When President Obama famously told incoming President Trump the largest foreign policy concern was the potential for near-term military conflict with North Korea, Trump curiously asked Obama, “Well, have you talked to Kim Jong-un?”
President Trump has never revealed how Obama responded to that question; however, given the nature of the circumstances, what we know about DC and the background involved, we can assume the Obama reply was akin to the lightbringer telling Trump, “Things just are not done that way.”
We know what happened next; President Trump engaged directly with Chairman Kim, met with him several times and even crossed into the demilitarized zone as a physical expression of a new approach.
This was only one example of President Trump’s policy doctrine, which ran completely counter to the traditions of the professional administrative state. This was/is part of the reason why DC hated Trump.
The bureaucracy of DC exists to sustain the career influence and affluence of a group of people who would never survive in the private sector. Their weak work ethic, selfish worldview, insufferably annoying character traits, flawed logic, silly outlooks and disconnected opinions, created in a bubble that has no relationship to reality, are only useful within their echo-chambered system.
President Trump has a skillset of commonsense accomplishment that runs completely counter to the mindset of the administrative state. President Trump thinks like you and me; Trump finds optimal solutions. Washington DC simply cannot fathom successful policy outcomes that do not come from their creation. Trump succeeded with a doctrine that was entirely unfamiliar to the DC bureaucracy. {GO DEEP} It is absolutely critical that we never forget this.
It is important to remind ourselves of what is possible in a positive way, because everything discussed about our challenges is framed from the perspective of a flawed and corrupt DC system. From the traditional perspective, the challenge seems overwhelming, but that’s really a misnomer.
Here’s the key – The DC challenges are not overwhelming when you take a non-traditional approach toward finding solutions.
Consider the issue of SSI supplemental benefits and budgets. Yes, from the traditional perspective the financial drain on the system can collapse the federal budget. However, if we double the size of the economy and/or modify import tariffs, we can increase tax revenue and resolve the SSI budget problem. The problem for DC is that no one knows how to double the economy or leverage tariffs to expand the domestic pie. President Trump does.
Again, we mistakenly view our problems through the prism of how they were created.
This paralysis by analysis is emphasized by tradition, by DC punditry and by the media complex who exist to talk about the problems. But thankfully, President Trump views our problems through the prism of how to solve them. President Trump doesn’t look backward, he looks forward; it is a very unique and effective approach.
We look at the problem as if we individually are given an elephant to eat. President Trump looks at the problem as if there needs to be more of us with forks. It is, essentially, the feed a man a fish or teach a man to fish conversation. Which one creates the larger economic pie?
Despite the naysayers, backbiters and backseat drivers, we must continually remind ourselves that Trump’s optimal solution approach works. We have the history of the Trump Doctrine (2017 through 2020) to review as a reminder. It just works.
So, with that in mind…. here’s a little back-and-forth that might help break the funk and remind us to smile.
[Via Unseen] – “If Trump wins, he will be handed a country in basically a depression for a majority of its people, on the brink or actually in ww3, a wide open border and a 5th column of millions of anti-American military aged men within that border, a deteriorating military, a nation so in debt it will struggle to raise capital, a country with fragile supply lines for most of the goods it needs, a divided population with half brainwashed by the media to hate the concepts the country was founded on, and a government staffed with people who will be actively fighting everything he does. Pray for our country because regardless of who wins, it’s going to be a long, hard fight to keep this country together, let alone make it great again.” (link)
My quick ‘elevator‘ reply – “Which is exactly why Donald J Trump is the best man for the hardest job of this era. Trump will end the wars in Ukraine and Gaza within a week. Restart U.S. energy independence. Tariff China and EU, pull out of NATO, eliminate Green New Deal and then…. (2+2) along with the immediate closure of the southern border, Trump will collapse the infrastructure of Chinese EV’s in Mexico…. Then he’ll call MbS, have a Big Mac and Diet Coke and plan for day two.” (link)
Now, granted I am being a little brief and big picture in retort, but the substance of what I am sharing is completely doable. All is not lost. It is entirely possible to reverse course and Make America Great Again.
[Anne Hyatt] – “While I like that plan, fingers crossed, I don’t see how he can end the War in Gaza.” (link)
Again, THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX – “Did you follow the Trump doctrine in ’17 through ’20?
After talking to MbS, Trump will call Egypt’s President al-Sisi, and tell all regional players that fighting immediately stops and Sisi is now leading the reconciliation effort. Likely Hamas will balk. POTUS Trump will then tell Qatar to kick out the Hamas/MB leaders (“Drive them out” 2.0) or they will face economic sanctions. Erdogan will be told to stick a sock in it, and he’d better not give a home base to Hamas again. Trump will tell Hamas leadership they need to live in Gaza; like actually live in the region they presumably lead. Trump will tell Sisi to make part of the deal a regional rule that all Gaza political leadership must live in Gaza. Syria, Jordan and Kuwait will think Trump is nuts but keep quiet because Trump might be willing to prove he’s nuts,…. and eventually everyone will call Fattah Abel al-Sisi to find out the date for the peace summit.
After lunch, Trump calls Putin because that one is easier. (link)
♦President Trump’s foreign policy approach brought North and South Korea together away from the table of conflict. ♦President Trump’s foreign policy approach brought Serbia and Kosovo together away from the table of conflict. ♦President Trump’s foreign policy rallied the Gulf Cooperation Council to stop Qatar’s support for Islamic extremists via the Muslim Brotherhood. ♦President Trump’s foreign policy brought Turkey and the Kurdish forces together away from war and conflict. ♦President Trump’s foreign policy created a ceasefire to stop the bloodshed in Syria. President Trump mediated a cessation of hostilities between India & Pakistan in the Kashmir region. ♦President Trump’s foreign policy brought Israel and the UAE together… and then Bahrain… and then Sudan in the Abraham Accords.
President Trump executes a clear foreign policy, a unique doctrine of sorts, where national security is achieved by leveraging U.S. economic power. It is a fundamental shift in approaching both allies and adversaries – summarized within the oft repeated phrase: “economic security is national security.”
The Trump Doctrine, using economics to achieve national security objectives, was/is a fundamental paradigm shift. Modern U.S. history provided no easy reference for the effective outcome, and fearing irrelevance, Washington DC was furious at how effective he was.
President Trump is the one guy who can do it again.

God Bless you and your work, Sundance.
Yes. Thank you Sundance.
No question PDJT 47 can swiftly resolve these very real crisises – Russia/Ukraine and Israel/Gaza but several others too… and restore peace to the world.
If 2024 is rigged and Biden (whoever) is reinstalled, that’s it. We will not recover and we will likely be in a full-on WW in fairly short order.
The WEF climate nazis, and others like them, say they want the population of the world to be 4 billion. Well, we are 8 billion so 4 billion human beings must die to accomplish their goal. No idea HOW they will accomplish this objective. Many possibilities do exist.
PDT has described these people, controlling our govt, as “sick people, very dark forces.” That’s pretty evident from where we sit. We know these are not frivolous remarks. He speaks the truth.
We need to do all we can to help PDT win in November. IMO we also need to give him an R controlled Congress… and vote straight R down ballot. With PT’s help, we can refocus our efforts to remove RINOs from Congress in 2026.
Besides, there is no way to really know IF a candidate claiming to be MAGA … is MAGA until they are seated in Congress and we SEE what they do and how they vote. Many times we have been fooled by … words. We have some candidates we believe are genuinely MAGA/America 1st… so there’s that.
Replacing RINOs is simply going to be a long slog.
And, Sundance has said the “Dems want power. Rs want money.”
Dems are the true believers in neo-marxist/fascist totalitarianism for the nation (and world). That’s what they want power to do.
Rinos are primarily in it for the money, greedy SOBs.
IMO, it’s easier to deal with/convert/control greedy Rs than it is to control/convert Dem neo-marxist true believers.
