Today, the Supreme Court gave a unanimous 9-0 rejection of Colorado’s state-level attempt to keep President trump off the ballot via Section 3 of the 14th amendment. Congress, not the States, is “responsible for enforcing Section 3 against federal officeholders and candidates.”
Techno Fog – According to the Supreme Court, States may only disqualify officeholders or candidates from state office. This power doesn’t extend to federal elections or officers: “Nothing in the Constitution delegates to the States any power to enforce Section 3 against federal officeholders and candidates.”
President Trump will deliver his remarks at 12 p.m.

I tell you it is rich, R I C H, and exactly as I earlier predicted, to watch cult marx to suddenly become 10A proponents after excoriating it. Seems this shrike Jena Giswold gov. colorodo is among the first out of the gate. Among more she’s the one leading the prosecution of Gold Star mother Tina Peters. And if you’re not familiar with this one you should be. Good guy Mike Lindell has been paying her legal bills which are substantial. https://tinapeters.us/
And Jena Griswold on twatter aka “x”
If wishes were horses, honey…
But they aren’t…
Here’s a hanky for your salty tears.
You Can’t keep our good man down!
Out standing, Monti!! Not this man…no you cannot!
Love it!
Yes, and to think that Thomas Sowell was against him for president in 2016. Oh yes, his name was listed with others in National Review as anti-Trumpers. Scroll down in this old article:
https://newswithviews.com/Nelson/kelleigh264.htm
Dr Sowell is a man who reversed all his beliefs at one time in his life when he examined his Marxist ideology.
I suspect he may have changed his mind.
You betcha.
I see crazy, adolescent desperation in those eyes.
It explains this desperately crazy and irresponsible violation of her official duty.
I want, I want, I WANT!!!!
IT’S NOT FAIR!!!!!
The eyes do tell a story, and her story is not pretty.
She “believes” states should be able to bar “insurrectionists” from the ballot.
What she happens to believe is immaterial.
Griswold and her ilk are a clear and present danger to our Republic.
Griswold is nothing but an illiterate sewer rat. She was backed by Soros for SOS, and the panic you see in her statement comes from “but I can’t repay all those millions” that bought her into her office. Next, I’d love to see retribution in the form of $$$ paid back for all the misery she has caused Tina Peters. Would have to agree with Mike Lindell who will be suing her personally when President Trump is back in office.
What a dismal embarrassment “crazy-eyes” Griswold is for Colorado. Ugh.
Excellent point COLiberty!
There is a strange look in her eyes, which I agree with you, is fear.
Fear probably from worrying about what her overlords will do to her for not succeding at an assignment they gave her.
It could be demanding to pay back the money or it could be something much much worse.
What’s really crazy is that she rose to her position while being so astonishing ignorant of the law. These morons are telling us that, in order to fix our “democracy” we have to take away the people’s right to vote for the candidate of their choice, which is the very essence of democracy.
I see that the lights are on but nobody’s home…
You know Jena Griswold doesn’t know anything about horses. She wishes in terms of Marxist tyranny rainbows 🌈 and unicorns. 🦄
Both, dear sir. What a sad day for her 😁
What constitution is she talking about?
Iran’s ?
The demonRATS are screeching and panicked over what they should do next – per Raskin – Congress will remove Trump.
Speak of the devil….well, one of them….
https://www.zerohedge.com/political/supreme-court-rules-trump-remain-presidential-ballots
They’d better think long and hard…very hard…
Driven mad by their hatred and their desperation to cling to power, should they be successful, the fuse they’d light would be the shortest burning one in history.
This country is already on tenterhooks…
Betsy, they don’t care. Or I should say, they are too obtuse and power hungry to even see that it won’t work the way they want….they truly believe if they start rounding up people, the rest of us will just stand by. Nope, that’s what they did in the 1940’s. Too many of us remember that and we will know when we have nothing left to lose.
Exactly, Horse. I know they don’t. Or they wouldn’t be doing it.
The only thing,….the ONLY thing standing between US and them is PDJT.
and they want to remove him?
But then they ARE the ones that favor suicide.
That’s the one thing people (??) like Raskin and his fellow travellers seem incapable of understanding, dutch. They cannot look beyond the moment or their small world. And it is small. There is no consideration of anyone besides themselves. Completely blind to the millions who have been abused and ruined by their sociopathy.
