This past Thursday night was a defeat not only for Biden, but for the entire Radical Left Democrat Party and the Fake News Media who have been lying to the American People as our Country was being destroyed.

And according to FBI records, the bureau sponsored those events despite knowing they led to an increase in the number of card-carrying Nazis in America.

Also, those brainwashed with neo-Marxist Postmodernism pseudo-intellectual garbage during their “higher” education have reached positions of power in our gerontocracy. In 2021, the average age of a U.S. senator was 64. The same Postmodernism effect is also seen in lower levels of the educational system because teachers were also indoctrinated with that garbage in college. “The long march through the institutions” has been highly successful.

Taking A Closer Look
OK. Let’s really look at the vote count beginning with Obama in 2008:
2008-Obama-69,498,516 votes (won)
2012-Obama-65,899,660 (won)
2016-Trump-62,955,340 (won)
2020-Trump-74,221,000+ (lost)
2020-Biden-81,284,000+ (won)
So, Trump received the highest vote count in history in 2020 but lost to Biden who received 8 million more votes (blew away the highest vote count in history). Biden sat in his basement and seldom did any campaigning in preparation for the election. Yeah, that sounds pretty believable don’t ya think? I’m thinking every congressperson or major media pundit should have to take a test to see if they can balance their checkbook or, at least, understand remedial mathematics. That includes the Supreme Court of the United States! Sheesh!!
What that illustrates is that the dim cheat machine is very efficient, secure, experienced, enabled, entrenched, active and unchallenged in an actionable way. There is no law enforcement fraudulent ballot interdiction program in place to shut down the printing presses or to prevent the fraudulent ballets from reaching the poling stations.
And now that the machine is built, there is no way they let it remain dormant this cycle no matter who the candidate is or if the gap is “too big to rig.” The AME network and related cyber affiliates all have expensive infrastructure to maintain and people who are expecting their cash.

Stepping back, the Presidency can be compared to a Power of Attorney under common law. With a Power of Attorney, the Principal delegates certain powers to his or her Agent. The delegation of those powers does not divest the Principal of them – they are retained, but also shared.
In the same way, We the People delegate the federal executive power to POTUS.
Under common law, the delegation of the powers to the Agent is absolutely terminated if either the Principal or the Agent loses legal capacity.
We delegate power to POTUS. If POTUS has lost legal capacity, that delegation is ended, over, kaput.
The 25th Amendment is simply the method of determining whether or not the loss of capacity has occurred.
Edith Wilson was never delegated ANY power by We The People. She unconstitutionally seized it. In the same way, it can be seen that Eleanor Roosevelt and Hillary Clinton both helped themselves to a measure of that delegated power in ways never intended within our constitutional framework.
We are about to see, I think, several weeks to several months, of “The Worst FLOTUS in American History Show.”

About a merchant that claimed the increased fees they have to pay for debit card purchases were too high based on what the regulations require so sued. The lower courts said they waited too long to sue (time barred). The Court says, the time frame to sue (in this case 6 years) does not begin until the plaintiff (merchant) is injured, so the lawsuit is not time barred.

About Florida and Texas both passed laws in 2021 about social media content moderation. The States were sued by NetChoice LLC and its associated trade companies which represent Facebook and You Tube among them. One circuit, the 11th, put an injunction against the Florida law and the 5th Circuit disagreed so reversed the preliminary injunction on the Texas law.
The Supreme Court said both judgments of the lower courts are vacated and both cases are sent back to the respective lower courts because neither courts “conducted a proper analysis of the facial First Amendment challenges to the Florida and Texas laws regulating large internet platforms.”

Pretty sure the court just punted the question back to the lower courts, remanding it back to where it came from.
The majority opinion does say the President, for his official acts, does have absolute immunity and for the outer-perimeter acts must get granted at least a presumption of immunity, but no one is above the law so for unofficial acts a President can be sued for those acts not official or not in the outer perimeter a President can be sued.

Back to the lower court for more adjudication: little to no chance that it will get through the courts before November.

The court holds that a former president has absolute immunity for his core constitutional powers.
Former presidents are also entitled to at least a presumption of immunity for their official acts.
There is no immunity, the court holds, for unofficial acts.
The core constitutional powers are things like appointing ambassadors and foreign governments.
The court explains that it does not need to decide in this case whether immunity for official acts is presumptive or absolute.
The court in Part III of its opinion indicates that in this case “no court has thus far considered how” to distinguish between official and unofficial acts.
So the Supreme Court isn’t going to make that determination now. Instead, it will send the case back to the lower courts for further proceedings, although it does offer some guidance.

The core constitutional powers are things like appointing ambassadors and foreign governments.
The opinion then goes on to say there is immunity for official acts, but not for unofficial acts. It sends the case back to the district court to determine which of Trump’s acts were which.
Official acts, like moving records from the White House to Mar Lago –> he arrived at Mar Lago while still POTUS.
There will be some stretching to say his election stuff was not “official”, but I think it will ultimately be held by SCOTUS that everything he did was official. He is the head of the Executive branch, period.
An extreme example is the following: A president decides to go to the bar after “work” and drives himself. He is just hangin out with friends but gets drunk. He drives himself back to the White House killing someone in a car accident. The President would not enjoy immunity. That makes sense, we would not want that kind of immunity.
All of the election stuff falls within his official duties to uphold the Constitution. It’s gonna be hard to say he acted outside of his scope: he believed there was issues, he tried to correct those issues, he was unsuccessful (due to lack of standing and latches, etc), he peacefully left the Oval Office allowing the dementia patient and his wife to take over.
The NY case will stick as to immunity grounds, but luckily there was no real crime. I believe that will be dismissed on appeal — there is too much at stake for other wealth folks to be on the hook later. Merchan’s best bet is to set aside the judgment due to jury misconduct — no jail time but Trumps still a “felon” (based on my interpretation of what Marcia said from her doing a little research and posting — it’s been a while so I may have misquoted/misunderstood).
They (Team Obama) got what they wanted, the ability to call Trump a felon but they see it hasn’t helped push people away.

Justice Thomas writes a concurring opinion in which he questions the validity of Jack Smith’s appointment as special counsel. “If this unprecedented prosecution is to proceed, it must be conducted by someone authorized to do so by the American people.”