Overpopulation? Au Contraire, Mi Amigo.
Fun facts:
1. “Dhaka (Bangladesh) leads the ranking of cities of the world with the highest population density in 2022, with 30,093 residents per square kilometer.”
2. “World population to reach 8 billion on 15 November 2022”
3. The area of Texas is 695,662 square kilometers.
4. At the population density of Dhaka, the entire population of the world can fit into less than half of the State of Texas.
5. At the population density of Berkeley CA (11,633 residents per square kilometer), the entire population of the world can fit nicely within the boundaries of the State of Texas. At that density, each resident would have about 86 square meters, about 926 square feet, or a plot of about 30ft. x 30ft.
“Over-Population” is just another bullshit fear-factor.
Uhh, yes. Thanks for the stats.
My point was that one facet of the left/globalist agenda (4 decades) is/has been the notion that the world is overpopulated.
It’s been effective propaganda too bc many Gen Z and Gen X in the West are not having kids b/c they believe these overpopulation lies that are also tied to the Climate Change WEF/globalist agenda too.
Overpopulation is another bs aspect of the feminist agenda “they’ve ” been pushing since the ’60’s, smh
Population globally is in massive decline
Which you amplify by repeating out of contrived concern rather than refute with the citable facts.
Fun stats. What they really mean is “we want more of the world’s resources for ourselves, so die all you useless eaters”.
And many of us here have tried to discuss issues with leftist/dems in our sphere.
They cannot be reasoned with. No amount of evidence affects them at all.
Most dems/leftist have truly been successfully brainwashed. Worse/weirdly, they refuse to defend even their positions. Most ARE true totalitarians. They no longer it necessary to defend/explain their positions w/facts, reason. They used to. Now, it’s pure allegiance and obedience to the party.
Leftist/dems – not all; some are awakening – but most really do not care about truth, justice, fairness, the rule of law applied justly, the Constitution and Bill of Rights. They just hate PT (and his supporters). They care not at all IF he is innocent. They just want him imprisoned, really dead, by any means possible… even if he is innocent. False/manufactured evidence, a totally biased trial… if fine. Whatever it takes to destroy PDJT.
Most dems – not just the political class but the voters/grass roots too — can no longer, literally, distinguish between right and wrong, good and evil, just and unjust, sane and insane… and worse they don’t care. It’s shocking really.
This was not always the case. Many times Dem friends/family and I debated policies, viewpoints, ideological concepts. We often disagreed but did so cordially and remained friends. That is no longer possible. Something has changed and its not us;
it’s them.
Several weeks ago I finally said to one family leftist member: “if you were a German in WWII, you would be a devout Nazi… shouting “the party, the party, the party” because you refuse to question anything.
No amount of evidence, reasoning, appeal to your sense of justice fairness, analogy (identical situation but with Obama instead of Trump)… affects them at all. And it used to.
Ok, I ask: “whats your line in the sand – your “this far and no farther?” For purposes of argument, lets say Biden has Trump assassinated, would that be ok with you… Is THAT the Dem party going to far?” She refused to respond so her answer is NO, murdering PT would be fine with her and most dems today.
It’s SO easy to say: “OF COURSE I oppose Biden or Dem operatives/govt assassinating President Trump”… but she wouldn’t say it.
She could-should- have chastised me for even asking her such an outrageous question… but she didn’t do that either… and the reason is b/c many/most dem voters are OK with Biden/their party murdering PDT, and the R candidate for POTUS in 2024. They really do believe Trump must be stopped by ANY means necessary. They really do believe that Trump is an existential threat to America even though they can’t explain how or why and even refuse to BOTHER to do so… as if it’s a “given” and unnecessary to explain.
This person has CHANGED from who she was and what she believed for most of her life. She’s always been a devout dem… and in many/most ways she is a good person. She is successfuly brainwashed.
So I do see the Dems (politicians and their voters) as far more dangerous than many (not all) RINOs … b/c they really do not have a line in the sand they won’t cross. I am NOT defending Rinos. No question we must remove them… but there is ZERO effort on the left to reform, expel, hold to account the traitors in their ranks and party. At least we know and are trying to do something about it.
It’s not enough to just replace RINOs with MAGA if the dems/left remain committed to installing severe neo-marxist/fascists. We must also awaken the D/leftist Americans too.
Luckily, a chunk of dem voters are seeing the truth about their party, and abandoning it but many more need to leave… or BEGIN to reform it. America does need the 2-party system… that is real, not fake (uniparty).
But for 2024, PDJT needs an R controlled Congress, especially the Senate but really the House too. It’s STILL gonna be tough for Trump to deal w/RINOS but he has more experience dealing with the DC swamp now than he did in 2016. And TRUMP WANTS an R controlled Congress. We need to give it to him. He does have leverage over Rs/Rinos but zero leverage over Dems.
Brainwashing is like putting ink in water, once it’s in you can never get it out. I do know some that don’t want to see the truth but over the last four years they have had an awakening. Even so they still throw little digs at Trump.
And Primary the RINOs NOW.
There is zero difference between Rs and Ds. There is only the Uniparty and real MAGA.
President Donald J Trump…..he will Make America Great Again. Pray without ceasing.
Amen!
Growing up on the Southwest Side of Chicago in the 50’s & 60’s we called it ‘street smarts’. That is exactly what President has and also what this Country desparately needs. God Bless President Trump and all of MAGA!
I’ve known alot of College educated people in my time, but none of them Street Smart.
A lot lack common sense too.
Common sense is not very common.
There is no common sense unless you are a siamese twin… Everything anyone does has to be learned – walk, talk, eat, etc. What makes people different is their ability to learn. Some can learn observing others’ triumphs and misfortunes, while others have to experience things the hard way…
Actually there is a LOT of “common” sense.
Such as – the sense that is common across most patriotic MAGA Deplorables; the common set of values and thinking (“sense”) that brings them together because they agree on most of President Trump’s policies and his professed values for America.
Likewise there is another common sense that runs counter to our common sense – the common sense among hard Leftwing Democrats who think Trump is akin to the antichrist and that only a large and powerful central authoritarian government can solve society’s problems. It’s grossly wrong-headed and based on lies, but it is common sense among the Left.
If “common” is thought to mean only common to EVERYONE in our society, then that narrows down and almost eliminates any set of values that might be included within that definition.
How many PhDs have you known? The ones I’ve known are basically idiot savants.
Back in junior high , a teacher told us . PhD means , Piled Higher and Deeper.
PhDs are extreme specialists in their particular and narrow field. They learn more and more about less and less until ultimately they know absolutely everything about absolutely nothing.
Me too! They could paper their walls with all their diplomas, certifications, accolades, etc…but not one of them could find their asses with both hands. Absolutely NO real education. “Smart-on-paper”, DUMB in real life.
Can’t change a flat!!!!

Growing up on the Southwest Side of Chicago in the 70’s & 80’s we called it ‘street smarts’.
Some things never change!
Same in 2024, and the safest block is at California and 26th.
I agree 100% with your post and would add that the present leadership has what I would term as “Elite Stupids”. They have matured in a wealthy or sometimes “easy come” group that made them “reality” stupid. Their leadership will always lead to failure because they have no reality based measure for correctness. Sadly this filters down to much of present American society.
And its still the same there, only the players are different.
I had to work straight out of high school to support myself. Consequently, I never went to college. A year later, I landed a job working in a law firm and stayed in that industry for 40 years working with a lot of “really smart” people.
I spent the first 20 years or so cowed and intimidated because I had no degrees. I always hated filling out job applications with that no education stigma because EVERYONE required a minimum of a 2 year degree, most 4+.
Somewhere in my late 30’s, early 40’s it dawned on me I was smarter than all my co-workers because I had an APL degree. All they had were BA/BS, MBA and/or JD degrees. None of that gave them what I had, an Advanced Practical Life application degree. It meant I had more experience, wisdom and practical application in doing what it took to get the job done.
