comment.
And yes, the Russians, albeit themselves at times suffering painful losses, are grinding the Ukrainians into the dirt. The numbers of dead and wounded are enormous, and the losses in materiel are colossal.
ooopppsss Christianity
Whoever is advising the Ukrainians is perhaps the worst military adviser in all history. Basically the Russians have been replaying the battle of Kursk over and over again as the idiotic and suicidal Ukrainians send wave after wave of cannon fodder into the artillery kill zones of multilayer Russian defensive positions. Since they have never even tried to contest the air forces of Russia their infantry attacks and uncoordinated armor just provides targets for destruction. Uke armies are vaporized and the Russians sit and wait for the EU and NATO to collapse. God our leaders are the stupidest scum that have ever existed. I only wish that Blinken, Graham, Biden, and that blubbery idiot Alexander Vindman, were amongst the Uke ranks.
The Russians are replaying the battle of Dien Bien Phu, as well. They have executed multiple successful tunnel operations against seemingly impregnable fortifications.
The Ukes have used drones quite effectively, costing the Russians heavily in vehicles and personnel. The Russians have responded by developing super-armored (“turtle”) tanks, and assault brigades riding speedily on motorbikes.
The vehicles are a moot point.
Most of the vehicles that are disabled by the Uke drones have been left behind.
This is a war of hedges and treelines. The Russians will put a platoon in a vehicle and drive it fast to the next tree line. Once they get there the troops dismount and take over the place. At that point the vehicle is disposable and left unprotected, so its destruction is meaningless. The Russians have plenty of those.
Have you noticed how since two months ago the Russians have shifted to using dirt bikes? The soldiers ride dirt bikes from tree line to tree line… they are fast and the density of the attacking force so light that the 25lb bombs carried by the FPV drones prove ineffective.
This war is actually fascinating in its tactics and strategy.
Oh, the Russians have lost about 50K men.. of those 25K were freed prisoners ( Wagner mercenaries ) and another 10K were not in the actual regular Russian Army. Their current loss late is way low.
The Ukrainians have lost over 500,000 men so far. Their current loss rate is 2000 per week.
The published, and validated ratio, is 1:10 losses.
Yes, it is fascinating to watch the tactics
and strategy.

Was a Ukrainian victory ever the goal?
No.
The USA has had some pretty useless ‘military advisors’/glory seekers itself. Just one example: Am presently reading Flags Of Our Fathers. The Marine losses at IWO could have been drastically reduced had the Navy Command given ‘Howlin’ Mad Smith’ the ten days of ship’s ‘bombardment’ requested, rather than wanting the ‘headlines’ that were created by instead shelling Mainland Japan.
Spruance of the Navy was more than ‘casual’ in telling Smith that ‘I know you and your people will get away with it’. If it hadn’t been for the Marines “no quit” attitude???? Stupid loss of life… a lot like Ukraine?
Considering how well – entrenched the Japanese defenses were, 10 days of naval bombardment would not have made that much of a difference.
It had better. And given President Trump’s first term accomplishments I fully expect that it will.
Uncle Al .. what’s a guy like you doing in a classy joint like this? .. I’ve been following the real developments of this monumental NATO fustercluck since the beginning. Fell for the NATO PSYOPS for about a month till I sniffed out the truth tellers
This abandonment of Krinkyi is a good thing for Ukraine, so, for once in his life Sundance may be, for the first time in his life, a little off. This position with a river barrier behind it was completely untenable. Russians weren’t all that keen on pushing Ukraine out .. they wanted Ukraine to supply endless fresh meat for the grinder. The kill ratio here was off the charts .. 10 to 1 at a minimum .. maybe even 20 to 1
It was so pathologically stupid to keep deploying troops here .. you could almost suspect the Ukie Commander was a Russian double agent. If an actual Russian had been in charge, he could have scarcely done more harm to Ukraine
I’ve watched about half. Will catch rest later.
Thanks.
Wow. 4th Turning, indeed.
Thank you, Sundance, for reporting and analyzing it all.

It’s doubtful if Putin will ever trust the US again even if Trump is in office. Especially if the US agreed to the terms of Putin’s peace deal.
Keep in mind even though Trump and Putin get along, neither of them will be around forever.
A lot can be accomplished in four years.
PRAYING FOR IT
POTUS45(46*)47 will accept Russia keeps whatever it took and hostilities to stop.
If that be the case Russia will take everything it can or needs to feel secure and Ukraine is NOT taken into NATO.
