I haven’t thought this through, but I would like to see the people who employ these people getting fined, and the person who submits the claim gets a bounty. Hit everything from ice cream cart, fruit stand, food truck to restaurant (mom and pop or chain), gardening service, construction crew, etc. Also, people who rent to illegals. People are incentivized to report. The people who employ or house do not want to pay.
I know this has some wrinkles, but 27% of Californians are foreign born, and 33% in Los Angeles. Their children are taught to embrace their parents cultural identity and they have no American pride. I think money can overcome that pride. If a business or renter paid a $1000 fine and the headhunter got $250….?
I don’t want good Americans to be penalized. I also think a lot of the jobs illegals do should be done by teenagers and high school graduates. I think a lot of young men would do better as apprentices after k8 for skilled trades. We don’t need illegals who hate us. We need legal immigrants who embrace the same ideal our families did and want to be American.

Bounties likely would be exponentially cheaper and alleviate the strain on community resources of continuing to pay the costs for accommodating welfare payments, food, housing, medical treatments, and so on for illegal aliens. Ditto direct and indirect effects of other crimes.
Not to mention the fact that some localities are using their “leftover” dollars from “Covid” (our tax dollars and /or just plain old Printing of dollars, [in which our feds specialize]) to build housing for the huge influx of foreign “visitors.”

JW. It is sad though. Tragic. Some of my daughter’s best friends in elementary were anchor babies. I still say they need to return to their homelands with their parents, but I’m not without feelings. I’m not saying that of you either. I struggle with this issue because the consequences, no matter how it works out, are going to cause suffering to the innocent.

When you think of suffering to the innocent, please think first of Americans who suffer because of illegal invaders who work under the table and steal jobs at a fair wage from them; think of our children who don’t get a proper education because of all the attention non-english speaking children of illegals who take up so much of the teacher’s time and energy; visit the emergency room at any hospital and see the illegals getting free health-care. Try and show compassion to your fellow Americans who suffer because of the burden which illegal invaders place on our country and remember that their first act upon entering our country was illegal.
I agree fully Michael. I do think of Americans first, and that is why I fully support mass deportation. My daughter waited in ER for over 2 hours for a massive dog bite on her hand. There may have been someone there besides the security guard who spoke English, but I didn’t hear it. I’m homeschool my daughter and supplement her education with a few classes at a Christian private school. I’m not well off.
I want them to return home. It would be nice if everything worked out safe for them all. It won’t. I’m ok with that. Someone has to take the lumps. Seems like it should be the criminal invaders and whatever children they have.

She spent the last few years of her life in abject loneliness because no neighbors or parents from school, or church folk, or people at the bank spoke English. Parents didn’t stay for my daughter’s birthday parties and were unable to communicate for play dates. I have no qualms at all about mass deportation. They have zero interest in being American.

Yes a Proclamation. Deporting 11 million or 20 million or whatever the number is need not be difficult or slow.
Give the state and local authorities permission to round up their deportable illegals and deliver them to some designated federal deportation-collection centers. At those centers the feds will verify they are deportable and then fly or bus them out of the country.
The feds don’t need to go door to door to track down the illegals. The states and locals know where their illegals are, especially the problem-makers. Let states do what states do. Let the feds do what the feds need to do.
Blue “sanctuary” states will try to not cooperate. But illegals will very quickly realize they need to get out of every Red state and they will all flood into the Blue states. The Blue states will be totally overwhelmed and before long they too will start rounding up illegals for the feds to deport. If not, cut federal funding to the sanctuary states until they get with the program. Between loss of funding and revolt by their own citizens the Blue states will fold.
