Gutfeld has lefty rapper Charlamagne the God (spelling his issue) on the show last night. Drops a turd in the punchbowl by saying that Trump wants to change the Constitution. Gutfeld was taken aback, didn’t know whether or not it had been said. It was never contradicted by anyone on the show.
Anyone know where that footage of Trump saying anything related to that might be?

I think this was in regards to a truth social post by Trump back in December of 2022 regarding the stolen election. Trump’s supposed quote:

I was not able to search truth social easily to find this quote so I got this off internet search, so not 100% on this.
That’s about right and of course, political enemies and the media blew it all out of proportion then and up to the current day. We all can feel his frustration. There is no constitutional way to remedy a stolen and fraudulent election when those responsible for remedying the situation constitutionally were the ones who stole the election in the first place.

If you are implying “we the people “ are responsible for the crooked 2020 election, I must disagree.
A crooked Congress certified the rigged election, not the people.
Yes, unfortunately, once Congress certifies the election, J6, it is then lawful according to the Constitution (COTUS).
The problem is the People don’t/didn’t know that the election was stolen or how.
Those 60 cases would lead reasonable Americans to believe the 2020 election was fair. 60 cases is a lot.
The states (legislatures) do have the right to make election laws.
The question is DO THEY have the right to make election laws that encourage/facilitate election fraud state-wide? Constitutionally, I don’t think so… but MOST Americans do not know WHAT state election rules are. We just blindly assume they are just. They aren’t. They still aren’t.
IS THERE coordinated … conspiratorial fraud by the political parties, those in power … to remove protections that ensure a 90%++ honest election? Shockingly and dangerously… yes. We know that here.
DOES the Constitution (COTUS) need to be amended re: national elections to set basic rules for states re: protecting against massive orchestrated election fraud?
Yes… but SCOTUS would need to rule on this. There may need to be an Amendment to the COTUS.
How will a conservative/strict constructionist court rule when they value state’s rights and states absolutely have the power to rule re: election law in their states?
Also, I’m not sure about the COTUS- how it’s changed/been ammended to control who gets to vote. It used to be only landed-gentry, white males. Amendments were added – COTUS changed- to include black men and then to add all women too.
There are anti-discrimination laws against govt/political parties forbidding people to vote ir making it difficult unjustly to vote.
It certainly IS discrimination against ALL citizens to create state election laws that effectively disenfranchise all Americans.
We absolutely need protective laws in ALL states, via fed law, that requires basic minimum requirements to ensure Americans are NOT disenfranchised which we pretty much are now.

Interestingly, Colonel Macgregor has stated the Constitution is outdated. It doesn’t suit the needs for modern American. One of the points he makes is that instead of states there should be regions. He thinks this is enviable due to a coming financial meltdown. He also mentions that the Bill of Rights is the key document to keep freedom alive.
Macgregor is far from 100% on anything not related to Ukraine.

She may want to find a less drastic rationale to dismiss the case. If Smith continues to stall on discovery documents and to refuse to have the grand jury record from DC transferred to FL so she can review it for Brady material, that could be enough to threaten a dismissal with prejudice.
Smith has a lot to hide. He’d have to choose (or rather, Garland would have to choose) to abandon Get Trump or risk showing what a set-up the MAL case was.

“Jenna Ellis, a Colorado native and former lawyer for then-President Donald Trump in 2020, will not be allowed to practice law in Colorado for at least three years under an agreement approved Tuesday by the Colorado Supreme Court.
Ellis, who is from Longmont, had faced the possibility of total disbarment after pleading guilty in October to a felony in Georgia related to efforts to overturn Trump’s 2020 election loss there. Daysha Young, a prosecutor in that case, told the court there that Ellis had “aided and abetted” two of Trump’s attorneys as they falsely told Georgia state senators that tens of thousands of illegal votes were cast in the state.
Colorado’s governing body for attorneys previously had censured Ellis after she admitted making repeated false statements about the 2020 presidential election.
In the agreement, lawyers for Ellis and the state of Colorado acknowledged that “while disbarment is the presumptive sanction for (Ellis’) misconduct, it is significant that her criminal culpability was due to her conduct as an accessory, not as a principal.” That, combined with her letter of remorse, may have saved her from total disbarment…”

My gut tells me the jury will find Trump not guilty only because of the absurdity of this entire case.

Mr. Ma, who worked for the CIA from 1982 to 1989, conspired with his blood relative, also a former CIA officer, to provide classified U.S. national defense information to the Chinese regime.
During his tenure at the CIA, Mr. Ma held a top-secret clearance and signed multiple non-disclosure agreements, acknowledging his duty to protect U.S. government secrets. After leaving the agency, Ma lived and worked in Shanghai, China, before relocating to Hawaii in 2001.
Notably, his blood relative had access to CIA top secret information, including “the identities of covert CIA officers,” according to a court document.

I am predicting that if this verdict comes in fast that it will be for an acquittal.
Who would ever want to vote for an acquittal unless they can then go into a witness protection program, because I am sure they have already been told what hell their lives, homes and family will be like if don’t condemn P. Trump. JMO
