THE thing to be feared is the rapidly increasing amount of gain-of-function biodefense/bioweapon efforts being carried out worldwide.

Many scientists don’t believe we’ve ever gotten any useful information out of this, but to take the avian flu that has 50% mortality or Ebola that has 50% mortality and to try to mutate it to become aerosolized or spread through the air I think is a death wish and you know there’s a scientist that we quote Kevin Esvelt from MIT. He’s not a partisan. I don’t know what party he belongs to but I think he’s an objective scientist. He’s a guy who works in crisper technology. He’s at the cutting edge of things, but he says some of this gain of function juicing up of viruses could be a threat to civilization.
Imagine what would happen if 50% of the world died. You can see a little bit historically when that happened when about a third of Europe died from smallpox in the 14th century, but imagine now where we’re much more dependent on division of labor. We all don’t get our own water, our own food. What happens when nobody’s around to put chlorine in the water? What happens when there is no sewage removal? What happens when there’s no trash removal? What happens when there is no commerce? What happens when everybody’s shooting each other to get the food that they’ve preserved in somebody’s house? I mean that’s what happens when 50% of the people die and we shouldn’t be working on viruses or manipulatingviruses that have that kind of death rate because they can accidentally get from out of labs.
The sad truth is I’m elected and represent a state and they won’t tell me and so I can’t even get unclassified information. Most of what I’m asking for on COVID and the deliberations about why they funded it is unclassified and the NIH refuses to give it to me. HHS refuses to give me this information. So, imagine what it’s like for me to try to find out what’s happening at the Rocky Mountain Lab run by, you know, spooks and intelligence agency people. Are we doing this (bioweapon development/defense research)? In all likelihood, yes. I do recall seeing a a CIA official responding and saying, “Hey, we need not to be too hard on the Chinese mixing civilian and biological weapons research because, guess what, we do the same”, but there’s at least a dozen in the US doing gain of function research that could be dangerous and that’s just the unclassified side of it.
The classified side of it, somebody (like CONGRESS?! – W) needs to look at it. They’re out of control. The intelligence agencies have no oversight, They won’t even give to people on the intelligence committee things. They they hide things even from people on the intelligence committee, but for the most part there’s only eight people in Congress that are privy to any information of any real things that go on and I believe that these people within the intelligence agency worry that it’s too important to reveal to elected officials.

Yes, I read that Biden said no pardon for Hunter.
That makes me think Biden already knows the DE court/judge was selected to give Hunter a slap on the wrist… probation, house arrest for a year or 2. Max is 5 years in prison.
Will the verdict come b4 the election? Hope so. Trump/MAGA/Rs can then use a BS sentence to distinguish between the estreme harsh and unjust treatment of PDJT vs the easy treatment of Hunter.
Trump might use an easy sentence for Hunter to show the hypocrisy of the left and their demands for extreme gun control. I do believe the Biden Crime Family always worries about Hunter’s hatred of his father . Yes, it’s probably a very dysfunctional “love/hate” thing, but Hunter’s emails reveals his contempt for his father, deep contempt. Same for how he feels about his step-mother.
Hunter is a very troubled soul and yes, he has his father’s genes for lying but at the same time, he has grown up knowing how corrupt his father and uncle are, knowing they used him over and over and over again for power and money.