I got over being intimidated and realized I didn’t need a degree. I had street smarts none of them could emulate.
And that is what our very stable genius warrior president has and why he beats them hands down.
–‘APL=Advanced Practical Life Application degree’–
I like it!!!
😁
There is such a thing as overcredentialed, undereducated.
Mark Steyn has no degree…
You are in good company. Very.
(By the way, it was he who wrote that 😎)
Ha! Indeed!
Love it! That is so awesome.
That and an IQ much higher than his waist…he’s at genius level or close to it…
Which only means he capable of learning quickly and he certainly has over his entire lifetime.
Not to mention, he has very good genes from a very long line of intelligent, successful leaders.
PRESIDENT Donald J. Trump can DO IT!!!
He must beat the Marxist Media first. I still don’t think he will be running against Joe Bribeme. The Democrats will come up with a Savior and it certainly won’t be Kamala!
And? So? Who cares? What does it matter? FJB, Gavin Newsome, Whitmer, Hochul, Lamont, or any of the other Democrats they would elevate (and spare the Michele Obama talk) will all run on the same policies. One only has to look to California for Newsome—he’s hated and only in office because he uses corruptocrats and a rigged elections system to stop his recalls.
You mean Mike?
Yes, and just so we both are seen as respectful, Big Mike.
Hillary is setting herself up to be the replacement candidate. Her super Pac is starting to sell merchandise with what sounds like her campaign slogans.
https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/international-news/politics/hillary-already-releasing-merch-ahead-of-endorsement/
Ok. and again, who cares? Let her run. She’s as hated as Biden currently.
Oh I don’t care. I just found it interesting that she still won’t flush. 😁
Well, tool, we all have had turds that float and hang around.
The main turd.

Super PACs are a way to get people to give you their money. Just hand it right over, and legally, no obligation to pay it back, just here, take it.
Why would anyone of a certain persuasion, one that includes Hil and the Dems, NOT jump on any op to do that? Has nothing to do with a candidate actually running.
If you remember anything about Ron Who?, remember the way SPs danced around him while he was ‘in the running’ and alighted from him the minute they could after he was no longer bringing in the Benjamins.
My East Coast BFF, who lives in a Delaware beach town, has a neighbor with a summer home there and is a GOP insider. (I forget exactly where his permanent residence is)
He says KY governor Andy Beshear is being highly scrutinized as a Biden replacement candidate.
Hmmmm. McConnell is meeting with PDJT today. First time in 4 years.
That’s interesting. And hilarious. Pushing all his chips in eh?
I despise that limp-wristed wannabe tyrant
AND……………………………….
Dandy Andy’s claim to Trumpian Battle Fame is???????
How many of 320 million people will recognize the name?
Bottom line the D’s have no choice because they do not have a “bench”.
Just one objection. The Hamas leaders must be buried in Gaza. They cannot be held accountable and live.
Not in Gaza. In the Mediterranean Sea. Their graves would become monuments to the jihadis.
Oh no! Not the Mediterranean Sea! That place is beautiful, and full of fascinating history, and should not be tarnished and polluted with with the toxic waste of Hamas!
It’s almost akin to Alexander the Great cutting the Gordian Knot… a knot that was said to be untie-able — so he just cut it.
Thinking differently has been a hallmark our Nation – from the Constitution to the Light Bulb to the Internet. It’s a shame that the DC elites no matter how young have ossified rigid thinking.
The DC “elites” are like the chicoms: no original ideas and no imagination; they have only anger.
You can add Hollywood to your list as well.
Rob Reiner will need to stock up on Depends.
You can add ALL our institutions, are there any left which are not corrupt?
Education? Sports? History? Music? Medicine?…….
. . . anger and the redundancy of copying others’ ideas
I think that combo translates simply to envy – the driving force of the left in general.
Thats a pretty good analogy….. and Trump HAS that X FACTOR that nobody else does…For me having finished the Jeffery Sachs and Eric Prince discussions with Tucker only RE ENFORCES the FACT that Russia, China and MOST other sovereign nations that we have manipulated (AND WORSE) with our arrogance, avarice, and total lack of morals are also NOW THINKING DIFFERENTLY TOO…..
and if you were standing over a fallen enemy and finally look your ” freedom” (little f) in the face are YOU going to remove your boot from the throat…..?
Phone calls on day one are NOT gonna do it….we have been deceived by those WE ELECTED and raped by those given power that we have NOT ELECTED…..our MIC that got us here is now a paper tiger, our currency that KEPT us here is quickly degrading to toilet paper and as Bannon has been saying….this may be a 1776 moment and will take EVERY ONE OF US bailing to get this ship back to port.
Prayers welcome, bailing REQUIRED.
Trump is but one man….but he IS OUR man.
And the only guy who can with the Lord’s grace and blessings
One of the first problems President Trump will need to repair is the petrodollar. This is all about the BRICS.
The 50-year-old petrodollar agreement between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia was just allowed to expire this past Sunday. The petrodollar’s expiration could weaken the U.S. dollar and, by extension, the U.S. financial markets.
This will hit Main street hard and fast as demand for US debt will decrease and cause rates ro increase. This will hurt everyday consumers and business as the cost to finance will be forced higher.
I would welcome this topic to be brought up by President Trump so that voters know how Biden’s policies in Ukraine have destroyed our economy beyond the inflation we are feeling today.
The moment he weaponized the dollar over Ukraine he set in motion the eventual demise of economy going forward. And it is happening g faster than I expected.
The petrodollar has been a significant element in global economics since the 1970s. For those Treepers that may not know, it refers to U.S. dollars earned by selling petroleum (oil and gas). Petrodollars are a system set up by countries exporting oil who agreed to sell their oil exclusively in U.S. dollars, which has played a major role in establishing the U.S. dollar as the global reserve currency.
However, if the United States were to become self-reliant regarding its oil needs, the petrodollar’s relevance could diminish and be irrelevant. This is because the U.S. would no longer need to purchase oil from foreign countries using U.S. dollars, reducing the demand for U.S. dollars in the global oil trade.
If the U.S. were to drill and process its oil, it would produce enough to meet domestic demand. This could decrease U.S. dollar outflows to oil-exporting countries, thereby reducing the volume of petrodollars in the global economy.
But, it’s important to realize that this issue has many variables; the impact on the U.S. economy and the global financial system would depend on factors such as the cost of drilling and processing oil domestically versus importing it, the potential environmental impact, and the reactions of other countries and global markets.
I’m MAGA, so I don’t care about the reactions of other countries and the markets; I care about here. We also have the resources to ensure drilling and processing are reasonably priced. Additionally, it will add millions of jobs for all people- college-educated and those who want to learn a trade.
That’s what I was thinking about, the USD and its near destruction.
I don’t remember what press conference it was, but I heard PDJT say, about the dollar, “It’s *their* currency,” meaning that the USD should belong to the people of this country.
Well, ever since 1913, that has not been the case, the dollar has been manipulated by the Federal Reserve (deceptive name).
I wouldn’t put it past President Trump to create a new silver-backed currency. That is one of the things John F. Kennedy wanted to do.
We have plenty of resources. We have plenty of talented, productive people. Wealth is just goods and services. We the people should create our own currency for our own benefit.
We have our currency- it is the dollar. We just let them screw it up by removing the gold standard (it matters not that it’s gold, it only matters that the currency is backed by a solid commodity, i.e., standard).
The dollar needs to be returned to a currency backed by a standard- sure, let it be silver.
I like to think that J Powell and Federal Reserve are actually trying to disentangle the U.S. from the control of the mostly European International Bankers who have controlled this country mostly non-stop since before the Revolutionary war.
How would they do that?
Well divorce the US from the use of and participation in the LIBOR system, an interest rate setting system that is driven by and manipulated by European banks. That was accomplished with the adoption of the SOFR rate. Hat Tip to Tom Luongo for shining the light on this.
