I went in to vote at 5:45. There were about 80 people in line to vote. It took close to an hour to vote because they only had one machine to check people in.
When I left there were still about 80 people in line to vote. The polls would have had to stay open until at least 7:30 to get people voted but probably was later than that because people were still coming in as I was leaving.
I saw 6 people vote on the democrat side while I was there.

I can tell you for certain that MANY known Liberals in my precinct voted on Republican ballots today to try and stop Trump. I hope that someday soon we can close these primary elections to those registered to that specific party. Too many shenanigans.

Indiana is open primary with picture id and paper ballots. Triple blue, lot of rinos, but still way better political climate than neighboring states. No one cares. None of my neighbors want to identify as Republicans (mail-in ballots only with party affiliation designated on the envelope…oh, yeah, that’s not suspicious), especially with the new state “tattle-tale” law being implemented — ahh, anyone say “Hung Wei Ping” (Red Guards)? Besides, the GOP has zero — perhaps even absolute zero — chance of carrying WA in Nov. The GOP is a joke in this state and the best we can do is try to take over precinct by precinct and hope to grow MAGA from the very grassroots.
I have been trying to decide whether or not to vote. I feel the same way about the affiliation on the envelope and I agree that WA has no chance of going for Trump in Nov. I expect crossover voting to give the primary to Haley so why vote? Is that a defeatist attitude or the acknowledgment of reality?
Neither my family or my neighbors are voting (Pierce County) in this primary. We prefer to fire our guns for the general election. And besides, the state primary is merely a political party’s tool to allocate delegates — big whoop-de-do. I much prefer the old method of a statewide party convention by which the precincts in the legislative districts determined the representation and candidate support. And, using the convention method enables the state party to fashion a statewide platform for candidates to run on — oh, how I would love a party platform convention with MAGA representatives…RINOs would freak out. I get the whole cost of a convention (transportation, venue, security, etc.), but one would think that could be done virtually now without having to travel to Wenatchee, Ellensburg or Yakima to meet.
No way in Hell I’m not voicing my support for President Trump in every election I can.

I worked the polls in my very red rural community getting encroached on by Charlotte urban sprawl.. Saw a lot of dirty fingernails and dirty boots at my precinct today. Hardworking people.
Interesting take aways:
1) The RINO republicans handed out an almost identical voter guide as the We the People ( America first) same color, almost same name ( they called themselves “We are the people”,) folks in my precinct are awake and did not fall for their deception. Marc Robinson won our precinct as did many of the other We the People candidates vs the NC good ole boy’s Republicans.
2) of the 40 Democrats who voted today. Only 22 voted for Biden. 18 voted No Preference.
3) Trump’s endorsement of Marc Robinson tells me MAGA. is taking over the GOP. Trump has to endorse Tillis a few years ago. We all booed Tillis so bad. But Trump had no choice. Now he does have the choice and we’re cleaning house.
We absolutely have to defeat Josh Stein in November.
My friend in NC is very nervous about it
I think people know somebody’s lying and are very alert to figure out who. All we have to do is prove ourselves trustworthy, and then even if we are censored, people know why and people know what to do about it.