Why I’m Backing President Trump
As many press accounts have reported, I’m hosting a fundraising event for President Donald J. Trump at my home in San Francisco this evening.
Over the last couple of years, I have hosted events for presidential candidates Ron DeSantis, Vivek Ramaswamy, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., as well as several Congressional figures in both major parties. I give to many, but endorse few.
But today I am giving my endorsement to our 45th President, Donald J. Trump, to be our 47th President. My reasons rest on four main issues that I think are vital to American prosperity, security, and stability – issues where the Biden administration has veered badly off course and where I believe President Trump can lead us back.
1. The Economy
President Biden took over an economy that was already recovering strongly from the Covid-induced shock of Q2 2020. Demand had roared back, and employment had recovered. But he chose to keep priming the pump with unnecessary Covid stimulus – almost $2 trillion of it, passed on a straight party-line vote in March of 2021, with trillions more to follow for “infrastructure,” green energy, and “inflation reduction.”
Biden did this despite early warnings from former Clinton Treasury Secretary Larry Summers that it could lead to inflation. When the inflation came, the Biden administration dismissed it as “transitory.” In fact, inflation still remains persistently high even after the fastest interest-rate tightening cycle in memory.
As a result of Biden’s inflation, average Americans have lost roughly a fifth of their purchasing power over the last few years. Moreover, any American who needs a mortgage, car loan, or credit card debt faces much higher interest costs, which further constrain their purchasing power.
It’s no different for our federal government, which now must devote over a trillion dollars annually to interest on its $34 trillion debt, a massive sum that’s been growing by a trillion dollars every hundred days. This trajectory is unsustainable, yet Biden’s 2025 budget calls for even higher spending.
Growth has already slowed from 3.4 percent in the last quarter of 2023 to an anemic 1.3 percent in the first quarter of this year. We can’t afford another four years of Bidenomics.
2. Foreign Policy / Ukraine War
President Trump left office with ISIS defeated, the Abraham Accords signed, and no new wars raging on the global stage. Three and a half years later, the world is on fire. President Biden has made several strategic choices that have contributed to this situation.
In his first year in office, Biden unnecessarily alienated the Saudis before realizing that they are an indispensable partner in the Middle East. He also presided over a chaotic withdrawal of our troops from Afghanistan (right policy, abysmal execution).
But his biggest blunder by far has been in Ukraine. His administration immediately began pushing for Ukraine’s admission to NATO, despite no unanimity among the existing NATO members that such a move was a good idea. When this predictably antagonized the Russians, the Biden administration doubled down at every turn, insisting that “NATO’s door is open, and will remain open” with respect to Ukraine. Biden himself baited Russia when he said he didn’t “accept anybody’s red lines.”
After the invasion, there was still a chance to stop the war in its early weeks before much loss of life and destruction had occurred. Russian and Ukrainian negotiators had signed a draft agreement in Istanbul that would have seen Russia retreat to its pre-invasion borders in exchange for Ukrainian neutrality. But the Biden administration rejected that deal as well as General Milley’s advice to seek a diplomatic solution in November 2022.
As the war of attrition grinds on, the Ukrainians face ever-mounting casualties and infrastructure damage. Still, President Biden keeps allowing the conflict to escalate and risk World War III. Every escalation that Biden initially resisted – Abrams tanks, F-16’s, ATACMs, allowing Ukraine to hit targets in Russia – he has eventually acquiesced to. There is just one more escalation to go: NATO troops on the ground fighting Russia directly. And our European allies like Emmanuel Macron are already spoiling for exactly this scenario.
With Biden, our choices are limited to fighting the proxy war to the last Ukrainian, or fighting Russia ourselves. President Trump has said he wants the dying in Ukraine to stop, and that he will seek to end the war through a negotiated settlement. Ukraine will no longer be able to get the deal we talked them out of in April 2022, but we can still save Ukraine as an independent nation and avert world war.
3. The Border
As an immigrant to the United States myself, I certainly believe in America’s history of strengthening its ranks by welcoming talented people from other nations seeking freedom and opportunity. But that promise requires an orderly process of legal immigration that emphasizes skills and the principles of American citizenship. This was the preferred policy under President Trump.
What Biden ushered in was a de facto open border policy. On his first day in office, he repealed President Trump’s executive orders restricting illegal immigration and stopped construction of a border wall, selling off parts of it for scrap metal. This quickly resulted in a massive spike in illegal border crossings and a chaotic and dangerous situation on our southern border.
President Biden (along with the hapless Kamala Harris and the malevolent Homeland Security Chief Alejandro Mayorkas) responded to growing concerns by gaslighting the American public, saying there was no problem at the border despite constant videos of masses of people sprinting across it.
When the situation became too dire to ignore or deny, Biden claimed he didn’t have the executive authority to do anything about it and blamed Republicans for not sending him legislation. But this week, facing abysmal polling numbers on this issue, Biden suddenly discovered he has executive authority after all. The order he signed is a tepid, too little-too late effort to slow the tidal wave of illegal immigration in time for the election. But Biden has shown he is not serious on this issue. If he wins a second term, the open border policy will resume, and tens of millions more illegals will stream across the border.
4. Lawfare
A bedrock of the political stability we’ve enjoyed in America over the last 250 years is that we don’t accept attempts to jail political opponents in order to win an election. Yet Biden has pushed for selective and unprecedented prosecutions of his once and future opponent from the moment he assumed office.
Merrick Garland took a long look at the January 6 situation and didn’t see a path to prosecute Trump, even after a one-sided Congressional committee sent a highly-prejudiced referral to his Justice Department. Press stories then appeared describing Biden’s frustration with Garland’s reticence. The result was Jack Smith at the federal level and Alvin Bragg and Fani Willis at the state level. All have pursued cases based on novel legal theories heretofore unseen and designed to get Trump. In the NY case, Bragg resurrected a dead book-keeping misdemeanor into 34 felonies by claiming it was in the service of a second crime that he never defined and that the judge never insisted the jury unanimously agree on.
My immigration to this country as a young boy happened because my parents disagreed with the political system of their home country. That government sought to solve its political disagreements by imprisoning its political enemies. What a sad irony that the lawfare we escaped has now reared its ugly head in America of all places.
President Biden keeps insisting that a return of President Trump to the White House threatens democracy. But his administration is the one that has colluded with tech platforms to censor the Internet, used the intelligence community to cover up his son Hunter’s laptop, and pursued elective prosecutions against his political opponents.
Conclusion: The A/B Test
The voters have experienced four years of President Trump and four years of President Biden. In tech, we call this an A/B test. With respect to economic policy, foreign policy, border policy, and legal fairness, Trump performed better. He is the President who deserves a second term.
Considering the SiliValley water he swims in, I am impressed with how well this fellow understands the truth, and that he has the courage to post it.

