We consistently hear people say something akin to “they can’t replace Joe Biden.” It’s a little odd, because I’m really not sure where that level of understanding DC comes from.
Replacing Joe Biden on the ballot before or after the November 2024 election is as simple as one typed sentence from his doctor saying he is not capable of fulfilling another term. Not complicated. Very simple. Can happen at any time. The DNC corporation appoints a replacement, the leftists rally sympathy around him, and Biden is escorted away for a life of indulgences and free stuff. Easy peasy.
According to congressional Representative Anna Paulina Luna, the DC democrats discuss this move frequently.

I have not read the DNC bylaws. I did read a Federalist article stating that Joe can be replaced until Sept. rather easily. He resigns for health reasons, etc. I’m assuming they go to Jill and tell her it’s time to leave. The DNC will consult with the 2 congressional leaders and Dem governors to choose the candidate. It does not have to be the current VP. Once the states begin printing his name on the ballots(by Sept.), it gets tougher to replace. Some states may have laws regarding that-remember, that though it is a federal election, the constitution gives the control for the process to each state. Some states allow presidential write-in, some do not. Some demand voter ID to vote, some do not. I read that this rep will introduce a vote on the inherent power of contempt. Levin has discussed it and its history regarding Garland’s contempt.
Biden must be declared the party nominee by August 7th (90 days before the election) to be printed on the Ohio ballot. This sets up a weird sequence that the state party must ratify him before the federal convention on the 19th. I’d look for that date as a key date for action.
Generally, federal election law requires states to send out absentee ballots in sufficient time to allow service folks to get them and retun them. That means about 30-45 days prior. However, for President you actually vote for a party elector slate; the candidate name isn’t really needed. What needs to be ascertained for your state is when and how the recognized parties name their candidates, and how electors are bound to vote in Dec. For petition candidates like Kennedy the process is different.

I also believe they moved up the debates earlier than typical to see if Biden can hack it. If he bombs, then they can easily swap him for another “nominee”. That nominee magically won’t have to debate Trump if the dems don’t wish it so, and if they do, they expect to trip up Trump. All of a sudden Trump’s arguments targeting Biden are null and void (which will be their narrative) since they can just pivot and use Biden as the fall guy to contrast their new nominee. All their failed, unpopular policies that drove away their base are suddenly pinned on Biden. Hands clean!
Maybe the debate is the tripwire for someone telling Jill that POTATUS is rotted and needs to go.
Whatever happens, I see him being replaced, with multiple reports of how anguished the left is at his condition and having to leave office.
Naturally, they will suggest that anguish can be lessened if voters just pull the lever for whoever they decide to run, just ignore how that candidate got there. Vote Newsome because those evil Republicans put such a strain on poor old Joe he had to leave office.

You don’t need to understand the tech. If you watch the videos you can see it displays data very much like spreadsheets. The difference is that it is all connected and those connections are easily updated.
I have tried to volunteer to help anyone who needs it but after a dozen emails asking for contacts, I still have no one in my area I can latch on to for Hennepin county MN.
Anoka county MN has used it and I have contacted them but got no response. This tool is useful but it requires analysts to look and find(sort and filter and be curious about results) the addresses that no ballots should ever be mailed to.

If he is also unable to control body functions in public as some surmise, the next step is most likely a fall from which he does not recover or an inability to walk or talk at all. There is a limit to how much they can cover for him. He will not survive another 4 years. If they do not replace him now, they will have the problem of his death and how to remove Kamala later.

Biden Admin to Announce Largest Relief Program for Millions of Illegal Immigrants

The Biden Administration is reportedly planning to announce a new amnesty plan that would allow illegal immigrants to obtain legal status if they are married to U.S. citizens.
What will be one of the largest immigration relief programs in recent history, over a million illegal aliens would protected from deportation and given work permits as long as they have lived in the U.S. for at least ten years— all they have to do is marry a U.S. citizen.
Known as the “Parole in Place,” the plan is the Democrat Party’s latest move to secure votes ahead of the November election.
The plan would also create a way for permanent legal status and U.S. citizenship for beneficiaries by removing red tape in U.S. law that currently prevents illegal immigrants from obtaining green cards without leaving the country.
In addition, the Biden Administration is peddling another scheme that involves Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
The proposal would streamline the process for DACA recipients and other illegal immigrants so that they can request waivers and make it easier for them to obtain temporary visas, according to CBS News.
The plan is expected to be announced Tuesday— the 12th anniversary of former President Obama’s illegal DACA executive order, which protects over 530,000 illegal immigrants who entered the U.S. as a minor from being deported.
Critics of the plan argue Biden’s “Parole in Place” plan is nothing more than smoke and mirrors.
