There should have been no doubt about the verdict out of NYC against our Great American President Donald J Trump.

Understanding the Alinsky disciples with their credo being “The ends justify the means” Anything that they do will be covered as “reasonable” by the enemy MSM. The news actors will be reading their pre-prepared script in unison getting eyes on the “tell-a-vision” breathlessly soaking in every moment of this pre-planned/created drama.

The devil is using every demon, every odious instrument, to attack anyone and everything, as they are fighting for their evil existence every, their miserable lives.
THE GOOD NEWS! These demons are being sloppy, overt with their chicanery, even the dullest wit is beginning to get it, I’m seeing it, hearing it, feeling it, touching it, Jimmy Carter’s Misery Index has been eclipsed. B-B-Biden and the puppet brigade’s strings are visible and people are looking beyond the puppets and to the puppet masters aka the real enemy.
Is the end of this “WAR” guaranteed? No. But we do finally have a leader, who has stepped into the arena, at great risk to him and his family. The fact that he is still alive is the great tell. This is a reality that is undeniable, that he’s not in this fight alone, he has God on his team and is running right at this evil cabal.

This is the spirit required to defeat this level of evil, not clutching pearls every time these monkeys sling poo, because I believe it’s going to get much worse. Remember what President Trump loves to tell us; “They’re after you, I’m just in the way”

Good insights. I told a nurse in the hospital a while back, when my wife was there for Covid complications, that the pandemic was caused on purpose by a bio-weapon. The nurse thoughtfully replied that most folks were beginning to realize that it was. Our government is lying to us just like the Communists lied to their people in the European countries in the WW2 era, forcing the populace to go along with their evil ways or else. The Western democracies have become as corrupt as the Communist dictatorships. NY is utterly dependent on people who are willing to make high-dollar bets. They are supposed to be able to trust the legal system to protect their interests. But this is obviously not the case anymore. This judge was trash from the very start, but none of his superiors lifted a finger.
Was it Tish James or Kathy Hochul who flat out stated that “no one” else in New York needed to be worried about the charges that The Donald was facing (in this case AND in the equally ridiculous “overvaluation of assets” case) because those statutes were NOT going to be used against anyone else?
Every businessperson in NY has to be looking at these verdicts and thinking, “Yeah, they’re not going to come after me, UNLESS I do something they don’t like, and then, BOOM, I’m going to be in the same place as Donald Trump without the resources and the publicity! No, thank you!”

While I did not think it was possible to support him any more, this move has caused me to plumb previously unexplored depths I had not realised existed.
So, it HAS impactee my support fir PDJT, by INCREASING it.
I have written about this before: our St. Vincent De Paul Food Bank keeps records of how many people are served per month throughout the years.
During the MAObama years, the number being served constantly rose, reaching over 700 per month by 2016.
During President TRUMP’S first term, the numbers declined steadily to under 200, and kept declining for a few months into 2021, until the destruction of The Manchurian Marionette’s policies took effect.
As of today, in fewer than four years, The Communists have sent the numbers served back up to over 700 per month! The number of adults receiving aid has gone berserk.
Those needing assistance are only allowed to visit once a month because donations of food from stores and individuals are down: for the first time, we have needed to turn away people begging for a second or third hand-out. The best we could do was to offer them a bag of slowly rotting apples and/or potatoes.
We note that the Communists quietly “revised G.D.P. downward” yesterday from over 4% growth to barely 1%, which means that the economy is most probably in negative numbers, because The Communists always lie!
This is happening in a small town in western Ohio: I can imagine things are worse in larger cities.

If, for instance, he attempts to implement significant change via executive orders, those will only last for his term of office and will be ignored/resisted anyway. If he uses vetoes to attempt significant change, they will be overridden by another branch of government that is totally compromised.

I would suggest the following Executive Order to President Trump;
All regulations, except those expressly listed in legislation, are terminated effective immediately. All new regulations required for enforcement of of Federal Law, including regulations covering staffing, will be submitted for review to the Secretary of each Department for final approval by the President of the United States. Failure to comply with this order is grounds for immediate termination as any regulations saying otherwise have been terminated.
President Trump has no reason to be gentle with these demons. Strip away all their power; return only the bare minimum needed to perform required functions.
First week in office – require the undated resignation sent to his office by every member of the Executive branch the President “is allowed” to fire. Then start dating and accepting the resignations of the unelected heads of the departments President Trump knows are bottom-feeders. Yes, much like shark’s teeth, they will be replaced by promotions of other bottom-feeders. But they have to turn in the same undated resignation letter. Sooner or later…
Like securing our borders and our elections, or more broadly Making America Great Again, the challenge is NOT in the “How”; its in the WILL.

Supreme Court-Appellate Division is the intermediary appeals court above the trial level. (Yes, the names are mixed up).
Weinstein’s conviction was overturned by the highest court in NY-Court of Appeals.

It is difficult to get any appellate court to intervene before a trial is finished. Such an appeal is called an interlocutory appeal, and one needs the permission of the appellate court to file it. There has to be an extraordinary reason to intervene, and the appellate court here didn’t see one. Now that the trial is over, Trump has an appeal as of right to the Supreme Court-Appellate Division.

I am without a doubt not qualified to give legal analysis of this show trial. There are so many Treepers who will do that in detail. (Am looking forward to this).
However, I can say this with certainty. There we 12 jurors (all biological men & women). There were 2 lawyers, 1 teacher, 1 banker and engineers, etc. Everyone of them Americans!
All educated people and not one of these *educated* people saw thru this biased charade and had the humanity and fortitude to put God – Country – Family first.