Who don’t understand that those millions see President Trump as their last and only hope to preserve their way of life. Pray for our President and for us. I shudder to think what would happen if the Marxists in government achieve what they are aiming for.
Amateur. Just a partisan hack.
They are insane.
Oath breaking insurrectionists? The lady is a menopausal hysteric.
Amazing that her stupid hide can’t tie that back the the intentional non-enforcement of our border. There is way more proof of that negligence than the idiocy trying to rope PDT to the insurrection psyop.
Let’s not forget this is Colorado…the state legalized marijuana a long time ago. Perhaps she has had a bit too much of the stuff…the libs’ heads are going to be smokin!! poor things.
Pot really does change brain chemistry.
Well, DUH, madam secretary. That’s EXACTLY what’s supposed to happen: The voters will decide. Not you. You narcissistic toad.
…a those eyes…….
Actually, the founders discussed this point when designing this government. The notion that political factions would rise and plot to dominate the country is not even close to being a new idea.
This is the very time Franklin was thinking of when he stated “A Republic if you can keep it.”
Government employees in the MAJORITY believe they won the power over the people when they got hired into their jobs. I know this FIRST HAND after knowing many people with the most horrific attitudes.
It is no exaggeration to say “They HATE us.”
Griswold had her opponent arrested and stole her own election.
Yep!
Probably chats with the illegitimate “governor” of Arizona every night.. Girl-bonding, dontcha know…
I’m surprised it was 9-0. But perhaps I shouldn’t be, given the comments from Axelrod and Barr on this matter.
I do not see this as a clear win reading the ruling, nor a sure thing for the immunity case. But appreciate it for now! I just don’t trust these people.
Judges want to keep their power, too.
SCOTUS knows there has been a total breakdown of a checks and balances, three part system of government. They are our last defense to right the ship. Legal justices in this country is almost wholly compromised – NY and Atlanta and every single state who is trying to kick Trump off the ballot.
They have to be the adults in the room. Executive branch is useless. Voters are all over the place in the House and Senate, as if they want total legislative gridlock. That only leaves SCOTUS.
9-0 means they are upping their game. Because they have to.
The only way they can “up” their game (and a game it is) is to nbecome increasingly unethical, unlawful, and against the Constitution.
Their Lawfare will be based upon more fabrications, combined with their creating increasingly tortured interpretations of the Constitution, statutes, regulations, and case law.
I was surprised also. However, it is worthwhile to read the various opinions. In those, you find the true measure of how the black robes, think and consider. It’s worth reading the technofog review also to get a very good summary with detail.
the reason I am surprised is because of course, there black robes that very much would rather Donald Trump AND YOU AND ME BE STOPPED. Apparently (this time), lawfare stretched too far over its skies into lala land. Not even corrupt black robes could commit to this folly.
But I am reminded…and I think this is important to recognize..I’ve said it before here and others (many) have as well.
When/IF you allow states with this kind of power, you break the world. What I mean by this, is that we are no longer a nation of states. We are become merely a collection of bits and oddities that may or may not ever realize union over very fundamental basic concepts that are real. That is this: while we are states, we are also a union of states. This is America. It’s not perfect, but the constitution makes it solid and durable against those who dwell in anarchy. To choose a national leaders, states have limited power on who and how they qualify. I have views on this, re: electoral college. These are solely my own opinions. I believe the electoral college system is unfair and broken…it is easily compromised and manipulated by gerrymandering, redistricting, and the non proportional number of reps who are numbered for each state. district and parish. The founder argued and debated over this matter for a long period of time. What they came up with was somewhat of a compromise. A floor. Age, citizenship, and non criminal. that’s it. That is all the qualification defines. I believe this compromise misses the point that most of the debates argued about…
that we presidential candidates, be well educated, have proven moral standing, be GOD FEARING, and have a very solid understanding of the constitution. Joe Malarkey would never qualify under these kind of standards. It is most unfortunate that states choose the adopt the same low standards of qualifications.
then we get to the proportional unfairness of the electoral college itself.
why should Louisiana have only 8 EC members and DC has 3!
Louisiana has 4.6 million citizens.