My 2cents.
*we all know he won
Little by little, the ukrainian money laundering operation is being dismantled
Sundance’s description of the territory currently held by Russia overstates its extent by about double. Russia controls to the banks of the Dnipro only south of Zaporozhia. The bulk of Lugansk and Donetsk are under Russian control, as is of course Crimea. Russian forces are advancing also toward Kharkiv, slowly, from the northern border.
Russia wants the world to think they control from the river to the east so that when peace negotiations get going they can give up something they never had and keep just the far eastern part of Ukraine.
Factor this in: Notice the Russian line of advance along the coasts of the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea. They seem to be moving along in a salient from Mariupol through Melitopol’ and Kherson. The next logical step would be to continue the advance from Kherson along the Black Sea coast through Odessa to the Romanian border thereby cutting off Ukraine from access to the sea.
Endless war = endless money for the oligarchs the death of Christian soldiers on both sides in the cherry on top. These people are genuinely evil.

Leading ‘Trump Russia Hoax’ Propagandist’s Wife Indicted As Foreign Spy
Max Boot – a big fan of ‘forever wars’ who laundered Trump-Russia conspiracy theories through the Washington Post – is married to a South Korean spy who used to work for the CIA, and is a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations (now on ‘administrative leave) – according to a new indictment revealed on Wednesday.
https://www.zerohedge.com/political/ex-cia-wife-wapos-spy-hunter-max-boot-indicted-foreign-spy
I sat in a meeting once with Max Boot. Only about five people at meeting. He was guest of honor and he slept through entire meeting. It was embarrassing. The host brought out espresso to help wake him up.
When Biden was Obama’s VP his grand ‘strategy’ (cough, cough) for Iraq was to partition it up into three little countries, one for each ethnic group. His grand plan for Afghanistan was to partition it up into several little countries for the larger ethnic groups.
Now with Ukraine he is adamantly opposed to ever ceding one bit of territory, even parts that were lost to Russia back in 2014.
Partition is what Ukraine can look forward to. There will be a Polish/Ukrainian-speaking rump state and the Russian speaking parts will stay with Russia. That is the reality on the ground. It would have been the outcome of any honest referendum. It is the only way this thing can end.
Biden has been wrong on every significant issue for 50 years.
Hungary wants its share too…
Plus Belarus and Romania. Superimpose a 1939 pre – WW2 map over the current one and you will see it.
Ukraine had sent its Marine troops in the area of Kryki – one of the better divisions in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, wiping them out (killed and wounded) and decimating those battalions. Sad because it was more for PR than a viable strategy to win anything.
I wonder if Russia is going to allow all the corporations who are buying up everything in Ukraine to set up shop and ravage the rump Ukraine that is left. J.P. Morgan Chase and BlackRock are “helping” set up a reconstruction bank – for one example. For other examples are the munitions factories that are being planned by Rheinmetall and the Czechs.
And once the hot war ends the reconstruction will be the gold mine.
Interesting point. Never occurred to me that Putin might object to the US rebuilding Ukraine. He might. We are not good neighbors.
The Czechs… Skoda?
How many more must die before the inevitable peace treaty/ceasefire?
In case people don’t know.
700,000 Ukrainian KIA
140,000 Russian KIA
Biden will go to hell for stopping the peace treaty that the combatants agreed to in Spring 2022.
Sundance-
Krinky was a “honey pot” for the Russians.
They sat around it and destroyed the meat waves that the Ukrainians were sending. There was no reason for the Russians to go on the offensive, they could sit tight in covered defense and just bomb the “heck” out of the attackers.
Week after the week the Ukrainian losses were terrible ( NOTE: for at least two months now, the Ukrainians have been losing about 2000 men a week over all fronts… or more…).
Eventually, the Russians tired out the Ukrainians, specially as they have opened up new fronts in the North. Ukraine has run out of troops to attempt advances in the South. I think they have perhaps one “successful” counteract every other week, just small and tactical and short lived as the Russians wipe them out and retain the territory in due course. And then go forward…
And, oh, “stalemate”? SUNDANCE! This is NOT a stalemate, if you look at the history of the front, you can see how the Russians are keeping their loses minimal, destroying the Ukranians AND the Ukraine and advancing steadily East.
You see, Krinky typifies this war. The Russians move forward slowly minimizing their losses and attacking tactically and strategically. Then the Ukrainians will throw waves of meat forward.. the Russians dig in and destroy the attackers. Once the attackers are wiped out, the Russians resume their slow forward progress.
