I actually disagree – technically.
If a person is a Christian, the Bible teaches that Worry is a sign of a Lack of Faith. That if we have a proper level of Faith – God would provide for our every need. (Matthew 6 for example)
But, Jesus also taught, if a Christian has Faith the size of a tiny mustard seed, he could cause a mountain to move into the sea + nothing would be impossible for him. (Matthew 17)
So, is the Bible contradictory…? Did Jesus know what He was talking about…?
It seems the point is clear — no matter how great I believe my Faith to be — in God’s eyes, it never reaches mustard seed-level…. A few people in the Bible demonstrated that level of Faith (for brief periods). But, until I see my fellow Christians moving mountains or raising the dead or causing the blind to see in the name of God — I’ll be fine with prepping for likely hard times after 20+ million people have already been killed + millions will die over the next couple of years….

A group of 14 state attorneys general, led by New York Attorney General Letitia James, sent a letter on Wednesday to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland’s office urging the Department of Justice to look into whether Perry violated any federal civil rights laws.
In addition to James, the letter was signed by the Democratic attorneys general of Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Vermont, and the District of Columbia.

I have no doubt that President Trump will receive more legitimate votes in the 2024 election than any candidate in history. Unfortunately, I’m not as confident that the globalist/fascist/communists can be prevented from stealing the election, again, anyway. I can only hope that there have been enough changes in the various state election laws, and enough eyes on the process, to thwart them.
Should President Trump win, I also have no doubt that he will be a great President. However, we still face a fundamental problem. As John Adams said, “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” Our opponents have been working for decades to ensure that we are not moral or religious, and they are succeeding. The evidence is indisputable. Morality and religions are making new lows.
As long as we continue to pretend that we can solve our problems using the very system that’s created our problems, things will continue to deteriorate. I hate to say it but, IMO, in the long term only two outcomes are possible: complete defeat with people constrained/enslaved completely to the whims of tyrants, or a revolution resulting in a new Constitution.

I am completely angry. Unlike most people in this country (particularly the stupid demonrat puppets), throughout my life I have dealt with hundreds of communism victims and 1 fascism victim (As a member of the US Coast Guard I helped to save a lot of communism victims). The demonrat puppets are ignorant, arrogant, self-centered and stupid.
For example, as a child, my parents next door neighbors had migrated here LEGALLY from Cuba, before communist Fidel Castro shut exits down. Unlike most migrants today (the vast majority of them are illegals) they did not come here for money, money, money. They came here to get their FREEDOM back.
They were born to hardworking farm families. They worked hard to improve their lives. They did. They became the equivalent of today’s upper middle class. So what did Fidel Castro do to them when his communists took over Cuba? He stole everything they had worked for. Even their home-at one point they were told they had one week to move out of their home because the communist party was going to take it and give it to a Cuban communist party ‘elite’.
They decided to get their FREEDOM back by moving to the US. But they knew the communists would even steal their luggage when they got to the airport. They did NOT want to take even one penny from the US taxpayers so they came up with a plan. It was ugly, it would not work today because of metal detectors at the airports… but it worked!
They cut up and filed all their jewelry to get rid of all the sharp edges. Then they swallowed all of it before going to the airport. The communists stole their luggage, they left Cuba with just the clothes they had on (after the communists stripped them and searched all their body orifices). After they got to the US, they had to go through their crap for 3 days to dig out all the jewelry fragments. They cleaned them out and sold them to a place that bought them. They got enough to support them for 1 month, and they were able to get jobs within one month.
They were proud that they had not cost the US taxpayers even one penny. They were so good they eventually made a car dealership. It was great. They were nice, quiet and great neighbors, and they taught me and my family about the evils of communism. By doing that they were trying to save us from any communist attempts to take over the US in the future.
What the demonrat puppets did to President Trump today has really angered me, because I know they have gone after him because he stands for us and FREEDOM. I contributed to his fund, and I will tell even more people than I have already told, about the evil of communism/fascism/globalism.