Then increase interest rates to attract capital to the U.S. while other banks let their interest rates languish as low low levels. Another hat tip to Tom.
Then maybe they would quietly accumulate silver in massive quantities to back a future silver backed currency. Many rumors abound that JPMorgan Chase has done that.
Then pretend to be working on a CBDC but drag your feet … many say J. Powell is no fan of CBDC.
And when the time is right, break completely from the BIS and the Euro banking system and become truly independent with a silver backed currency.
Even if this pipe dream comes true, and although I would applaud our independence from the old European banking power, I would not be satisfied. We need to abolish private banking…or heavily regulate it…it enriches the private bankers at the expense of the people and cedes our control over our monetary sovereignty to them.
From your lips to God’s ears!
I watched this guy talk about silver the other day. I don’t know what metrics he was using but the topic was if you owned silver as an individual how many ounces would you have in your possession to be in the top 1% silver owner’s in the world.
The answer was 500 ounces if I remember correctly. 500 ounces is very attainable to the regular person but most people wouldn’t know what silver was if you handed it to them and told them it was silver.
I seemed to remember a few years back that for every ounce of silver on the planet like 300 or so people owned each ounce. Obviously most silver ownership is on paper I mean how else can 300 people own one ounce of silver.
Anyways I salivate at our economy being based on silver at least they couldn’t just hit print on the money press like they are now.
The deeper play is to rid ourselves of the central bank currency – Fed – and return to a sovereign US currency issued by the USTreasury. One of the many plays that needs to take place to get big corporations and deep state out of our lives and fully exposed.
That is a great analysis, Paul. I am focusing on the MAGA American. Here is how:
While energy independence is crucial, WE MUST PREPARE FOR THE WEAKER DOLLAR BY BUILDING OUT OUR OWN INFRASTRUCTURE.
I am approaching the dilemma from the perspective of the U.S. Treasury and its impact on the U.S. Household. I agree the dollar is dying. But what does that look like?
Consider the scenario where all those U.S. dollars, currently circulating globally to facilitate the oil trade, are no longer required. These dollars will then flow back into the U.S., potentially driving up inflation for MAGA Americans.
The U.S. Treasury Auctions will have fewer buyers. That means that the yields of U.S. debt will be higher, which means tax increases to cover just the interest payments.
President Trump is the perfect person to facilitate the change. But it will come with pain because the two parties have spent into oblivion to satisfy the global demand for dollars.
Those less valuable dollars will come home and be worth less, and we must prepare for that scenario.
Getting rid of the dollar as the reserve currency would hurt in the short run and diminish US economic power in foreign policy. However, it may be the only way to restore fiscal sanity. As long as the Fed and Congress can export inflation, they will.
I am not sure the momentum is even stoppable. Trump can probably leverage the remaining power to make peace but even if weaponizing the dollar is reversed, that bell can’t be unrung. Any other country with an attention span longer than 5 minutes knows it can be flipped back the other way with a change of administration. Only a long term strategy to make the dollar less central in the world economy will convince other people and help us too. The dollar’s only virtue is that it is the cleanest dirty shirt.
To expand on another’s comment a new currency could be based on a market basket of real stuff-metals, grains, coffee, fertilizer, petroleum products and redeemable for the face value in such stuff. I doubt this will ever be done much by individuals (Where do you want your ton of wheat?) but countries and corporations might and the existence of the process will tend to keep people honest.
I’m pretty sure that the fixes that Sundance addresses above will cure the problem of the “petrodollar.”
If our economy is booming and we are once again providing our own energy and ‘drill, baby, drill,’ the value of our dollar will fix itself, just like it did under Trump.
If We are the largest producer, We can dictate who buys, with what, and what value.
Exactly; thanks for reaffirming my large comment in more succinct language.
😉
I suspect PDJT will take the new Multi-Polar World the Derps demand we fear and make of it a prosperous peace for the world.
He has to have an epic optimal solution that no one else has even imagined yet.
Well, Sundance probably, but that’s about it.
“Their weak work ethic, selfish worldview, insufferably annoying character traits, flawed logic, silly outlooks and disconnected opinions created in a bubble that has no relationship to reality, are only useful within their echo-chambered system.”
Yes, this is exactly how things are over in the District, described perfectly. An army of incompetent drones for the most part, led by executives made up of political buffoons.
But over in Langley (and in a constellation of affiliated sub agencies elsewhere, many of which remain hidden under obscure names) are operating the brightest, most energetic, most immoral, most devious, and unrestrained psychopaths that the agencies can find. And that is who PDJT and the People are up against. They control the entire federal government, like a wicked and perverted central nervous system, and also tell the MSM propaganda machine what to say. They also manipulate all our foreign allies and cause permanent unrest across the globe. They are not averse to, and are quite skilled at, deposing Presidents and all others who interfere in their control and operations.
This is the heart of the Evil Empire, not the parade of clowns surrounding the Mall.
Once the second group are defeated, the first will collapse under its own useless weight.
If America’s worst traitors are all assembled in Langley VA, they are the perfect consolidated target to be destroyed, all at once, in a single place.
Cut off the head of the snake.
Hannibal’s European conquests were stopped cold when the Roman Scipio went straight for Hannibal’s jugular and attacked Carthage itself, destroyed its home resources and won, while Hannibal was busy rampaging throughout Europe.
The CIA is a destructive MONSTER, stirring up trouble, murder and mayhem across the globe. They can be eliminated by likewise attacking and destroying their headquarters, ending their global evil which is completely contrary to the beliefs, needs and wishes of the American people and the founding principles of the USA.
The CIA is completely out of control. It has become nothing but turbocharged wickedness.
We know EXACTLY where the serpent dwells. It’s time to knock down America’s “University of Psychopathy” at Langley.
By Jove, you’ve got it.
All Roads Lead to Langley.
Camp Peary comes to mind….
Everyone seems to forget just who gives the orders for “regime change” wherever. It is that inner circle of the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) and their ilk throughout the U.S. and the world. And they are doing it for their much-awaited “global government”. THAT is why they hate people like Donald Trump, Orban in Hungary, Bolsonaro in Brazil, etc. These are people who want(ed) to keep their nations free and sovereign, and their people prosperous.
This schiff didn’t come about overnight. It has been many decades in the planning. Just a few things to think about:
“We are grateful to the Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries.”
— David Rockefeller, Bilderberger Conference, Baden-Baden, Germany 1991
“Some even believe we (the Rockefeller family) are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure – one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”
— David Rockefeller, Memoirs, page 405
“We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order.”
— David Rockefeller
“But this present window of opportunity, during which a truly peaceful and interdependent world order might be built, will not be open for long. Already there are powerful forces at work that threaten to destroy all of our hopes and efforts to erect an enduring structure of global interdependence.”
—David Rockefeller, at the Business Council for the United Nations, September 14, 1994
These are just from one super-wealthy, megalomaniac. There are more. Here are a few others:
“Today, America would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there were an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the World Government.”
— Dr. Henry Kissinger, Bilderberger Conference, Evians, France, 1992
“US must not stop Syrian resettlement. It would be a threat to ‘global governance’”.
— David Miliband, former British Foreign Secretary who came to New York in 2013 to take the reins of the International Rescue Committee
“The technotronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values. Soon it will be possible to assert almost continuous surveillance over every citizen and maintain up-to-date complete files containing even the most personal information about the citizen. These files will be subject to instantaneous retrieval by the authorities…”
— Zbigniew Brzezinski from his book “Between Two Ages: America’s Role in the Technotronic Era”
“This regionalization is in keeping with the Tri-Lateral Plan, which calls for a gradual convergence of East and West, ultimately leading toward the goal of one world government. National sovereignty is no longer a viable concept.”
