The number one theme being repeated by the professional left is the discussion of replacing Joe Biden with another candidate. I suspected that was the entire reason for a presidential debate to take place before the conventions.
I have outlined my prediction for almost two years. California Governor Gavin Newsom is certainly smiling, and there’s a reason why his aunt (in law) Nancy Pelosi, earlier gave up her leadership position to free up some time. Keep watching.

Rick Weible gave a presentation I attended the other night and I can’t say enough about this guys dedication to transparent elections. One of the shocks was that even if you have paper ballots, counting them in tabulators is less secure than eyes.
An example was an unfolded absentee ballot that when run through the tabulator counted a vote as the image from the fold line as it went through one of the ovals. That is an over vote and because absentee the voter can not fix.
He recommends never ever mail your ballot and always vote in person. He also talked about requesting an absentee ballot but don’t use it. Bring it with you to the polls, they void it and that prevents anyone voting absentee for you.
He also did a study of costs of paper and hand counts versus machines, and in most cases hand counts are cheaper because contracts for purchase, maintenance, certification due to regulation, and personnel, can run 5 times higher than hand counts.
Very eye opening. The big take away for me was that so many devices, so many versions of devices and software, simply can not be managed. Even something as simple as a thumb drive can be compromised and becomes UN-certified if used anywhere but the machine it was certified in. You all know how often your home computer updates. It is not possible for local governments to keep up with all the versions of every cable, modem, device, and software!

Well, don’t discount Kamala trying to replace Joe. Should be interesting with Newsom supported by Pelosi, Hillary supported by herself and Jill, and Michelle or that black east coast governor supported by Obama.
In the 6 weeks before their convention all these will be scrambling to acquire delegates with Jill and Joe able to use their delegates to pick the replacement. That is key. Even though Joes brain is a pudding puddle, Jill and the delegates have likely more sway in who gets the nod than Obama.
So, who has the power in all this? I would say Jill since she will rally most of the delegates against the Obama team. Secondary, underdog dark horse is Hillary because she has money and is inside the Biden camp. Other players to watch are Jim Clyburn, Bernie Sanders, and of course RFK. I see the least leftist person coming out ahead because if an openly HAMAS sympathizer were the head of the ticket that spells disaster for their party.