DC has less than 1.
this means that DC has almost THREE TIMES the voting POWER than Louisiana.
which means that DC citizens are representing with more EC votes that Louisiana by almost 3 times!
is this fair? Why and who should be ask to fix this.
and nothing: it was hillary clinton who raised this issue in the 2016 election campaign (for different reasons). She of course, is silent on the issue now. But I am NOT. This is totally unfair.
each citizen of this nation should have their vote REPRESENTED EQUALLY IN A PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION. (I would argue the same with state elections as well).
nothing changes in our “republic” if we go to a national PROPORTIONAL VOTE. It simply means that we actually USE MATH, TO FAIRLY ESTABLISH EQUAL POWER PER VOTE> Not per district and state.
anyway, I digress.
I was surprised by the unanimous ruling
God Bless America
Had to go all the way to frickin SCOTUS to figure that out ? For piss sakes what a clown show we’re living in !!
A three ring circus one.
Yes, the three rings: Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. Each ring has its clowns, lions, and piles of dung.
Billable hours. In a lawsuit to recover court costs, this waste of taxpayer money should not be indemnified.
Actually, they really didn’t.
In the run up to the 2022 midterms, Marc Elias group brought 6 cases, attempting to use this same argument to keep MAGA associated U.S. Representatives offthe ballot, and he ultimately lost all 6 cases.
MTG, Boerbett, Ghomer, Biggs, Gosar, and can’t remember, sorry.
With no freaking recourse whatsoever.
And guess who is still leading they way: Marc Elias.
Yep.
Bingo. It’s like the whole world’s pretending this shit is real.
George Soros has been working for several decades to corrupt U.S. state government key positions (especially the Secretaries of State, State Attorneys General, and key legislative positions) and the nation’s judiciary with leftwing / globalist partisans. This did not happen overnight, but until recently, sleeping conservatives were largely unaware of the growing numbers of enemies of true Constitutional democracy who had covertly been installed into positions of election control and positions of influence on legislative agendas and state executive-level regulations.
The SCOTUS has been in the globalists’ crosshairs because a small number of true patriots (5) can hold off the onslaught of the horde of tyrants arrayed against us…. but only until the tyrants decide they will no longer obey the law.
Now that Soros Sr. is retiring, Soros Jr. is taking over without skipping a beat. But the Soros impact is only part of the globalist war on freedom and democracy. The WEF and the UN / Davos / CFR / Council of 300 / etc. globalist cabal of elitist bankers, corporatists, and other fascists and marxists, all working in a generally similar direction are the enemies of freedom here and everywhere.
The harmful part of this for Democrats is it highlights the Lawfare fraud, including Jack Smith’s cases. CO, ME, and other states trying this are making it obvious to the point of absurdity that Pres Trump is being targeted by Lawfare for disqualification.
I’m not surprised it went 9-0 and think it bodes well for PDJT in his immunity appeal. The Constitutional remedy for official Presidential acts is impeachment. Pres Trump was acquitted.
That would naturally extend to the Miami case, too, because those were also official acts carried out under the PRA. In fact, by delivering the documents TO HIS HOUSE the Government concedes he had a legal right to them. You can’t change your mind later and rewrite law to retrieve documents you already have.
In fact, by delivering the documents TO HIS HOUSE the Government concedes he had a legal right to them. Very well stated, Hokkada.
I am actually hoping the Miami case goes “all the way” and so clarifies the obvious, which is that NONE of the agencies have any authority over or above the POTUS, when it comes to National Security and Classification status.
IF, for example President Reagan had decided to share with Gorbachev the missile defence technology known as “Star Wars”, having made the decision it was in Americas National Interest,..
Or if later Presidents had (following the collapse of the Soviet Union) agreed to admit Russia to NATO or to share missile defence of Europe WITH Russia, both offers made by Putin, do the Natl. Security Council, or CIA, DIA, NSA have the authority to gainsay him?
No, he is CommanderIn Chief, he has authority over THEM, they have no authority over HIM.
If he saysits declassified, its declassified, end of story.
Or if for instance an agency of the US is engaged in sharing missile technology and other high tech? NASA. for one.
An by doing so it puts the authority OVER the IC back under the President. They are executive branch agencies with reporting responsibilities(which they know ignore formally) (while leaking tidbits to their favorites in the legislative read SSCI).
Also means a whole bunch of IC types need firing, preferably prosecution.
A Question for Judge Cannon?
How can a bureaucrat at the National Archives not only second guess what the President of the United States has decided but actually overrule the President then send the FBI and DOJ to arrest him for something he did while in office?
