So: “don’t give the USA what it wants.” The entire World community can now see what’s going on here, and “it’s a great big World out there.”

Actually “he said/he said” is exactly what debates are supposed to be about. No moderator should ever take sides, join the debate, nor attempt to fact-less check.
Maybe Trump should have his own live fact checkers either on Truth Social or twitter…..and every time the moderator fact checks incorrectly he should call it debate election interference and refer viewers to his debate factcheck site. No doubt they would mute his mike.
I actually expect Trump to be patient and polite. He knows full well what is going on. He doesn’t need to make it worse – because, it couldn’t be worse.
His opponents are always dead-set at destroying themselves. They’ve become quite good at it. All Trump needs to do is smile.

So news broke yesterday that Merchan in NY lifted the gag order on Trump. That’s the media story. However, it was only a partial lift, and what was lifted was of no real consequence. The gag order, for all of the important issues in that case, is still in place.
Theory: They will use loaded questions in the debate tonight in an attempt to get Trump to violate the remaining gag order. He will be either forced to give a non-answer in order to make him look bad, or they will push him to say things deemed verboten by this commie judge.