When I first started following the NY criminal trial of Donald Trump, I kept comparing it to Franz Kafka’s novel, “The Trial.” You will remember that the novel tells the nightmarish story of a young clerk, Joseph, suddenly arrested and put on trial without being informed of the charges against him. I always had thought that such a scenario could only play out in the old Eastern Europe, Stalinist USSR, Maoist PRC, or in some Big Man dictatorship in Latin America, such as Castro’s Cuba, or an Idi Amin-type African country. It could never, I thought, happen in the USA with our “checks-and-balances,” our Anglo judicial system, and our precious Constitution. Sure, I had read and followed miscarriages of justice, e.g., the Scottsborough Boys. I thought, nevertheless that such injustices would be corrected and were rare events happening in “backward” regions of the country. I never, in a million years, could have imagined a trial such as the one just concluded in NY in which the felony crimes were never spelled out, and in which the Judge, Juan Merchan, would in essence TELL the jury to convict Trump of something, anything, and actively stymied Trump’s defense. The Judge made clear he would accept nothing less than a conviction. The more I followed the trial, however, I thought that instead of the corrupt judicial machinery in Kafka’s book, what we were seeing was an American equivalent to the trials run by Karl Roland Freisler in his Nazi People’s Court from 1942-45. Watch some of the documentary footage of Fresiler in action and you will see what I mean. His insulting of the defendants, the refusal to allow an effective defense, and a pre-ordained verdict of guilt. At the risk of being called overly dramatic, Merchan seemed to have learned a thing or two from Freisler’s behavior. This is a sad day for America. This is the most blatant attempt in American history to stop the major political opponent of the incumbent president. Our system needs to redeem itself. We need a full investigation of Merchan and Bragg and the whole corrupt NY judiciary. The Appeal Courts and even the SCOTUS need to jump in right away. In the meantime, Republican AGs and DAs need to open cases against Democrats–NOW. I would start with Obama’s corrupt real estate dealings, ex-Gov Cuomo, the Biden family for a whole host of corrupt actions, put the word out that President Biden will be investigated and prosecuted the minute he leaves office for a number of crimes committed before he was President, etc. This is hardball time. This cannot stand or we are Idi Amin’s Uganda or worse. The stink of Freisler must be removed from our courts.

The constitution gives SCOTUS primary jurisdiction on a couple of matters, all else are appellate. Which means in all probability it would have to go through the lower courts first.

So — today everyone in the GOP got a first hand look at what J6 defendants have faced with juries in the District of Columbia for more than two years since the first jury trial in March 2022.
If anything, the juror pool in the District of Columbia is even more hostile to Trump supporters than was the jury in Manhattan.
As I’ve said here many time, jurors in DC do not care what the defense is. They do not listen to or believe defense favoring testimony — even when it comes from FBI or other Govt witnesses on cross-exam.
They accept uncritically every word that comes out of the mouths of FBI witnesses mouths, and no argument made by prosecutors is too extreme or too tenuous to reject.
Donald Trump was convicted because he’s Donald Trump.
Many J6 defendants have been convicted because they are Donald Trump supporters.
Today’s result is going to energize Trump supporters and the broader GOP.
But it is going to do the same with jurors in DC as well as DOJ.
I’ve picked up two more new cases this week – that’s 18 since Jan 1. Not only is the work continuing, the work load is growing.

The Andy McCarthys and Hugh Hewitts have been saying Merchan won’t give PT prison time. I don’t understand that point of view. I assume he will hold sentencing very soon and give PT about half of the 136 years (4 x 34 = 136, correct?). It’s Merchan. I would guess 68 years. He will do it soon because he can hardly wait.
Who was it yesterday that made a great point? Between trial and appeal, Trump could have a parole officer (yes?) who could restrict Trump’s movements so that he cannot go to, say, Wisconsin or Pennsylvania. Or Virginia. Or Minnesota. The parole officer could restrict him to a couple of dark red states.
Well, no. You get a parole officer AFTER you have served most of your time, and then are released “on parole”.
You do NOT have a PAROLE officer, if you remain free pending appeal of your sentence, although in that event REASONABLE restrictions could be placed on your movement, mainly to insure you will not flee.