I’m sitting here scratching my head on this!
One victory done and one more big one to go! Just like this decision points out neither any local or state prosecutor nor any appointed Federal Bureaucrat can second guess any official action of the President of the United States!
…because if they can second guess and subsequently overrule by prosecution the legally elected President of the United States…WE DON’T REALLY HAVE A PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES!
Trump wins big Justice today,.. will will many elections Bigly tomorrow,… and if he gives the rebuttal speech to the Demeted’s SOTU rant Thursday night, he will hit the trifecta, as the MSM must carry the GOP’s response.
Thanks to the Supreme Court, democracy is literally on the ballot (being able to vote for Trump) in this election despite the Democrats effort to take it away.
So the next uniparty move is to pass legislation to disqualify anyone found guilty of insurrection from holding office.
https://thepostmillennial.com/breaking-house-democrats-working-to-remove-trump-from-the-ballot-through-legislation
To which I say, never interrupt your enemy while he is in the process of hanging himself.
In this case, probably literally.
Do it fascists and communists, do it!
If we can imagine it, they’ve war-gamed it. Also, there is plenty that moral, God-fearing minds and souls can’t imagine that is well within the wheelhouse of evil. Expect it.
This is why it is a spiritual battle and we must keep praying and have faith that God will help deliver victory.
The fools don’t understand.
PDJT is standing “in the way” between US and them….
If they succeed in pushing him “out of the way” nothing will save them.
and may GOD have mercy on their souls, as they will get none from us.
14th Art 3 already exists for being “found guilty.”
That was the whole point. He was never charged, tried or found guilty of “insurrection.”
Retired Magistrate here: From a legal point of view, the Supreme Court did exactly what they were sworn to do: uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.
Did I miss it?
I figured someone would have indicted PDJT for something by now.
Pretty good – – But they are taking a 15 minute time out to catch their breath , but will be back on the field soon – first play will be a Leaking Pass to the left side of the field to The NY Times ….
It was per curiam (by the court), so there is no individual author for the left to snipe at.
Oh, I expect that Sheldon Snook (Mr. Mary McCord) or one of the lefty judges’ clerks may leak the author, but until then the left is reduced to sputtering at the institution itself.
I don’t believe Snook is any longer there.
Thanks. I doubt his replacement is any better, though.
He’s not. Resigned right after that ‘leak’ on the Roe case investigation heated up. 👀
That’s what I recalled but was too fuzzy to assert it and too lazy to look it up.
🙃
I hate it when that happens…
…(usually pretty much daily to me…)
“Those who can do; those who can’t, teach.” (As we used to say when I was in law school. )
Look at the state of education in the country, it is linked to the decline. We need smart, decent people to go into teaching.
Remember, when a Leftist hears a qualifier such as “SMART” from a sensible person, this person is automatically labeled a racer. The pendulum has more swing yet
Over 41% of new teachers leave within 5 years. My guess is that’s what happens to the smart, decent people.
Sometimes true. However, some of my engineering profs were damn smart fellas.
I actually know quite a few extremely smart – genius level – people who nevertheless are sufficiently mentally ill to buy the entire insane agenda of the Left.
I firmly believe the problem is not IQ. It’s emotional.
A: Because their only principle is Raw Political Power, by any means necessary.
Hopium.
So this was a win, but I guareen-damn-tee that congress members are going to team up to try and remove candidates. Raskin and Swallwell are already going to try
Swallwell, is long overdue for the river! He can say hi to McConnell’s sister in law!
LOL.
As Burt Reynolds said to The Great One in “Smokey and The Bandit,” “Do the letters ‘F.O.’ mean anything to you?”
🇺🇸 Mike Davis 🇺🇸
@mrddmia
Today’s 9-0 Supreme Court decision reversing the Colorado Supreme Court was a major bodyblow to the Democrats’ lawfare and election interference against Trump.
And it’s just starting.
Cont reading…
Plus they’re already crying rivers of what President Trump might do to bring justice if he is elected, except they call it “retribution”.
I disagree with the Julie Kelly2 X premise. The SCOTUS concluded Congress did not convict Trump of committing an insurrection.
Julie was referring to the publics takeaway, not the SCOTUS conclusion.
The SCOTUS *noticed* the fact that Congress did not convict Trump of committing an insurrection.
“Russiagate investigator”?