— Zbignew Brzezinski, National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter
“Every child in America entering school at the age of five is insane because he comes to school with certain allegiances to our founding fathers, toward our elected officials, toward his parents, toward a belief in a supernatural being, and toward the sovereignty of this nation as a separate entity. It’s up to you as teachers to make all these sick children well – by creating the international child of the future”
— Dr. Chester M. Pierce, Psychiatrist, address to the Childhood International Education Seminar, 1973
“To achieve world government, it is necessary to remove from the minds of men their individualism, loyalty to family traditions, national patriotism and religious dogmas…”
— G. Brock Chisholm, psychiatrist and co-founder of the World Federation of Mental Health
“We … ourselves, who still nurse a sense of our homogeneity and difference from others … And that’s precisely what the European Union, in my view, should be doing its best to undermine… States have to become more open states, in terms of the people who inhabit them; sovereignty is an illusion … sovereignty is an absolute illusion that has to be put behind us.“
—Peter Sutherland, UN migration chief & chairman at Goldman Sachs bank, who wants to use (Muslim) immigration to destroy European countries’ culture
“His [Orban’s] plan treats the protection of national borders as the objective and the refugees as an obstacle,” Mr. Soros added. “Our plan treats the protection of refugees as the objective and national borders as the obstacle.”
— George Soros on Victor Orban’s criticism (And anyone who believes that George Soros gives a flying fig for “refugees”… well, I’ve a bridge I’d love to sell you.)
“If we are frank with ourselves, we shall admit that we are engaged on a deliberate and sustained and concentrated effort to impose limitations upon the sovereignty and independence of the fifty or sixty local sovereign independent States which at present partition the habitable surface of the earth and divide the political allegiance of mankind. It is just because we are really attacking the principle of local sovereignty that we keep on protesting our loyalty to it so loudly.
… I will merely repeat that we are at present working, discreetly but with all our might, to wrest this mysterious political force called sovereignty out of the clutches of the local national states of our world. And all the time we are denying with our lips what we are doing with our hands…”
—Arnold Toynbee, Address to the 1931 Copenhagen conference as published in International Affairs: Journal of the Royal Institute of International Affairs (November 1931)
And then there’s this:
A World Effectively Controlled by the United Nations
That is the actual title of an important 1961 State Department study by CFR member Lincoln P. Bloomfield that advised world government under the UN could be brought about by a “series of sudden, nasty, and traumatic shocks.”
In the study’s opening summary, Professor Bloomfield wrote: “A world effectively controlled by the United Nations is one in which ‘world government’ would come about through the establishment of supranational institutions, characterized by mandatory universal membership…. Effective control would thus entail a preponderance of political power in the hands of a supranational organization…. The present UN Charter could theoretically be revised in order to erect such an organization equal to the task envisaged, thereby codifying a radical rearrangement of power in the world.”
Also known in the State Department as “Study Memorandum No. 7”, the subversive Bloomfield/CFR program, which was never planned for public release, candidly confesses to its elite audience that “to avoid endless euphemism and evasive verbiage, the contemplated regime will occasionally be referred to unblushingly as a ‘world government.’” Unblushingly, but still secretly, to the initiated and vetted one-worlders, not to America’s great unwashed, who are told that every step toward world government is a victory for peace and global cooperation.
The Bloomfield/CFR template, as detailed in “A World Effectively Controlled by the United Nations,” was a key document exposed by this writer [William F. Jasper] in my two books on the United Nations, Global Tyranny … Step by Step: The United Nations and the Emerging New World Order (1992) and The United Nations Exposed (2001).
As those books explained, the Bloomfield study was not the harebrained ranting of some marginal academic outlier, but, rather, the actual schema for global conquest; it became the operational manual for CFR globalists in our government; and has provided the guidance for Democrat and Republican administrations (alternating CFR Team A and Team B).
Treason — the planned scuttling of our constitutional form of government by officials sworn to protect it, perpetual war, and the destruction of our liberty and national sovereignty — became official policy.
The Bloomfield plan, which has been employed for decades by the CFR elites, calls for “a crisis, a war, or a brink-of-war situation so grave or commonly menacing that deeply-rooted attitudes and practices are sufficiently shaken.”
However, the CFR author of the plan reiterated that a single “crisis” might not be sufficient for the purpose; more likely, he observed, this grand objective would require “a series of unnerving trips to or over the brink.”
Hence, we have been treated to a non-stop barrage of orchestrated “global crises” — financial, environmental, security, etc. — all of which demand, we are told, “global solutions,” under the United Nations. And, thus, we have today not only the engineered Iran crisis, but also the Ukraine crisis, the Global-warming (aka the Climate) crisis, the global financial crisis, the ISIS crisis, lately the COVID-19 virus crisis, etc.
Obama’s JCPOA Iran deal is not, of course, truly Obama’s Iran deal; he is merely the talking bobblehead of his CFR handlers. The CFR’s globalists and their media thought cartel have moved another chess piece in their quest to finalize their already maturely developed plan of “perpetual war for perpetual peace.”
As dismally described by George Orwell in 1984, his dystopian view of Earth in the future, that megalomaniacal scheme features constantly shifting alliances and wars in a world divided into regional superpowers known as Oceania, Eastasia, and Eurasia. The perpetual warfare and crises provide the excuse and the means for effectuating the absolute tyranny of the Total State. We are fast approaching that point at which Orwell’s prophetic fiction becomes fact. And the CFR-brokered Iran deal, far from being a “peace” initiative, is intended to provide another of those “unnerving trips to or over the brink” that will lead more Americans to accept the benevolent manacles of the Orwellian Big Brother Global State.
Excerpts of the above “The New American” article entitled: “Iran Nuclear Deal: Betrayal, Deception, and False Alternatives — Again” thanks to William F. Jasper, whose tireless research yields ever more eye-opening facts.
Excellent post. Very informative and revealing.
ALL of President TRUMP’S accomplishments – foreign and domestic – have been put down George Orwell’s “Memory Hole” from his novel 1984 and replaced by lying propaganda.
Too many people, aided by The Usual Suspects in the so-called media, have accepted the lies and forgotten the facts from 2017 to January 2021.
It is interesting and appalling to observe this phenomenon, the result of a too large percentage of people, who are non-thinking or badly thinking types, or worse, who are Communists of such blinkered intelligence that they refuse to acknowledge the elephant in front of them.
“My beliefs prevent me from believing reality.”
That aspect of our fellow Americans is the most difficult one to oppose, as it literally involves psychological warfare.
Nevertheless, perhaps through friendly persuasion, as the Quakers might say, and/or simply through constant repetition and emphasis on The Facts, we can reach such people.
But how does he beat the ballot box? They can dial in the solution now that Mr ACORN and his side kick (Obama and Holder) have reengineered voting at the county level!!
We make it, “Too big to rig.”
Everything we want our country to be is doable.
And in one big swoop, Sundance brushes the doomsayers, hair on fire, never gonna work, hand wringing, failure feedback crowd, right off the table.
Swoosh..
Thank you!
YES, Alleycats!👍🏻
like PT, we should be results oriented, to the exclusion of almost everything else.
if you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the problem.
“but, but, but…” gets us nowhere – fast.
grab a fork, i.e.: no matter how small, do something to help PT as he solves problems.
be vocal, call/email reps, talk to your neighbors, write op eds, get interviewed by the insipid media at a summerfest, vote!, ANYTHING to present a united front for PT.
he is remarkably well suited to work around the seemingly unsolvable problems created to be just that.
YOU CAN’T STUMP THE TRUMP!
🎯 against the backdrop of a lot of Treepers hitting these same points the last few days to naysayers and operatives.
💥 💥 💥 💥 💥
And SD brought it on home, like he always does!
Sundance,
I have for years known about your statement in the 5th paragraph and have struggled to articulate that thought over the years. You have so eloquently stated it in two sentences:
The bureaucracy of DC exists to sustain the career influence and affluence of a group of people who would never survive in the private sector. Their weak work ethic, selfish worldview, insufferably annoying character traits, flawed logic, silly outlooks and disconnected opinions created in a bubble that has no relationship to reality, are only useful within their echo-chambered system.
