Each ICE officer now has to manage an average of 7,000 cases each, an impossible task given the agency’s current staffing levels. ICE currently only has roughly 6,000 deportation officers nationwide, and not all of them work on the non-detained docket.”
“The non-detained docket means not in ICE detention. It is made up of migrants who have crossed the border illegally and have been released into the U.S. with pending immigration cases/future court dates, as well as illegal immigrants who have already been ordered deported by an immigration judge but are still in the country.
The non-detained docket has added more than 1 million cases since October 1st, largely due to mass catch and release policies.
Importantly, these numbers do not include the nearly 1.9 million recorded getaways that have entered the US during the Biden administration, as they have had no contact with DHS – yet overstretched ICE officers are also responsible for tracking down and removing this population as well.
ICE sources tell FOX it is simply impossible to do with current staffing levels compared to the numbers that have been coming across the border in recent years, and they are in desperate need of additional manpower and resources. (link)
President Trump has said the solution within the deportation program is to utilize local and state law enforcement to locate the illegal aliens, allowing ICE and DHS officials to focus on the deportation process. This approach seems to be the optimal solution given the scale of the problem that Biden has created.
That said, any deportation effort will run into extreme Lawfare tactics deployed by the radical leftists. No doubt, every left-leaning federal court will be utilized to generate blocks to deportation orders. President Trump is going to have to declare a national state of emergency on day-one, to fully engage the power of the executive branch on this problem.

I have spoken with our Sheriff, and he has assured me that he is talking to ALL of the Sheriff’s within the State and they have been developing plans on dealing with the illegals. You need to make sure your Sheriff knows where you stand, that you will stand with him and support him, even to the point of becoming deputized if needed!
It’s the Sheriff who has the authority to kick the ATF out of his county, he can evict the Feds from his county, and he can protect the citizens in his jurisdiction from Federal overreach.

I pointed out that 19USC507 REQUIRES (its a Federal misdemeanor to refuse) anyone upon request to to assist any Customs officer (eg ICE) in making an arrest or seizure.
Additionally, anyone helping, if acting reasonably, is held harmless from legal ramifications.
If a state AG is telling sheriffs to refuse assistance to ICE, to refuse to hold illegals for ICE pickup, then they are de facto ordering law enforcement to violate the law.

We need massive detention centers built all along the border. Anyone crossing illegally goes straight to detention and they don’t get out until they have been adjudicated for DEPORTATION! Very few of the crossers are legitimate asylum seekers.
Detention will quickly stop the invasion.
Any country that refuses their criminals return will be assessed a daily fine for the continued detention of their citizen. The illegal STAYS IN DETENTION until such time as they can be deported.

Well, it’s a relief to know that since they don’t have any paperwork they will never be inconvenienced or held up by TSA when flying aound/in and out of the country — they can get in that line that says “If you are an illegal alien, this hassle-free/no-restrictions line here is for you….step right up”.

Why is Joe Biden doing the debate? There are two groups of democrats trying to control the White House. First are those loyal to Joe Biden, currently lead by Dr. Jill. They see the two debates as their only hope to defeat the evil Trump. Those hopes are diminishing daily along with Joe’s health. Dr. Jill despises Kamala and is plotting to replace her with Hillary at the Convention.
The second group is the Obama cabal. They believe that the only way to remove Joe for him to fail in the debate. A draft Hillary movement would pop up instantly in the press. They would make the argument that Hillary should be allowed to pick her own VP. Hillary would of course pick a black woman other than Kamala.
The total number of illegals will never be known. They’ve been sneaking in for a long time. Then there are those that have been granted, for the sake of simplicity, permission to be here.

I’ve stopped working them. I’m in the construction business and it benefits me greatly to utilize them because they are all desperate for work and won’t let you down…like some of my fellow Americans will. Be that as it may, I stopped; and refuse to hire another one. Started feeling too guilty about it. Wish my other Builder friends would have the same integrity. They’re all MAGA, but they draw the line on their own suffering…but not on their greed.

I’m glad I got out. It’s insane now. Every industry that doesn’t require technical training is full of them. We even got them invading the machining and processing industries due to the newer computerized machinery that doesn’t require apprenticeships and training and aptitude to operate. I saw the gamut owning a machine shop that serviced the ag industry.
It’s so peaceful to be out of that. Money isn’t everything. My only regret is I didn’t get out sooner.
Contractors around here don’t have any illegals; they’re simply not around, at all. They are in the state, yes, but mostly in the Commie incubation areas around Portland, Salem and the Willamette Valley.

I was a contractor for 15+ years and never used them. I never got big enough to need the help beyond a couple rednecks I grew up with and when they flaked out because of oxycodone, I just worked by myself. I took fewer jobs and made way less money but I never felt like a traitor.

I suspect of 2017 was shown there would be an increase between 2017 and 2018 … but look at 2019 to 2020. There is a drop that aligns with President Trump starting to increase the number of judges and courts hearing cases. Plus, it was the start of a foreign aid program to central American nations to stop trafficking.
By the way the “NO SHOW AT IMMIGRATION HEARING” is the amnesty ploy the tactic used by the Obama Administration to claim … apprehensions were up and “initiated” prosecutions were up all at the same time the numbers of illegals was climbing… 2009-20216. The Biden Administration, under Obama, is doing the exact same thing. Plus, those court cases and “initiated” prosecutions were SUBTRACTED from the illegal immigrant numbers.
In 2018, President Trump, during one of his televised Oval Office Meetings with Congress, offered a 14 point plan as legislation to update Immigration Law and Handle the DACA Issue. He was willing to offer 15 MILLION Illegals and DACA illegals a path to citizenship in exchange for adopting his plan. The Uni-Party and Media did nothing but insult the plan and the President. I point this out because we WILL see this plan AGAIN after President Trump is elected, when it becomes clear the Courts WILL STOP deportations as they did 2017-2020 by the President … it will require legislation.
The other reason to mention the 2018 plan is the number of immigrants … 14 MILLION Known illegals and DACA’s. The estimates in 2018 were the actual numbers were 35-50 MILLION in 2018. I suspect were are pushing the 75-100 MILLION voting age illegals at this point.