Russiagate INSTIGATOR.
“A newsman”needs to use spellcheck.
Isn’t using the term “Russiagate” used mostly as a description for the Russia hoax ?
That be, conservative black man, the most reviled and oppressed of all Americans by the leftists.
Escapees from the plantation face brutal punishment, many times causing death.
Ouch. I hate the politics of race, but that was appropriate.
Obama is a dirty skank with a man for a wife! When is the media going to cover that topic? Did he kill his chef, we want to know!
Is he still speaking today?
The cabal is in total panic. If you think there is another person they fear more than Donald Trump please let us know who that is.
Only Jesus Christ.
And they are wise to fear Him.
Nah. They don’t believe in Him.
All the people that stand behind him.
That would be you, me and everyone else we see rising to the occasion.
The Don.
So, if the commies came over to the side of Judge Thomas, which group is activisr when deciding on constitutional matters of importance? Thomas stayed where he always is.
Hate to think this …but the next issue before the SCOTUS…..JMO …will go against Trump. The issue of whether the President has immunity. Will be Barret, Kavanaugh, or Roberts siding with the liberals. I think the court is making political calculations as to which decisions will keep the deep state at bay but still have the appearance of credibility. Hope I’m wrong.
Roger Kimball at the Spectator was wondering about exactly that. Sort of an “we gave Trump a win here, so we should give the Democrats a win in this case.”
Wethal, not sure…but didn’t the SC narrow the issue to immunity from actions/decisions only while in office?
Dooes this make it easier for Justices to rule (IMO) correctly?
Thanks in advance for your legal expertise.
Yes, they did narrow the issue. Trump was still in office, and is arguing that he had an obligation to see that the law, including the election laws were faithfully executed, and possible voter fraud exposed.
Smith is not going after Trump in this case on anything that happened after he left office.
I’ve read summaries of a few briefs, and I think Trump’s lawyers, and the amici supporting him, subtly pointed out that if the left can do this to Trump, then conservatives could do it to a Dem president some day. IIRC , one example given was of a president ordering a hit on someone. (When Obama was president, a US citizen in Yemen was killed by a US drone, and probably not unintentionally.)
SCOTUS’s opinions are very broad when dealing with constitutional interpretation (as opposed to statutory interpretation). They likely consider all the possible fact situations in which their opinions would be applied.
It would be very hard to distinguish certain acts that are protected, and acts that are not- they’d be creating categories that might not be correct. And possible returns to SCOTUS with arguments that “this is covered” or “that isn’t covered” by immunity.
Saying no criminal liability for acts while in office at all would actually be the easy way out. They just said no liability for civil actions in the Nixon case, and closed that option off.
TY…
Excellent and complete analysis, as usual!
Actually the easiest way out would be to use the Meese et al amicus brief.
Smith was not appointed according to the legislation establishing Special Councils, therefore any cases he has brought against PDJT, both the DC Immunity case and the Miami Classified Docs case are dismissed.
IF they want to, they can entirely sidestep the legal issues of either/both cases.
“I’ve read summaries of a few briefs, and I think Trump’s lawyers, and the amici supporting him, subtly pointed out that if the left can do this to Trump, then conservatives could do it to a Dem president some day.”
I’m very uncomfortable with that because that’s giving the court the option to say “PT doesn’t have immunity, if someone wants to bring charges against some other President , have at it.”
The problem is that if PT loses, any future opportunity, the small consolation to go against a D president with PT eliminated, will be close to non-existent given the the Ds will probably gain totalitarian control and any Rs left will be the same as they are today, Rinos that would never take action.
The President can be impeached and then tried for High Crimes and Misdemeanors. That is how this works. An inferior officer to the President of the United States can not prosecute unless he has been impeached.
Lawfare opened that can of worms. The Court ruling today kinda gave that hint.
The People’s representatives are the ones that hold the Office of President accountable, not Jack Smith, Merrick Garland or Fat Fani.
I can promise you those 3 are thinking real hard on the wording in that ruling this morning.
Flop sweat, has soaked their clothes today
gulfaddict, neither Barrett nor Kavanaugh are constitutionalists nor conservatives. Heck, it was Kavanaugh who assisted in the verbiage for the so-called Patriot Act under traitor GW Bush. I would assume barrett will cave before Kav…she does NOT have the backbone to withstand the onslaught of public opinion and attacks. And we KNOW he doesn’t after crying during his confirmation hearings.