Nancy Pelosi, Mitch McConnell, and Joe Biden are shining examples of that statement.
Excellent comment, bird.
I will add that the echo-chambered system has now spilled into corporate America, academia, healthcare, and sports.
we see this now in DIE (dei), shunning of conservatives and Christians, and silencing of MAGA in the workplace.
this is why President Trump’s main street America is so successful; it resonates within We the People.
Slowcobra,
Great additional thoughts which are fact!
“The bureaucracy of DC….. [is] only useful within their echo-chambered system.” -SD
This is simply “higher” academia moved from one hall to another., and it’s the same people. The useful ones get a job in the real world and PRODUCE something of real value.
This is also why Tucker Carlson’s interview of Jeffrey Sachs was helpful.
This is a good life lesson overall.
Cannot wait for PDJT to take office and start working towards making things better!
And roll-up my old granny sleeves and help him — and our country — get back on track.
“The DC challenges are not overwhelming when you take a non-traditional approach toward finding solutions.”
If you mean going back to government reflecting conservative, Constitutional values, I’d call the following list overwhelming. The fluke of history factors that established the USA and maintained it for a while as a republic are long gone. We have a dumbed down population that in FAR too many cases doesn’t even know what it has lost and the neo-Marxist (generic big government authoritarian) “long march through the institutions” has been hugely successful.
Only a Collapse and Total Reboot Can Fix Our Bloated Government System
NOVEMBER 14, 2016

Excerpt:
Conservatives keep voting for candidates thinking that they will fix the bugs, but let’s look at what this approach would take. In one form or another we will have to:
1) Elect at least a generation of conservative supermajorities in both chambers of congress. They have to be supermajorities because parliamentary rules allow for political minority actions to stop simple majority legislation.
2) We will have to elect a string of conservative presidents to work with the conservative congresses. We can’t have activist presidents who govern by executive actions in order to bypass congress.
3) True constitutionalists must be nominated and approved to the Supreme Court.
4) Conservatives will have to control at least 37 state legislatures, because sooner or later we will need to make constitutional amendments.
That said, definitely vote for Speedbump Trump. And don’t count on a Red Wave or pay any attention to polls. As Dan Bongino pointed out yesterday, there was a special election in Ohio this week where the Republican was supposed to win, according to the polls, by 25-30 points. He won by 10.
Speedbump Trump?
Did you get a bonus for that one?
The Byzantine bureaucracy is the same as the Lawfare we see so clearly now.
It is indirect in its approach, obtuse in its meanings, and does not accept the responsibility of events. Every thing is for the “system”, the “greater good”, etc.
The people who inhabit those offices are the same, indirect. If they have a problem with someone they do not talk to them face-to-face. They sneak around and create dislike for that individual with others. Look at all the stupid regulations we deal every day. They make rules so they do not have to talk to anyone who might disagree, or have an opposing opinion.
Sundance hits the nail on the head (again!).
thank you, Sundance! When evaluating the forces arrayed against President Trump, with the constant barrage of negativity, it is sometimes difficult to maintain a positive outlook!
But, as usual, you are correct! President Trump has a different perspective. One that is rooted in problem solving for the country as a whole, and not at all like his adversaries who are just in it for their own gain!
I had just finished reading this morning and thought this is an excellent time to share from The Daily Signal:
https://www.dailysignal.com/2024/06/11/house-democrats-create-task-force-to-attack-conservative-plan-to-defang-deep-state/
This is why President Trump MUST WIN. Anything else is unthinkable.
I remain skeptical but hopeful. Believe me, believe me. I do see the country starting to bend toward accepting that Trump will likely win the vote. Biden is simply that terrible that they can’t just cheat in the margins. Where are the pre-2020 election efforts as outlined by Time? They resorted to Lawfare this time, and they are talking about resisting the de-construction of the administrative state. That doesn’t sound like Biden winning to me. The vote fraud would have to be even bolder than 2020 I think. If that’s the case, therein might be the black swan event that that topples the whole house of cards.
How does Trump get Israel to stop the fighting in Gaza and Lebanon?
Aren’t they the ones being the aggressors here?
No.
No offense to you my friend, but it is the MEDIA and the CORRUPTOCRATS that are calling Israel the aggressor. Israel should, is, and must go scorched earth on the agressors: HAMAS.
See above.
Add in: no “aid” to anyone.
But it’s NOT fixable WITHOUT JUSTICE! The first step in regaining respect amongst the world is providing those who STOLE our country a ride on a rope…in public…televised for the world to see….
IT MUST HAPPEN!
THAT MUST BE THE START!
Make Hemp Rope Great Again!
just love this article,sundance…..so spot on……not only washington, but many loyal opposition conservatives in media(many fox hosts) seem more interested in failure rather than taking back power and fixing things….
i
ve always said that conservative talkers like sean hannity believe they fare much better(career -wise) if they keep their audiences "chasing the carrot"......its good for business to keep the suckers motivated and in a state of perpetual pursuit that never achieves a result…excellent observations..
We, The People must do our part, too! My G’Ma always told me that “God will give us the shovel, but we must dig the holes”. We can’t expect to fix anything if we don’t get involved. LET’S ROLL, USA!
Amen Kimi, amen.
Have shovel, will dig.
“The bureaucracy of DC exists to sustain the career influence and affluence of a group of people who would never survive in the private sector. Their weak work ethic, selfish worldview, insufferably annoying character traits, flawed logic, silly outlooks and disconnected opinions created in a bubble that has no relationship to reality, are only useful within their echo-chambered system.”
This also fully describes the entire non-government support network of the deep state. It describes corporate executives, academic leadership, most doctors and lawyers.
Not one of them can fix a leaking toilet or start a lawnmower. But they are fantastic at networking, making money, and spending it on buying the useless politicians.
Trump however is very good at getting these people to change course by the simple expedient of changing the incentives.
I have it on the best authority (Mike Bloomberg) that farming is easy. Just dig a hole and drop some seeds in. Obviously, the man is a genius at making money but hasn’t a clue about anything that is actually useful.
Language as a weapon….
@balajis
VERBAL INVERSION
They define democracy as rule by Democrats.
So when they jail the opposition, censor your speech, and build one-party blue states…that’s all in defense of democracy.
But when someone outside the Party wins an election…well, *that* is an attack on democracy.
Go try it yourself. Ask a partisan blue whether they’d ever vote for a Republican. Of course they wouldn’t, because one-party Democrat rule is the essence of democracy!
This also applies abroad. When Bukele or Milei or Orban wins an election, that is not democracy. But when Justin Trudeau silences truckers by freezing their assets, that is the essence of democracy.
It’s verbal inversion, the intentional corruption of words to mean their opposite. Watch violent BLM/Hamas riots become protected speech, while your mere speech becomes violence.
And watch as they apply the same systematic corruption of words to science, journalism, and information itself.
Trust the science! By that they mean Fauci and the institutions. It’s all about prestigious citation over independent replication. Masks don’t work, and then they do. Because science isn’t something *you* can do, it’s only something blues can do.
And support journalism! By this they mean blue journalism. They mean journalism as nepotism, as the hereditary fiefdom of the Ochs-Sulzbergers. They sure don’t mean citizen journalism — again, it’s not what *you* say but what blues say.
Oh, and combat disinformation! By this too they mean non-Democrat information. A true story that disadvantages Democrats like the Hunter Biden laptop is censored before the election, while a false story like the Steele Dossier gets wide circulation. Once more, *you* think information is what’s true, but they think information is what helps blues.
Ultimately we’ll need to reclaim these words via citizen journalism, decentralized science, verifiable information, and internet democracy.
But step one is calling out their verbal inversion. As @micsolana
points out, democracy doesn’t mean prosecution of the opposition. And it sure doesn’t mean one-party Democrat rule.
