Schwab believes that the time for negotiations has not yet come, because “the Ukrainians cannot surrender without losing political authority; therefore, we have to wait for something to happen that really creates some kind of need for discussion.”
Schwab also talked about his first meeting with Putin and his thoughts on Russia’s role in the world.
The WEF chairman does not think much of Zelensky, believing it necessary to lead him by the nose, promising him unrealistic EU and NATO memberships: “Europe plays an important role in influencing him.
We have to use Zelensky and tell him that he will only get what he wants if he supports our democratic principles,” Schwab frankly admitted.
“But its admission to the EU and NATO is not possible,” clarified “Jacques Attali.”
“No, it is understandable,” Klaus summed up.
Schwab also shared his opinion on the possibility of blowing up the Nord Stream, believing that Ukraine, which does not trust Germany, could thus force it to physically reject Russian gas.
Remembering Kissinger, Schwab said the main achievement of the “grand master of diplomacy” was the rapprochement between the United States and China to avoid its alliance with Russia, which was the most feared in the West.

At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if Merchan posted it.
I doubt there would be no new trial before the election. And after Cohen’s admission of being an embezzler, I wonder if they’d dare use him again. Bragg originally thought this was a weak case, and wouldn’t bring it, but obviously was leaned on by the WH. Maybe now he’ll say, “See what a mess this turned out to be?”
The thought of Merchan himself having to set aside the trial verdict is so delicious.

It’s to let us know it was rigged and that they aren’t afraid to do so right in front of our faces. I read that this will automatically require a mistrial. It would be up to the prosecutor’s office to decide whether to retry the case, although they’ve lost the element of surprise in what they are claiming President Trump did wrong (which is unconstitutional in the old America).
Thinking about it longer, there’s a plethora of information available about how deep the pile of reversible error is in this trial; Marchan must know he’ll be embarrassed, probably several times over, at the next level. Is it possible he’s trying to hide his overwhelming bias under a mistrial?

Yes, the 29th was the first. The verdict was announced on the 30th. So some juror was leaking what was going on in the jury room. No one is allowed to know that – not the bailiff, not the judge, nobody.

The guilty verdict in Trump’s hush money trial was thrown into jeopardy on Friday when the judge warned of an incriminating post from a user claiming they made contact with a juror the day before the verdict.
Judge Juan Merchan sparked speculation of potential mistrial when he sent a letter to the prosecution and defense attorneys about the message that read: ‘My cousin is a juror and says Trump is getting convicted [heart emoji] Thank you folks for all your had work!!!!’
It raises questions about whether one of the jurors did in fact discuss the case with others when they were not allowed to.
