But Costello’s testimony can only raise the odds that some jurors find Cohen and his testimony impossible to credit. If even one holds out, Trump will avoid conviction with a hung jury – and for him, a tie would be as good as a win.

Did you know your personal information is for sale? It’s also being used to influence elections. It’s especially problematic with early voters.
Early voters are disenfranchising themselves by submitting their ballot early.
This leaves too much time for the data crunching cheaters to counter their votes with votes for the “chosen ones” who end up “winning.”
Do you honestly think, with all of the data they have on us, and all of the predictive programming, etc. that they actually count up all of the early vote totals, in order to figure out how many fake votes for Joe they need?
That is incredibly naive, to believe almost to the point of being willful propogation of ignorance.
And, it disregards what we know about how the cheating was done in the most recent major election, that we can anticipate closely mirrors 2024, in that they had to overcome a landslide (KL, in Maracopa) to effect the steal, and will have to overcome a massive TRUMP vote, in 2024.
And, BECAUSE KL’s legal team survived “standing”, because a lot of $, expertice and attention was brought to bear on her case, we KNOW quite a bit about how they modified their approach after 2020.
First off, no Diminion voting system, which DID use early voting totals to initially set the algorythm.
No indication the Algorythm, or the necessary and complimentary “2000 mules” were used in 2022, not only in must steal Maracopa, but in ANY election in 2022.
Secondly, the ballot stuffing was all done on election day, in one batch of 33,000; we know this because we litetally have the reciepts.
We also have a survey conducted by the Lake team, and aspects of it that were later compared to the machine logs show this headcount survey was extremely accuurate, and it showed 48,000+64,000 KL voters were “disenfranchised'” on election day.
Had these voters not foolishly waited until election day, and instead voted early in person or by mail, their voteswould have counted, and as Hobbs official msargin of victory was only 17,000 votes, KL would have WON.
In addition, 10,000 had their votes “flipped” NOT by using the machines, but by the changed zip code ‘trick” which these voters ciukd have avoided, by requesting a mail in ballot and/or early voting. So, thats 10,000 votes that should have gone to KL, that instead were counted
for Hobbs.
And, there is the old “Sharpiegate” trick; impossible to know how many KL votes were put into the process where they decide voters intent, because the machine can’t read the ballot, because the sharpie fhey TOLD the KL voter to use, bled through.
This is NOT the first time I have patiently posted arguments as to why the position you continue to espouse, encouraging our voters to hold back and vote in person on election day is DEAD WRONG, and makes it stupidly easy for THEM to effectively eliminate OUR votes.
You, so far as I know have never offered any arguments to refute my points, you just blithely ‘carry on’ perpetuating the stupidity that if our voters vote early “they can add up our votes, and so know how many they need”.

First off, election rigging is a crime of opportunity. There are more ways to cheat than there are letters in the alphabet. So yes, I do think that people can and would use this as a strategy to cheat. I think it would be a program running on its own, that estimates how many ballots are needed to keep the candidate ahead and out of recount range.
As far as KL and Maricopa goes, had everyone voted early, they could have concealed the cheat better, doing everything behind closed doors and we wouldn’t be so certain that there was cheating involved. But because the people reported issues, the world saw for themselves the shenanigans going on.
Do you think the cheaters that went though all that trouble to sabotage the 2022 election wouldn’t have cheated behind closed doors if they had the opportunity? If they had a week or more to fudge with the ballots and the numbers? And you think I am naive?
They also likely did it to scare people out of voting on election day, so people like you would keep voting early so they can hide while they cheat in the future. They also have to switch it up with so many eyes on what they are doing now.
People in AZ should have stood their ground but were not informed on what to do in that situation. Again, a crime of opportunity. People didn’t know what to do , and it was effective. After we watched that unfold, people better be more aware and understand what to do in that situation.
Additionally, you seem to be referencing one state/county election. If you think it’s the same across the country, you are wrong. If you think it’s a cookie cutter solution to an identical problem, you couldn’t be more wrong.
If there is a program that knows who had voted and has everyone profiled, yes, it’s possible that it could be used as I explained. Campaigns use the same info for targeting certain voters, and other related reasons. Why wouldn’t someone with some data skills use it to their advantage?
Am I saying this is the only way people cheat? No. Never said that. In fact, I have explained several ways people can cheat and have cheated. Your issue seems to be more with the idea of voting early rather than the idea that companies like L2 have you already profiled and that someone could use that to cheat. THIS is a conversation we MUST have, as we all want our vote counted, as much as we do not want phantom votes counted.
I went to far, and want to backtrack and clarify.
As you point out, there are many different ways that the Cheaters use to cheat, and so there is no “one size fits all”; frankly I suspect there are rural regions where voters probably do not have to be terribly concerned that their votes are being manipulated, as I think they “go where the $ is” and concentrate their efforts in high population density areas.
And, admittedly we all go by our experiences and observations; sharpiegate is ONE way to disenfranchise certain voters.
In Az. it was voters that showed up in person, on election day in ruby red districts, that were given sharpie felt pens, and TOLD BY ELECTION WORKERS to use them, as “ball points were gumming up the
machines”.
If you voted early in person, they gave no such instruction and if ny mail it says right in the written instructions on the ballot to use a blackball point.
So, that was the point. My broader point is that suppressing our votes, making them not count, is every bit as effective a way of cheating, as stuffing phantom votes, it was the vast majority of the cheat in Maracopa, and it was totally dependant on our voters showing up on election day to vote in person.
And depended on our voters ignorance; not knowing they could vote in ANY precinct in the County, and not knowing where precinct locations were.
As for “what goes on behind closed doors” that will aleays be a problem , but voting in person, on election day does not address it, at all.
Ultimately, unfortumately every voter has to do SOME research and stay up to date on info in order to try to make sure their vote is counted taking into account how the voting system and cheating is done in their area.