This is not a “stalemate” war, this is a meat grinder… a Ukrainian meat grinder.
Yes. I also disagree with the idea that Putin will sit back and reign in his troops because Trump is “ahead in the polls” and the war will soon be over. Putin can’t be sure of anything until Monday, January 20, 2025, as we just saw a few days ago.
A NEW Major Offensive by Russia? ~ Col. Daniel Davis w/Col Jacques Baud
According to those guys, as well as Victor Orban, who just visited Moscow, “a storm is about to break over Ukraine”.
By the way, in case someone hasn’t realized. The temps in Kherson have been running between 96 and 103 degrees for the last week and a half. It is supposed to cool down into steady 90’s this week.

So many dying. Trump is right. We need to stop this.
The EU just re-elected Ursula Vandercrazy as president, she just declared that Orban’s declared intention to talk with all those capable of aiding the end of the war is “not a Peace Mission but Appeasement.”
Triste.

The Russians have never done as the West expected. They began with what appeared to be “a direct frontal assault on Kiev,” but it was revealed to be a feint. They have never launched WW2-style attacks on “territory.
They still remember that these lands are part of ancient “Rusa.” (The original capital city was here.) They know who their real enemies are.
Most of all, they have systematically laid bare the ever-expanding illusion(!) of NATO. Demonstrating that it can’t even win a limited and conventional war. That it has “de-industrialized away” its potence, as have we.
I hope that our forefathers aren’t sitting on a cloud up there, looking down on us. Because, if they were, I’m certain it would be a thundercloud … 🌩️
the little demonic twerp Zelensky is not at war with anyone. LMFAO….Zelensky vs. Russia! 3 years later.
Should have learned something from the same pranksters who invented the covid hoax.
Meanwhile the formation of BRICS is now irreversible, the global CBDC and Digital ID are almost ready for full global implementation. And they couldnt have done it without their useful idiot audience.
A trifecta of virtue signaling signs was common in my liberal neighborhood back a few years ago. A Biden sign, Ukrainian flag sign, nauseating diversity sign of mostly ethnic hospital employees wearing masks.

Sundance is missing the Russians objective. The Russians are definitely still taking ground and will continue to do so at their planned pace. The Russians are currently fighting in the Ukraine while simultaneously recruiting and supplying another two armies to reply to the NATO expansion into Finland and Sweden. The Russians are carefully matching arms production to operations. Russia carefully budgets the arms so that there is growth in stockpiles to accommodate the new armies and continue the war in Ukraine.
As for Americans who think the Ukraine could win if we supply enough weapons they’re dreaming. We are not the arsenal of democracy anymore. Our basic weapons manufacturing is anemic at best. Our capacity to manufacture basic artillery ammunition and fighting vehicles is dwarfed by the Russian capabilities. The entire NATO alliance and the Asian allies such as South Korea and Japan doesn’t add up to the Russian capabilities. Our stocks of more advanced weapons like ATACMs , HIMARS , and Patriots are depleted , not being made at anywhere near the current use rates , and are far too expensive. F16’s and any other aircraft are too few to make any difference and there are no skilled Ukrainian pilots to fly the aircraft we do have available. Reports from training are that the Ukrainian pilots are performing poorly. Between the language barrier , totally new aircraft , new alien to Ukrainians strategy they’re struggling to master basic aircraft control. There are no weapons we can send that will make any difference in the outcome. The Russians will take whatever of the Ukraine they choose and will dictate the terms of the peace.
Another thing to understand is that even if we did find weapons or send large numbers of western troops and reversed the direction of the war the Chinese would step in to provide whatever means necessary to defeat the west.
Our provoking the Russian bear has been a colossal mistake that is hastening the destruction of the American Empire.
But: this “American Empire” thing… Exactly what is any such thing doing for “us = U.S.?” Why do we think that we have to rule the world? Turns out the world’s a pretty big place.
Seems like Israel, and England have been using us for that.
German Leopard tanks, plus the Abrams haven’t been super-effective in the Ukraine war.
Patriots can be tricked to shoot up at cheap missiles or glide-bombs, thus illuminating their location for destruction.
Drones have become much more dangerous & portable in the last couple of years.
The Russians have hypersonic missiles like the Kinzhal, while we don’t.
