PREVIOUSLY – According to media in New York City, the jurors in the Trump trial have informed Judge Juan Merchan they have reached a verdict. According to most media reports the jurors requested an extra 30 minutes after their planned 4:30 p.m. court end time to fill out the jury verdict form. WE AWAIT THE NEWS

I’ve listened to several people describe what was happening in the courtroom this afternoon, the judge was getting ready to excuse the jury, the members of the media were gathering their equipment, etc., when suddenly the news came that the jury wanted the verdict forms.
It was as if someone suddenly conceded. I’m really curious what occurred to cause this sudden capitulation.
I’m looking for this case to set a record for the sheer number of reversible errors.
But will they be reversed while it still means something?
In the grand scheme of things, none of this matters. The data indicates that people could not care less about these cases. They know it’s rigged, and a Trump “conviction” was already baked in. The only impression this makes on people is to drive home the reality of just how corrupt and fascist our system has become. It doesn’t matter when it’s reversed. In the minds of the people, it’s already reversed.