It means an election that even blues can lose.
Great synopsis of how they enslave us with their control of language!
They define democracy as rule by Democrats.
They are correct!
At the core of liberalism is the spoiled child – miserable, as all spoiled children are, unsatisfied, demanding, ill-disciplined, despotic and useless. Liberalism is a philosophy of sniveling brats.
P. J. O’Rourke
“Demon-ocracy always ends up in terror. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights were to create a Republic because the Founding Fathers were brilliant, educated people who knew no Democracy can long survive. The USA became a Democracy April 8, 1913. Many bad things happened in 1913 including 16th Amendment and a near Biblical flood that almost wiped out my home town.
The Senate was to be the adults in the room to reign in the children of CONgress.
“The America of my time line is a laboratory example of what can happen to democracies, what has eventually happened to all perfect democracies throughout all histories. A perfect democracy, a ‘warm body’ democracy in which every adult may vote and all votes count equally, has no internal feedback for self-correction. It depends solely on the wisdom and self-restraint of citizens… which is opposed by the folly and lack of self-restraint of other citizens. What is supposed to happen in a democracy is that each sovereign citizen will always vote in the public interest for the safety and welfare of all. But what does happen is that he votes his own self-interest as he sees it… which for the majority translates as ‘Bread and Circuses.’
‘Bread and Circuses’ is the cancer of democracy, the fatal disease for which there is no cure. Democracy often works beautifully at first. But once a state extends the franchise to every warm body, be he producer or parasite, that day marks the beginning of the end of the state. For when the plebs discover that they can vote themselves bread and circuses without limit and that the productive members of the body politic cannot stop them, they will do so, until the state bleeds to death, or in its weakened condition the state succumbs to an invader—the barbarians enter Rome.”
― Robert A. Heinlein
“We look at the problem as if we individually are given an elephant to eat. President Trump looks at the problem as if there needs to be more of us with forks.”
GRAB A FORK, PEOPLE!
(metaphorically speaking, of course😁)
Sundance, your fifth paragraph that begins with.–“The bureaucracy of DC exists to sustain…” is a perfect description of this vile group.
For instance, observing the inept performances of just the FBI and CIA is amazing. Clapper, Brennan, Comey, Wray, deny and lie repeatedly.
How do these inarticulate, pugnacious villains –who deliver nothing with such incompetence remain in the game?
Example: How do 50 in the (lack of) Intelligence sector sign a letter denying the authenticity of Hunter’s laptop,
yet remain mute when this falsehood is exposed?
The absurdity and criminality is continuously revealed
Yet…crickets?!
This is why OUR country desperately needs Donald Trump. This man is the antithesis of the DC bumblers. He is so brazen — so refreshingly real. The more his cred multiplies with The People– the more absolutely Insane the villains become.
As the crowd echoed in one of his recent rallies, “Bullshit!”
That is exactly how MAGA views the DC Overlords:
🐂💩
We are tired of it!
God bless him! 🦁👑
God bless Sundance!❤️
God bless America!🇺🇲
In all my years of reading Sundance’s postings, this one is by far the BEST EVAH!
Yeah. It fits here.
It may seem presumptuous of me to take on Victor Davis Hanson’s historical analysis, but a recent article of his in American Greatness just set me off. I won’t pay for AG and therefore can’t comment there, so I am putting my response here on the assumption that he or someone he knows will see it.
FTA: “Governor Ronald Reagan, in his 1967 inaugural address, famously remarked, ‘freedom is a fragile thing and it’s never more than one generation away from extinction.’
Reagan today might have expanded on his theme by declaring that civilization itself is both fragile and can lost by a generation that recklessly spends its inheritance while neither appreciating nor replenishing it—if not ridiculing those who sacrificed so much to provide it.
Such is the noxious epitaph of the Baby Boomer generation that is now passing after a half-century of preeminence and whose Jacobin agendas have nearly wrecked the nation they inherited.”
Nope. It wasn’t the Boomers (born 1946 – 1964) who wrecked it all. It was the Silent Generation (born 1928 – 1945).
Born too late for WW2, the Silent Generation was responsible for all the non-Christian pop culture moral rot in movies and TV that Boomers grew up on, e.g. Hud or Cool Hand Luke. If Boomers have shaky moral foundations you can trace them to the rot fed to them by the Silent Generation.
Furthermore, it was the Silent Generation that was in charge and made the executive decisions to ship American manufacturing jobs to China. Boomers were in the lower level positions charged with implementing the disastrous America-LAST policies of the Silent Generation. Add to that the young radical college professors of the Silent Generation who force-fed Marxism to the Boomers in college.
Nope. Not Boomers. The Silent Generation. Look there for the source of the mess we have to clean up now.
So what did Boomers contribute? Let’s see, how about the internet and the personal computers and cell phones we type this on, for a start. Oh, and President Trump.
Sorry, VDH. Ain’t buyin’ your analysis.
Trump 2024
https://amgreatness.com/2024/06/03/the-destructive-generation-proving-americas-weakest-link/
Boomer bashing is a real cottage industry. I will say though that blaming the Silents is also wrong. It really was the Greatest Generation. Every President from JFK to Bush 1 was of that generation. Every President from Clinton to Trump was a boomer. It got better at the end so perhaps we have learned something. (Biden is the first and hopefully only Silent.) The Silent generation was called that for a reason and only really came to power in their twilight years which unfortunately is now.
The roots go back further but a good year to pick when everything went south is 1965. The deadly combination was the Great Society and open immigration which both happened that year when the oldest Boomer was 19 and couldn’t even vote. The youngest was an infant. The Greatest Generation held all the levers of power then.
I’m not into blaming any particular generation for the situation we find ourselves in. I don’t even like labeling the generations as they have been labeled. I think it is divisive and helps no one. What made the “greatest generation” great? What made the “silent generation” so silent? There’s a lot more to it than labels. Just my two cents.
…and it was Boomers who elected President Reagan – TWICE..
thanks for highlighting this egregious example of divisiveness, Trapper, had to be done.
Yeah, I pretty tired of Hanson’s presumptious, obfuscating, pretenrious pontificating also.
It’s pretty obvious to me he’s a ‘sophisticated’ narrative control operative.
BINGO!!!
Yes!!!
I listened to VDH for a minute and quickly discerned that he never has a solution…stopped listening to his endless rehashing.
He uses his history focused shtick to look back, haughtily, at what we all saw coming.
He never looks forward or charts a path.
I don’t know what he thinks he has to lose by getting off his high horse and into the trenches that out-weighs the loss of civilization itself, but he always plays it safe, although indubitably eruditely so.
Being a historian, all VDH can do is look back.
Be careful friend you are parroting what the Deep State wants you too, going alter groups of people. First it was the Jews, then boomers, next you.
This is how the degenerates take over nations, they become a protected class, i.e., illegals. Palestinians, LGBTQ. You see how that works?
Our “economic system” was originally designed with fiscal responsibility baked in. We were on a scare materials standard. No one can CREATE money but they could certainly go out and FIND money (i.e. mining for gold or silver) But over the course of the US history, corruption of money by converting over to DEBT BASED money rather than scarce material was a problem which shouldn’t be able to happen since the congress controls this function.
Yet repeatedly this was tried in the US and eventually it stuck in the US with the Federal Reserve. Somehow they have continued to pretend this is not unconstitutional by SPACKLE laws which gives the Federal Reserve Bank system the appearance of legitimacy. Laws which conflict with the constitution are null and void. If they wanted to make it STICK they would need to amend the constitution to support it. They haven’t and they shouldn’t.
So yes, I do look at how it was caused and firmly believe that once this is corrected, all other things will “fail into place.” The whole “second economy” will quickly find they can’t run things the way they have been. And then people who know how to succeed in the ACTUAL economy will be in charge as they should be.
Nearly every problem we see today is because the “system” violates the constitution.