I’m surprised that the press isn’t commenting on Biden’s speech yesterday where he confessed to being a Soviet spy. He said he has known Putin for 40 years. Putin was unknown to the western world before 1999 because he was an undercover agent for Soviet intelligence.

Perhaps the emergency fuel shutoff and its manual backup were inop and not on the MEL (minimum equipment list).
Marine diesel reciprocating and gas turbine engines do need fuel to run and it doesn’t magically appear rather comes from the tanks via pipeline with the usual and sundry control and safety systems. I understand it’s not SpaceX but such systems have been around for decades.
Also, what backups do they have for a governor runaway? Even with unit mechanical/electronic injectors that can be an issue.

With appropriate on-the-job education by MAGA policy specialists, Kari Lake would become exceptionally well-versed in the methods and means of implementing the MAGA agenda throughout the nation. By the end of her first term in office as VP, she would be fully capable of not only selling the MAGA agenda to the American public, but also fully capable of carrying on the work of making it actually happen.
I have not seen any other person who could, with reasonable certainty, become as effective in covering all the bases which need to be covered once Donald Trump leaves office.

BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. — For the second time in a week, a joint team of Air Force Global Strike Command Airmen supported by Space Force Guardians launched an unarmed Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile equipped with one re-entry vehicle June 6 at 1:46 a.m. Pacific Time from Vandenberg Space Force Base, California.
This test launch is part of routine and periodic activities intended to demonstrate that the United States’ nuclear deterrent is safe, secure, reliable and effective to deter 21st century threats and reassure our allies. Such tests have occurred over 300 times before, and this test is not the result of current world events.
“The fact that we were able to complete two operational test launches in one week is a testimony to the excellence and professionalism of the Airmen and Guardians who do this mission every day,” said Col. Chris Cruise, 377th Test and Evaluation Group Commander. “This morning’s launch demonstrates our commitment to deterrence as we serve as the cornerstone of security for our allies and partners across the globe.”
The ICBM’s reentry vehicle traveled approximately 4,200 miles to the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command’s Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site on the U.S. Army Garrison-Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands. RTS sensors, including high-fidelity metric and signature radars, as well as optical sensors and telemetry, support the research, development, test and evaluation of America’s defense and space programs. For these tests, RTS team members collect radar, optical and telemetry data in the terminal phase of flight to evaluate system performance.
The test launch is a culmination of months of preparation that involve multiple government partners.
Airmen from all three missile wings were selected for the task force to support the test launch, and maintainers from the 341st Missile Wing at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana, provided maintenance support. In the latest manifestation of denial of fundamental rights in an attempt to shut down a critic, on June 3rd the State Department forced former Marine intelligence officer, Chief UN weapons inspector, journalist and author Scott Ritter off a plane headed to Russia by way of Istanbul and confiscated his passport. According to Scott “As I was boarding my flight out of New York I was pulled aside by three armed Customs and Border Patrol officers, who seized my passport. When asked why, they said orders of the State Department. No further information was provided. My bags were removed from the flight, and I was escorted out of the airport.” Ritter, who has been a persistent critic of both the ongoing wars in Gaza and Ukraine, was traveling to participate in the highly respected annual St. Petersburg International Economic Forum as a guest speaker. The seizure of the passport to block his travel is a violation of the First, Fourth and Fifth amendments to the Constitution of the United States.
In an interview later that day with Judge Andrew Napolitano, Ritter admitted that he had been taken aback by what had happened to him and should have been more aggressive in defense of his rights. He did not, for example, demand to see a warrant or be given a receipt for the passport and did not get the names of the three officers who had taken it away and escorted him out. He also should have demanded the name of the State Department Official who had signed the order to accost him in the most embarrassing fashion possible as he was boarding the plane and take his document.
Interestingly, Scott Ritter’s name appeared prominently on the Ukrainian “Disinformation” hit list. And not terribly surprisingly, the mainstream media, which is in sync with the government on the wars in the Middle East and Eastern Europe, did not give the Ritter story much coverage. The silence is particularly remarkable as the press, which has been protecting President Joe Biden and his Homeland Security lackeys as they watched millions of people illegally cross the Mexican border into the US failed to exercise any vigilance when a single American citizen was unsuccessful in trying to go the other way completely legally.
Ritter, to be sure, has been a powerful voice critiquing the Iraq War, where his inspections turned up no WMD and he declared, in August 2002, that a case had not been made for attacking Saddam Hussein. If George W. Bush and his gang of neocons plus Congress had only paid attention to Scott Ritter, the US would have been spared the loss of thousands of soldiers and the utter waste of trillions of tax dollars. Vanderbilt Search Warrant Revealed Prescription List for Covenant Killer Audrey Hale, Confirms Fantasies About School Shooting
The search warrant served by Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) to obtain information from Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) about Covenant School killer Audrey Elizabeth Hale, obtained by The Tennessee Star, reveals Hale was prescribed at least four medications from VUMC staff.
According to notes taken by a person who reviewed documents obtained when the search warrant was executed, Hale was given access to Buspirone, Lexapro or Escitalopram, Hydroxyzine, and a sodium chloride nasal spray by doctors at VUMC.
Lexapro or Escitalopram is a depression medication from the family of drugs known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). Common side effects for Lexapro include “mood swings, headache, tiredness, sleep changes, and brief feelings similar to electric shock,” according to WebMD, which added that “[s]ome conditions may become worse when this drug is suddenly stopped.”
Buspirone is an anxiety medication that the National Library of Medicine explains was first “developed as an antipsychotic” but later determined to have “useful anxiolytic features.”
The government website explains, “Buspirone has recently come into favor, primarily due to its decreased side-effect profile,” when compared to other anxiety medications. Buspirone is not considered a benzodiazepine or barbiturate.
Side effects of Buspirone include abnormal dreams, confusion, excitement, nervousness, outbursts of anger, musculoskeletal pain, tremors, and physical weakness, according to the National Institutes of Health.
Hydroxyzine, according to the government website Medical Line Plus, is an allergy medication that can also be used “alone or with other medications in adults and children to relieve anxiety and tension.”
Potential side effects of hydroxyzine include dry mouth, confusion, dizziness, headache, unintentional trembling or shaking, and seizures.
The sodium chloride nasal spray given to Hale is generally used to moisten the nasal passages.

