In short, when Trent Lott retired he became a D.C. lobbyist with his retiring partner John Breaux (D) LA for Gas & Oil (Amongst other things).
When Lott was making the rounds with the enemy MSM announcing his retirement and at the same time was warning that a robust bloc of rabble-rousers (America first Tea Party candidates) spells further Senate dysfunction, hmmm, I wonder what that means? /s.
The enemy MSM dutifully scrubbed or left out his actual quote but as I recall to paraphrase: “How are we going to get anything done with a bunch of Jim DeMint disciples running around here”.
The slightly different version from WaPo: “We don’t need a lot of Jim DeMint disciples,” Lott said in an interview [with the Washington Post]. “As soon as they get here, we need to co-opt them.” Hmmm…interesting turn of phrase huh, again I wonder what did he mean by co-opt? See the fully co-opted Senator Marco Rubio FL the list of turncoats is very long indeed.
But Lott then followed with an insider prediction and said he’s not expecting a tea-party sweep; “I still have faith in the visceral judgment of the American people,” I think he just called us stupid, or his faith in their ability to cheat. Of course this ignores the massive spontaneous gatherings happening all around the country. My wife and I went to several, it was amazing and very real.
But I digress. When I used to watch the Sunday shows, this is well before the 2010 election, Barry the destroyer Soerto had been installed and inside of the nightmare of that creeps administration became clear, Trent decided it was a good time to retire and was going around to all of the Sunday shows, almost giddy, when he announced his retirement from the senate saying; “it’s time make some money”. The interesting part for me is the “How?”
The bottom line, The Tea Party might disrupt the money and their agenda.. The swamp rats/uniparty, K-Street, every evil organ of the swamp coalesced and attacked us…we can’t have the pesky voter getting in the way. The fun part how was Trent, our team, going to “make” money? He and John Breaux’s team were going to lobby the very institution they were retiring from. Conflict of interest?
The result of 2010 election blowout and even though they cheated, they always do, was the most disruptive election for the swamp in 100 years all the way down to dogcatcher. This proved to me that; “Our flag is still there”. The uniparty swamp rats utterly freaked out and we got a true understanding of what bipartisanship really means in a uniparty swamp kind of way. You know, reach across the aisle and get things done, like NAFTA, Patriot Act, etc.
The stammering Barry gave us his famous quote after the political thumping, that he would use his “pen and phone” to “rule”. I added “rule” but that’s exactly what he/they did and this was true swamp bipartisanship and this no account tyrant wannabe had carte blanche.
The American people became the target and with “W’s” actions set it up with electronic voting, the horror of hanging chads, 9-11 gave us the Patriot Act and everything that that poison pill entails, QE I-II-II-IV… since 2007 no more budgets and the continuing resolution became the norm, you know, because the terrorist are gonna get us.
We the People became the terrorist, racist, criminals, et al you know “THE VAST MAJORITY OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE! …the ones that make the country work…and “our” team is urgently assisting and still are, killing us off.
We “MUST” understand that these are entrenched, generational, self-entitled criminals; Bush, Clinton, Cheney, Romney, Pelosi, MeConnel et al… and their felonious behavior will not just stop, like all criminals, they will have to be stopped. How this will manifest itself is yet to be determined.
We are still up against this ant-American cabal and they just want us gone, act accordingly

Part of it may be that Judge Merchan finally decided to let President Trump have the day off on May 17 to attend Barron’s graduation. Meanwhile yesterday Amazon reported earnings of $143,000,000,000 in just the first quarter of 2024. Soon whomever has a job will be working for Amazon in one way or another and then AI robots will replace those workers too.