They’re playing music now so maybe he is getting ready to speak; now I will have to start work again for a couple more hours so will have to listen later….
The Left is having a hard time with the scotus decision….
Keith Olbermann wants scotus to be dissolved….
I thinks he’s the one inept at reading and comprehension.
Don’t worry about him, his South American buddies will eventually slit his throat
He’s an idiot of epic proportions. Always has been.
Hmmm…
so Jackson, Kagan and Sotomayor aren’t bright enough to do their jobs, eh Keith?
That’s not news to those of us who were paying attention.
So Keith are you going to dissolve all courts are just ones that don’t agree to your opinions in advance of hearings and trails.
Or just send people that don’t agree with you directly to the gallows ?
They always accuse others of that which they are guilty. Everytime.
If you want to know what they’re up to…
J Sekulow has been a HUGE disappointment in the legal world involving PDJT…why is he even relevant at this point?
#ProfessionalElectionThief
Think of it like a law school exam. The student got everything wrong. So the grade is an F.
The question is, will the other Courts issue reversals on their own? Or will they make Trump spend money to file “appeals” — it is now the law of the land.
If they don’t, Trump’s lawyers will file motions to dismiss. Shouldn’t be that lengthy. “SCOTUS has spoken, b!tches.”
The ruling said reversed
There are other state courts that have ruled the same. IIRC, an Illinois judge just held Trump was ineligible.
This appeal only concerned the Colorado case, so those other cases have to be closed with the appropriate procedural formalities.
In Illinois it was a pre-k teacher moonlighting as a judge. Does that even count?
The proper meaning of bureaucracy is government by the bureaucrats.
This is closer to the true meaning of fascism than a police State.
Mary McCord’s comprehension of modern government is surely a government by the clerks.
Alexander Vindman spearheaded Trump’s impeachment based on the premise that he disobeyed, was insubordinate to his masters, the bureaucrats.
The bureaucrats will keep trying to enforce their perception of the modern State that the clerks, the functionaries are masters of the elected politicians.
I need for you to call me Lt. Colonel.
(Alexander Vindman )
Don’t forget retired. (All hope is lost)
Oh, your sloppy looking ass is in the military? My bad, I thought you were doing golo commercials.

Activist judges in Colorado and other liberal states believe that the American people should not have the right to vote for the presidential candidate of their choice.
This morning, the Supreme Court UNANIMOUSLY REJECTED their attempt to stop Donald J. Trump from running for President!
This is a major win against the attempts of election interference by lawfare against Republicans.
Stephen Miller
@StephenM
The 9-0 ruling really underscores how all the left’s celebrated legal “experts” are legal imbeciles whose real talent is ruthlessly weaponizing the justice system against their enemies.

Note President Trump’s words, tone and demeanor: grateful, measured and humble. He’s not pumping his fist or doing a victory lap. He truly loves the Constitution and wants to bring this Country together under it. Only the most rabid partisan will fail to see this.
It’s great to get a win, they for sure will bring out something to really dampen our and his joy… waiting…5,4,3,2,
Only if one lets it!
**** em!
God Bless President Trump.
Emerging out of the current morass, SCOTUS knows there has been a total breakdown of our checks and balances, three part system of governance. They are our last defense to right the ship. Legal justice in this country is almost wholly compromised – NY, Georgia and every single state who is trying to kick Trump off the ballot.
SCOTUS has to be the adults in the room. Executive branch is useless. Congressional voters are all over the place for the House and Senate, as if they want total legislative gridlock. That only leaves SCOTUS to hold the center.
9-0 means SCOTUS is upping their game. Because they have to. God save America.
Thank you to the Supreme Court.
One would think much attention would be paid by the taxpayers and voters of Colorado and other such states to eliminating the waste of money and the inexcusable legal and moral illiteracy this case represents.
One would think.
But those resources would soon be rededicated to funding the crimes of illegal aliens and careers of the traitors who enable them, of course, leaving the taxpayers and citizens on the hook. So.
But it’s good news from the Supes and I’m grateful for the win.
It’s gonna be up one hill and then up another, but the march is on.
Menopause – ages 35-55. The danger years for women. They should be banned from all political office, until they pass out of their menopause stage
i would get banned for saying that on american thinker or youtube.