The U.S. jobs report came out today and said there was a huge increase in “new jobs”, having said to add 272,000 nonfarm payrolls jobs in May (the forecast was for 180,000).
The bureaucrats in government would have us believe this while simultaneously the labor force participation rate FELL and the JOLTS (job openings and labor turnover survey) showed job openings FELL to the lowest level since 2021, while the unemployment numbers ROSE.
No doubt they will quietly revise the numbers significantly downward in the coming months, as they have multiple times in the last year.
Of further note the government was said to add another 43,000 jobs to its already vastly over swollen, wasteful rolls and “hospitality” added 42,000 jobs (lots of cheap illegal aliens working).

Personal observation – there are a ton of illegals across the nation starting up their own little businesses, be it roofing, yard work, house servants, or other low skill, labor intensive businesses and hiring other illegal invaders. These jobs are also likely counted in the numbers, falsely inflating them and in many cases taking work away from businesses owned and staffed by citizens. (In other words – there isn’t any increase in the available opportunities or work opportunities, it’s simply being sliced up into many more pieces.) They are also adding to the financial stress (via lost business) of citizen owned companies. Those same illegals are no doubt drawing significant federal and state income assistance on the backs of citizen taxpayers.
Meanwhile we the people continue to fund it all, as well as bare the brunt of the ever increasing cost of necessities like food, shelter, and transportation.
One of my “measuring sticks” of said increased costs is a bag of chips. In the fall of 2020 when Pedo Joe was installed, a particular brand/type cost $2.49. I noticed the other day that is was $5.49. Another is rent in my area, which for a 2-bedroom was averaging $1,100. Recent discussions at work by newer employees now pegs the same 2-bedroom rental in the $3,000 range. Bidenomics!

I have a very sufficient retirement. I use one of my charge cards for most of my expenses – gas, groceries, eating out, clothing purchases, some recurring bills such as cable, etc. etc. My bill used to run around $1,000-$1,200 month. Yesterday I paid that bill of $1,500 for pretty much the same things the earlier bills were for. This tells me it is costing me $300 per month more to live than it was a couple of years ago. I’m single, retired and old and don’t do a lot of frivolous things. My heart goes out to families with children and what they are going through.