Yes, President Trump was railroaded in a sham trial. Except to me, this is just the veneer over the top of what is really going on. The politics has assumed the form of a long-running soap opera, with catharsis followed a month later by a yet bigger catharsis, and on and on. President Trump was convicted, but the stock market shrugged it off, so it wasn’t the main event.
These days, regime change usually requires a financial crisis. Recessions aren’t enough anymore, so in 2000 it was the Dot-com bubble, and in 2008 it was the Subprime mortgage crisis. It’s all fun and games, until the bankers start to lose money, then all bets are off. Then the ledger losses prove sufficiently, that regime change must occur.
The present situation shows markets at all-time highs, and interest rates have arisen, after almost a decade of zero interest rate policy. So, as interest rates go up, asset prices go down, and the banks are sitting on depreciated assets. Also, debts are being repaid in inflated dollars. The financial condition of the banks is opaque, but many can see their vulnerability.
In 2008, a naked short of Lehman brought down the house. If Biden were the nominee, and something burst the debt bubble, he would not win the election. “Turn those machines back on!” Even if they were all set up to stuff the ballot boxes, it wouldn’t work, because new orders would come down. Not to pimp doom, but a well-timed financial crisis would be a necessary and sufficient cause to escort the Democrats out of power.
You are in a civil war in America whether you want to be in one or not. Without law, conflict is the only choice. No American is safe now in this lawless nation.

Disgraced “FBI lovebirds” Peter Strzok and Lisa Page have reached a “tentative” settlement with the Department of Justice over the alleged violation of their privacy rights with the release of their disparaging text messages about former President Donald Trump during the Russian collusion investigation.
The deal was disclosed in a court filing Tuesday that did not reveal any of the terms, the Washington Times reported.
Strzok, a former FBI counterintelligence agent who helped lead the Bureau’s investigation into accusations that Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign colluded with Russia, was terminated in 2018 after his biased anti-Trump conversations with Page, an FBI lawyer, were exposed. During its review of his phone, the DOJ also revealed that he had been having an affair with Page, who resigned the same year.
The pair, referred to as the “FBI lovebirds” by Trump after the damning texts were used in a theater production by that name in 2019, alleged in a federal lawsuit filed in the District of Columbia that the DOJ infringed on their privacy rights when officials shared copies of their messages with the press, including texts calling Trump an “idiot’ and “loathsome human.”
Strzok also sued the department for firing him, arguing that the FBI gave in to “unrelenting pressure” from Trump and violated his First Amendment rights. He sought back pay and reinstatement in his lawsuit.
“Those constitutional claims have not been resolved by the tentative settlement,” according to a Times review of the court notice.
Page’s lawsuit also sought reimbursement for “the cost of childcare during and transportation to multiple investigative reviews and appearances before Congress,” the “cost of paying a data-privacy service to protect her personal information,” and attorney’s fees, Fox News reported.
It is unclear if the tentative settlement, which is still pending finalization and approval from a judge, covered the plaintiff’s requests.

No one even knows what specific section of the NYS Penal Code was violated at the felony level in this sham trial. And that’s a very big deal. It’s why every competent legal analyst has been scratching their head, bewildered. Even the ones on CNN.
No one really knows what the specific crime is, to support these charges.
All this group of 12 NYT-brainwashed New Yorkers declared was “guilty”, 34 times, for 34 payments on the same single bookkeeping entry.
This entire trial was over one bookkeeping entry. Purportedly paid to a whore (I am done mincing words here) who claimed she slept with PDJT (and then denied it in writing) to shut up and go away. Congressmen and Senators do this all the time. They purportedly even have a collective fund set aside for it.
But what is the specific crime?
Because in a criminal prosecution, a specific violation of the criminal statute must be shown. It’s a matter of fundamental Due Process enshrined in our founding instruments to do so.
No one really knows here what the specific crime was (not the facts), because then it would either be barred under the SOL, or a simple misdemeanor at best. Or no crime at all.
And the hack masquerading as a jurist concocted a vague Chinese menu set of instructions. As long as they all agreed that PDJT was guilty of something, they didn’t need to even all agree on what it specifically was.
But what was the specific felony statutory crime that all 12 agreed on, unanimously, and beyond a reasonable doubt? A campaign finance violation? A section of the NYS white collar fraud laws?
No one knows. The jury may not even know here.
So when deranged leftists scream “convicted”, ask them “of what specific crime”? Force them to answer you. Not the facts. The specific crime as codified.
They don’t know, they won’t know, and they won’t care. They only know what the fake news tells them to think.
A set of facts, however unsavory, is not the section of the law violated. Bill Clinton paid off women, too. Just ask Paula Jones.
Paying a whore to shut up is not a crime.
That is why this was nothing more than a political lynching. Just like in the old Soviet Union. They showed the man, and found a ‘crime’.
And the time for conversation with these people orchestrating and cheering it on is long over.
This political lynching will eventually be undone. But a huge rubicon has just been crossed. And there is no going back now.
We are dealing with rabid communists, nothing less. And we have been for a while now. They have infiltrated the institutions, and hijacked the State. The law is nothing but a weapon to them. They are willing to destroy everything central to America to get their way.
Yesterday, they finished destroying the American justice system, once the envy of the world.
But they are a minority.
Most Americans are now awake. Get your affairs in order, and get ready for what is coming. And pray. A tremendous struggle is about to ensue as this reaches a head. It is good, vs evil.

The only crime committed was Cohen stealing money from Trump International