When Trump was in office our dollar carried weight. Now countries around the world seem to be figuring out ways of not needing our dollars. Will this hamper Trumps efforts?
I’m thinking America has to go back to the gold standard and am wondering just how difficult that is going to be?
Then there is the 4th branch of government. Is there a feasible way of taking our internal traitors down?
Okay, I’m running a little slow this morning: who (or what) is MbS?
Mohammed bin Salmon
Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia.
Thanks for the info!
Who is MbS?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mohammed_bin_Salman
“This was/is part of the reason why DC hated Trump.”
And this is why every parent who ever taught their children to ‘get along’ with their siblings, or to say “I’m sorry” when you’ve done something wrong, sees what President Trump does as a shining example of what we all need to do.
In a far greater way.
President Trump’s common sense, don’t get in a fight ‘just because’ attitude, is part of the reason why we love him.
‘Cause at the Presidential level fighting ‘just because’ includes big mushroom clouds.
And results in our sons and daughters dying while Fortunate Sons and Daughters are protected from fighting. Written in 1969, the words of this song still reflect today’s reality. Over 50 years……let that sink in:
Nothing worth doing ever came easy…the more righteous your fight, the more opposition you will face”
President Trump: Good at taking on big issues pragmatically.
Obama and Biden: Good at multislacking, throwing money away, and playing to emotions.
President Trump comes from the private sector. In the private sector, problems are either solved or you go bankrupt. Trump has experienced both. Experiencing failure makes the good managers better. Trump was a good manager and now he is the best. Closing most of the Departments and Agencies in Washington DC, reducing Federal Spending by 80%, and removing the illegals and Communists from our Country are the solutions.
He will run the country as a bizness, with all citizens as stakeholders. Needs of the country first for the benefit of the shareholders.
“Needs of the country first …………
These people are sick and follow the dark. They are God Haters they think they know more than him. Who had Paul write the following a coupla thousand years ago.
I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed [it] unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified [him] not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in [their] knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. (Romans 1:16, KJV)
Amen and Amen!
I still think We The People should demand Trump “Mileis” the Federal government! Doubling the economy can be done, but the Deep State needs to be pruned back drastically.
Someone was reading the comments.
The foreign policy stuff directly quoted above was used in several comments and replies yesterday, despite naysayers and narrative control manipulative efforts.
The domestic stuff was also addressed yesterday by several Treepers regarding tariffs and growing the internal economy despite ignorance, in error, being manipulated by other manipulative Narrative Control efforts.
Touche, SD!
“Their weak work ethic, selfish worldview, insufferably annoying character traits, flawed logic, silly outlooks and disconnected opinions created in a bubble that has no relationship to reality, are only useful within their echo-chambered system.”
My former friends are exactly this.
Great rant, Sundance. Thank you.
I’m sending this article to everyone I know! How are you so good at big picture and lots of details at the same time? I hope DJT considers you for a position in his new Cabinet. Thank you for the inspiration that it’s not too late. 🇺🇸
“…Trump might be willing to prove he’s nuts….”…haha…that leaves a lot open to the imagination….
“It is important to remind ourselves of what is possible in a positive way …”
Fine. And …
Alot of Treepers are aware of what is possible in a negative way as this Administrative State runs headlong / creates each new mess. That has us a bit concerned as we try to live our best lives.
“paralysis by analysis”
Beautiful! Thank you for the uplifting and pragmatic essay. You have provided some ammo to counter the never ending pessimistic arguments from our brainwashed friends.
Great article and insights.
Trump will be inheriting a mess, and he is the only one that can clean it up. It may take more than four years though so his VP is more important now than ever.
Choose wisely Mr. President.
The problem for DC is that no one knows how to double the economy or leverage tariffs to expand the domestic pie. President Trump does. – Sundance
That’s because everyone in DC is a leftist and leftists all believe the “pie” size is fixed, if one takes a bigger slice then everyone else gets a smaller slice! That all resources are finite. Therefore the need for “equity” and everyone, except for the ruling elites of course, needs to get the same size slice!!! There have been predictions that the world is running out of oil that are more than 100 years old!!! President Trump believes in growing the economic pie so Praise the Lord for that!!! Godspeed President Trump and Sundance!!! JMO
To me, the key difference is Trump has the best interests of America (and other countries) at heart. ALL the Republicans and Democrats are looking out for #1!
Not just tariffs for China and EU but all the BRICS countries especially India which is responsible for the offshoring of IT and business services, those freaking call centers and much of AI is really Indian offshore teams
India is not our friend, it’s corrupt, racist, IP theft is huge, and Indian managers in the US are nepotistic and very few meet the oath test and instead remain Indians sending work and IP back to India
If we want to save the Rust Belt 2.0 happening in US cities we need 60% tariff on all of BRICS
BRICS has been undermining the USA
UK should also be tariffed; Steele Dossier and much of the geopolitical insanity is actually City of London machinations
BRICS and UK 60% plus tariffs
You are likely right re: GB… but I so don’t want to make the Brits our enemy. Maybe PDJT can negotiate with them first to avoid tariffs? Plus, we want Brexit to work for them too.
How does charging tariffs make one an enemy?
Tariffs are an economic tool used to prevent the unequal costs of trade, i.e. China having MSN status with zero tariffs in trade to US but there are onerous tariffs on products from the US.
Yes, true.
PDJT used tariffs against China until China finally accepted a fair trade deal with the US….
Trump also said he doesn’t want to impose tariffs on other countries but will if they impose tariffs and other unfair trade practices on us. He prefers no one impose tariffs.
China (and most of our other trade partners) have imposed unfair tarrifs on our products for decades and, until Trump, past administration just let them do it.
Yes, China’s MFN status needs to end.
PDT said he just wants an even playing field; and he wants all nations to prosper.
But you avoided the question as to how would a tariff on products of the Brits would make them our enemy. 👀
Well… “enemy” was too harsh a word.
The US has always (100+ years) had a special relationship with GB. I personally don’t want to see US/BRitish relations digress into animosity. We want to improve relations with our allies and foes, not further harm them.
And… it’s easy to fix anyway.
Trump already did it with France… in less than 30 minutes.
When Macron said they passed legislation to substantially impose tariffs on US products, Trump said: well either un-pass it or I will tarriff all French wine and champagne entering the US at 70%+/-.” Macron said: “you can’t do that Donald.” “Yes I can, Trump responded. I’ve got the order on my desk ready to sign now.” Macron called Trump back and said: “OK, no tarrif.” Problem resolved.
You can tell when container ships arrive full and return empty. Biden-Buttigieg completely screwed up the supply chain, including refusing to accommodate new super container ships.
The question was how does charging tariffs make one an enemy?
Additionally, PRESIDENT Trump never said he doesn’t like tariffs. He has stated many times the usefulness of tariffs as opposed to tax burdens on labor and business investments.
Bingo.
More flim flam obfuscating.
^^^^😉
Trump has said he prefers that no country impose tarrifs. Just free, fair trade. And, that seems to be the fair, honest way to do it. Otherwise we just end up in a viscious cycle of tit-4-tat… in all our trade deals with foreign nations.
PDT has also said IF tarrifs are imposed on us by foreign countries, then he will impose tarriffs on the offending country’s products to even out the playing field.
In your view, what is the cause of these “… tax burdens on labor and business investments?”
PRESIDENT Trump has never advocated free trade. Which isn’t free, btw.
I think the UK has always been an enemy.

Without a doubt. The facade is crumbling.
The City of London soon to be unveiled to the masses?
🤔
And they do that by looking out for the MIC.
Very profitable business, that.
Thank you for your positive comment! I celebrate Sundance and welcome his optimistic, practical opinion. What a joy to hear the possible and positive future he expressed!
We deserve to have a better leader and a better government. Thanks to all the posters who believe that that can happen and who are looking forward to that. I know I am!! Thank God for Sundance and Donald Trump!