To the dispute at hand: For the life of me I cannot come to any conclusions about whether it is better to vote early or vote on Election Day itself. I have always voted on Election Day itself and in the process making it a National Holiday and celebrating my citizenship in the best way I know how. This year I will make up my mind as we edge closer to the big day. I’m hoping some revelation in the interim will steer me.
The Communists who run the Postal “Service” built an entire Voter Surveillance Unit. Every Mail-In Ballot coming and going is reported to these Gangsters in Washington DC. It allows them to give the heads-up to friendly candidates, to target where to send truckloads of #FakeBallots and it tells them if your unused ballot can be “voted”. Many Trump voters were told that they had already voted. They then give you a provisional ballot, which is tossed in the trash after you walk out the door.
Same-Day voting is great–unless your Republican precincts are programmed to malfunction that day like the Maricopa Criminals did to Arizona.

Or, perhaps they are counted, but the totals by law are not made public, as its thought it might influence the vote?
I remember something to that effect, but am frankly fuzzy on the details,..only so much RAM, lol.
When they rolled out the machines, and the Federal Help America Vote Act, after the 2000 Bush v Gore charade, every State Legislature had to rewrite their election laws, entirely in order to accomodate the ‘new,’ electronic voting system.
And, they put all sorts if little poison pills and traps in there, which probably seemed logical at the time.
They changed the requirements for “standing”, and the time limits for filing, etc. to make it much harder to mount an election challenge, and included onerous penalties for any chsllenge deemed without merit,.they soell out that Judges are supposed to always view election officials as impartial, and so any error as unintentional and not in other words to see election officials as perjuring themselves, only as misspeaking.
With hindsight, since 2020 and 2022, when you look at these laws, which vary litfle from State to State, you can see they were preemptively trying to backdstop the cheating, against any effective legal challenge.

We’ve known about the CIA connection since March, when the Chairmen of the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees, Jim Jordan (R-OH) and James Comer (R-KY) said that a whistleblower has brought them information that ‘seems to corroborate our concerns’ that the CIA directly interfered with DOJ and IRS investigations of Hunter Biden.
According to a whistleblower, the CIA “intervened in the investigation of Hunter biden to prevent the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) from interviewing a witness,” the letter, addressed to CIA Director William Burns, reads.
Specifically, the Committees were concerned at how “the DOJ deviated from its standard processes to afford preferential treatment to Hunter Biden,” which they learned “after two brave whistleblowers testified to Congress” that the Justice Department had done just that.
And now we know who that witness is…
In a Wednesday statement, the House Ways and Means Committee wrote that whistleblower documents indicate “In 2021, Assistant U.S. District Attorney Leslie Wolf told investigators they could not pursue Hollywood lawyer Kevin Morris as a witness based on information she received from the CIA.