They also have gps flying add-ons that can be strapped onto many Soviet-era FAB bombs. These ‘glide-bombs’ can be dropped/ launched and ‘driven’ 40-50 miles into their target with good accuracy. Who’s winning?
North Korea says then can pump out 5 to 6 million artillery shells a year to help, not that they need it. We`ve been deindustrialized. Think we are making 60,000 in a month! Talking about new plants being built. That will take years! Our wonder weapons have been defeated by electronic warfare, etc. The west, and Israel have no defense against hypersonic missiles.
The Russians control the left bank of the Dniepr river, from its mouth to a bend just south of the city of Zaporazhizhieh and then south of a line extending East from that point to within the Donetsk Oblast. majior portions of the Donetsk and Zaporazhizhieh Oblasts (regions) are yet to fall under Russian control, including the major cities of Slavyansk, Kramatorsrk, and Zaporazhizhieh, the capital of the region. The front is moving steadily West, with significantly more daily losses of Ukrainian soldiers (KIA and wounded) than Russian. The Kremlin has declared as a condition for peace, Ukraine must withdraw its soldiers from the two Oblasts mentioned above, in addition to Kherson Oblast, part of which lies on the right bank of the Dniepr.
Wouldn’t it be interesting if Victoria Nuland, or even a flunky, were to comment here now?
How do you say “Hamburger Hill” in Ukrainian?
Meat grinder.
Ukraine has been kidnapping men off the streets for a year, and sending them to the front it`s horrible.
Maybe the Chalupa sisters?
The biggest turnip head of all?
Ben Rhodes?
Maybe Zelenskyy and NATO will get into realistic Ceasefire deals to save face. No, it wasn’t Trump who solved this we did it on our own. Overriding Trump Philosophy is don’t kill people.
The Ukrainian regime was wasting thousands of their marines, some of the better quality surviving units, for the Dnepro River missions. Due the decimation of their military and mass casualties, they had to redeploy them to the Kharkov region. The conscripts largely kidnapped and thrown into battle without training, or any will to fight for the radical regime are killed, surrender or simply vanish at an astonishing rate. Official telegram channels of Ukraine units publish posts that they understand this war is long lost, and thinking to save their own lives. Hopefully their military will simply surrender and end this madness. Zelenskii has multiple homes to flee to and pallets of cash stashed in the states and Europe, if the Azovs don’t kill him first.
The Nazi Azov battalions have anti retreat forces, and have killed lot
s of Ukrainian soldiers reteating, and surrendering. Killed Russian POWs on video another war crime.Make peace with Russia and Ukraine. After mind our own business.
Krynky wasn’t just about muddy ground…
From November to March it was across a partially/mostly frozen river.
Ukrainian reinforcements frequently had their landing crafts full of soldiers attacked by planes & drones on the way across.
With no operable air defense & few drones, the Ukes often drowned in freezing water.
After a while few wanted to cross.
As for the Russians, it really only tied up a small force.
When Spring came & Kyrnki became more of a nuisance than a ‘cauldron’, the Russians trimmed & later eliminated it.
It’s indicative of how this conflict has played out the last 1.5 years. Clearly the West-losing will continue. Thx Brandon!
Russia population 144 million. Ukraine 38 million less approx 10 million Russian ethnics in the East being bombed and slaughtered by their fellow Ukrainian countrymen in the west because they did not accept the 2014 coup by Victoria Newland of USA state dept. That woman should be charged with causing deaths of half a million Ukrainian men.
Wait!! What??
Putin isn’t marching across the Dnipro? I mean wouldn’t that be the easiest path a bloody, communist madman take to reconstitute the USSR? Isn’t that the point of the BILLIONS we dumped into Ukraine, because it was Putin’s big plan, first Ukraine, then Kearney, Nebraska??
Powers, Nuland, Kirby, Biden, steeped in the blood of thousands. No punishment is enough.
Hello My Deer Friends,
Those of us who have been watching the Military Summary Channel on Telegram have know about Krynky for over a year now.
Dima keeps us informed just about in real time. He also knows the correct pronunciation of all the Ukrainian city names.
Military Summary Channel is also on the U-tube and rumble.
Peace and Diplomacy. Stop starting fires all over the world. Why not just pay all these War Mongering Grifters to sit on their thumbs. It would be far cheaper and safe lives and generations of future “hate thy neighbor” brick walls.
Ukraine is just Biden’s retirement fund. There will be peace someday and then the rebuild starts with all the corruption and grifting still in place delivering a steady flow of “loan repayments” to democrats and Biden.
