I want to state clearly that my sadness is not from a feeling of defeat—I wasn’t surprised at the verdict—but instead, is intense grief over the shocking depths to which America has fallen. Tonight [Thursday], as I have been seeking the Lord, Holy Spirit reminded me of these things:
1) Chris Reed’s dream on March 9, 2024. He saw a 16-17 month period of time symbolizing the rebirth of America. It began around the time of the eclipse in April and ended in July 2025. The season was very chaotic, difficult, and alarming. At times, it looked like the “baby” (a reborn America) might not make it. But it did. This was interesting to me because I have been saying the same thing since I read the full instructions from the judge. In the instruction, he says the predicate crime was a violation of election laws as did the prosecutor the day before in his closing arguments (see my post below).
Not only did reporters not pick up on this but neither did any of the half dozen high-paid legal analysts on Fox seem to know that the predicate crime was revealed in the closing arguments of the prosecution and the judge’s instructions to the jury. They kept saying right up until the verdict was read “we don’t even know what the second crime is”.
Not only was Trump’s due process rights violated it should be noted that the prosecutor did not present any testimony during the trial to support the claim of election law violations. How they were able to slip this in at the end of the trial is beyond me. I don’t understand how at least one juror didn’t send a note to the judge asking “When during the trial was testimony given to support election law violations? ……can you read back this testimony to us Judge Marchant?”
This trial raises so many questions that are not being raised by the “experts” in the media and I suspect most people have no idea how grievous the actions of the judge towards Trump were.
Trump is good at speaking extemporaneously without notes or teleprompters but some occasions demand a tightly scripted well-thought-out speech and this was such an occasion. Unfortunately, Trump rambled on and on and was all over the place discussing a range of unrelated topics such as “I stopped the Russian pipeline” and the crime rate in Venezuela.
This was an opportunity for Trump to explain to the American people the egregious actions of the judge who effectively stripped Trump of his due process rights. During the trial, Trump was never told what the underlying predicate crime was that he allegedly committed. How can a person defend themselves against a crime if they are not told exactly what crime they are alleged to have committed? This is basic fairness!
It was not until the end of the trial when prosecutor Steinglass was giving his summation that he revealed that the underlying predicate crime was violations of New York and Federal election law:

The above statements by the prosecutor that revealed for the first time in five weeks what the predicate crime was that elevated the 34 misdemeanors to a felony came literally in the final ten minutes of the trial! By procedure after the prosecution finished its closing arguments the defense has no opportunity to counter. Blanche did object as you can see above but of course, was overruled.
Not only could Trump not defend against charges that had been kept a big secret until the end of the trial the prosecutor never presented any evidence to support claims of NY State and Federal election laws. I thought closing arguments were to be confined only to testimony entered into the record. The jury never heard any testimony to support the claim of election law violations and as we know the defense was not permitted to put an election law expert lawyer on the stand.
Did the court even have jurisdiction over these election laws? From what I have seen the New York statutes only apply to New York elected positions not the office of the president. Federal election law is solely the jurisdiction of federal authorities so how could the prosecution and defense (who appear to have worked hand-in-hand) sneak these predicate crimes into the tail end of the trial?

Like Alvin Bragg in New York, the Alabama prosecutor (also a Democrat) who charged King ratcheted up a misdemeanor into a felony charge in an indictment that, like the Trump case, “was the first time in the state’s history that a defendant was so charged in such a case”.