Have been selling some of my personal stuff on that site to make ends meet. A few days ago I made a $10.01. sale. My net was $4.55 – after Amazon took its take of $5.46. Point being, there are people like me who contribute to those quarterly earnings because we’re just trying to pay medical bills, or buy a loaf of bread, which actually costs more now than $4.55!
Grocery stores throw food including whole loaves of bread out prior to due dates so there is dumpster diving for food rather than selling one’s belongings at pawn shops and or on line.
Many food banks give food away and no ids required cos that would be racist to require.
Churches also give food like bread away every day as do the Boy Scouts collect for food banks so no need to sell your things to buy food as in the USA food is given away.

Selling things is a good way to downsize, as well as to make ends meet. If I have something collectible or a specialty item, I will look first online to see if there are people actually looking to buy what I have. I had a 6″ stack of ’70s vinyl albums from my brother, and sold them at a local record shop (run for the last 50 years by an aging hippie) for $50 cash — a win-win!
Also, have you tried selling on Craigslist, or Facebook Marketplace? Those are pretty popular here in NE Ohio, esp with people I know — and you get to keep whatever you sell it for! (You can do it safely by meeting in a public place if that’s a concern.) Just a few ideas that have worked for me…
It’s amazing how easily we were talked into giving up our mom and pop stores and our downtowns to shop the large chain outlets to save a buck or two. Now, even those large chain stores are imploding in this Amazon squeeze.
Not that I care about these large, multinational corporations. I always shop the mom and pops that hung in there, the local farmers, grocers, pharmacists and bakers. To me it’s a philosophical choice. I recognize when I’m being managed, controlled and exploited.
We have been groomed by inches to accept these massive Amazon warehouses stuffed with *imported* goods delivered right to our doorstep. In our “15 minute” transhuman cities. *If* our digital currency allotment permits the purchase, of course.
This dystopian nightmare is exactly what awaits those who survive the ongoing, depopulation *purge.* Those who don’t like where we’re headed (“slowly at first.. then all at once”) had better get a clue.. because ‘going along’ with the great satan.. in order to get along in the end times .. just won’t cut it.

Recently, I specifically went to a local mower place to order a $250 PTO clutch. Old mower so part numbers obsolete. First one we could tell it didn’t match the old one I had. Then mechanic came by and told us the right one. Credited for wrong one ordered new one and works perfect. Actual people figuring out which is correct.
A couple days ago, I ordered a tow kit from O’Reilly for our SUV. Talked face to face with someone and could see the part when it came in.
As far as I know, Bezos didn’t see a dime. Of course, I don’t know how they got it, but I did my part.
I also got a tractor solenoid from an old grimy dirty (knew their stuff) shop. Put it on and works perfect.
Sadly, we’ve had to make our way back.

I was going to my local Dillards on Monday. Got there and saw a big CLOSED sign on the top of the building. Macy’s is still open but for a long time, I have noticed in the fragrance department they may only have a couple of bottles of a perfume. Not stocks like I have seen in the past. The young lady who waited on me in the make up department told me there was an outlet store in the lower level of Dillards. I went there and hopefully it was still a mess because they just started because you couldn’t find sizes and the prices were ridiculous. A plus size top had been $65, was priced in the $40’s. I wish them luck.

To Catholics the month of May is dedicated to Mother Mary. In school a student was picked to make a crown of Flowers to be placed on her head…..singing “Oh Mary we crown you with blossoms today. Queen of the Angels Queen of the May.” Ah childhood memories.
We did the same in my Catholic grammar school 1961-1968. The processions were always so beautiful and all us children sang “Hail, Holy Queen Enthroned Above”. 💗👑💗We congregated in the church, Mary was placed on a cart surrounded by tons of flowers, and was moved down the aisle up to the altar.
Then an 8th grade girl with the highest A+ on all her report cards would crown the statue of Mary with a small wreath of flowers, and every year I almost burst in to tears at that time. At home in our neighborhood were many children who attended this school, and we would re-enact the procession and the crowning over and over again.
May Day in Germany, far from big cities, is a hoot.

If the law of the State is in any way not clear, then the Legislature can immediately convene to amend them. This could be done, start-to-finish, in a single afternoon.
