My understanding is it’s federal law that only state legislators can determine election procedures, not a governor, not a SOS, not a judge or court. The law was established for a reason. So how can the Wisconsin overturn the election procedure determined by the legislature?
Also, citizens are the only people that can vote in federal elections-it’s the law! But, we have states coming up with all kinds of schemes to register and allow noncitizens to vote.
You would think many more people would be outraged and law suits would be overwhelming, but no. I guess as long as the left wants to break the law it’s pretty much OK.

I’m afraid you are right! I never understood how the SCOTUS could determine that Texas did not have standing in their lawsuit against four battleground states 2020 election. Of course the state of Texas could suffer harm if any state does not follow federal election law. It can and did affect the balance of power in our federal government.
Kinda seems like following federal election law is not important to the SCOTUS.
Article 3 of the US Constitution expressly states that the SCOTUS is the Court of Primary Jurisdiction for “disputes between the States.” However, if you are determined to help “the steal,” the Constitution does not matter. Every Court in the land was part of achieving “the steal.”

With our Declaration of Independence July the 4th 1776 with fireworks going off past midnight a couple nights ago with a bang, it made my heart soar with dare I say, American Pride. Somehow the racket well past midnight let me know that, “Our flag is still there” …at least it is in the foothills of North Georgia.
Who is our and everyone’s enemy now? If we are being fair they have been for centuries and now reside in Switzerland still with the British angle The Square Mile, Bank of Rome, and their surrogate Washington DC aka “The Muscle”.
This is who we need to reaffirm our Declaration of Independence from and all of their stooges in all governments in the West who live in their pockets.

How did this fledgling country of 248 years, from the Declaration of Independence our Constitution and Bill of Rights, to today, shoot past the world? In a word “freedom” enshrined in our Founding documents.