Sounds nuts.
Maybe men should be banned from important jobs during their “idiot” phase, ages 15-35.
I have never escaped my idiot phase, still a work in progress.
Well, I can think of some males who ought to be banned from politics from age 18 to at least age 81, like the current Imposter in Chief.
Mitch McConnell, Chuck Schumer, Chuck Grassley, etc. etc. have to up the age to early 90’s for Mr. Sweater Vest
Seriously,, perhaps we should go back to only landowners can vote or serve in office,…but no, not with them reviving the loans to people who can’t possibly afford to buy a house,…DEI Loans,….
Not workable, especially with land being a finite commodity. As long as we’re subject to a federal income tax, voting could be limited to those paying income tax on income derived from work. This would exclude all income from investments and welfare payments.
There you go. The ones paying the bills should make the decisions.
While we are on that subject…after years of working with City officials in different capacities of government…
From my experience… Women who are in a position of authority in City and or Government positions make decisions based upon Emotional Feelings rather than common sense business experience or practices based upon sound traditional business decisions.
Most got their positions based upon minority status…
Not saying ALL in this position are like this…just based upon experience in the public sector…
Unfortunately…these Emotional Feelings have bled into the male side…
Yikes!! Can’t disagree with those statements.
There are WAAAAY too many people who are neither strong enough nor smart enough to take emotions OUT of the process of making a MAJOR decision. And voting for the President of the United States qualifies as a major decision.
Oh yeah, cause the men have done such an awesome job !
Says no man that has been with a woman ever!
I’ve been saying every post about this topic – the Supreme Court needs to smack these 3rd world banana republic lawfare shenanigans down 9-0, without dissent. This is bigger than Donald Trump, it shreds the Constitution and undermines our republic and democratic traditions.
They did it. Good job.
Now, the presidential immunity case needs to be decided the same way.
Now, Congress is moving fast to try and pass legislation to prevent Trump from running because of insurrection. They all keep forgetting that he was not charged with or found guilty of insurrection. They just keep going…..they will not stop until they are made to stop.
They will need to be made to stop. MADE, that is the only way.
WE had our chance, on J6, and we blew it.
Given we have been accused, prosecuted, convicted and incarcerated for it, how could things be any worse, if we had dragged every member out, stripped them to undies, tarred and feathered them on the Capital Building porch, and rode them around the crowd on a rail, while livestreaming it?
SO FAR, in the history of the U.S., not ONE person has ever been convicted, for T&F’ing anyone,…
Won’t get past the House, or possibly even the Senate. Would also be immediately challenged as a bill of attainder if it ever became law.
Until they charge President Trump with a crime it’s just drivel for TV.
“Until they CONVICT,…
”
FIFY
Had Garland and Ginsberg been on the SC you would have never gotten this decision in favour of President Trump.
The Lawfare Crew is not embarrassed in the least with this decision. They are TOTALLY incapable of EMBARRASSMENT!
California Joe: “The Lawfare Crew is not embarrassed in the least with this decision. They are TOTALLY incapable of EMBARRASSMENT!”
That’s the truth of it. They are totally incapable of embrarrassment. The Lawfare Crew’s motto is “We try harder!”
As was noted on War Room this afternoon, stealing the Congressional races has now become just as important for the Democrats and their UniParty allies — if not more important — than is stealing the presidential contest.
These people make no effort to hide what their plans are. They will do whatever they have to do to steal the 2024 election cycle, including using the DOJ as a lawfare weapon against accelerated election integrity efforts.
No recourse is a problem.
Not to themselves, true, but they are an embarrassment to others around them who have to live with their actions. . Like a child having a temper tantrum in a public place, they draw unnecessary attention from others who realize the child likely knows better.
This is an INSURRECTION not the protest on January 6th! Tell me that all these Democrat judges didn’t know the difference?

The true “Bloody Sunday”.
Few things give me more joy than the tears of leftists.
“Conan, what is best in life?”
“To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women!”
Gawd almighty – how did this nitwit get elected? I know I didn’t vote for her.
From all appearances I would be inclined to suggest that President Trump is living rent free in her head, but on closer examination I don’t think Trump would be able to exist in such cramped quarters.
Yeah… how? Because women are allowed to vote. That’s how. Is this “sexist”? Yeah maybe. But the fact is even women know women are more about feelings than facts. And men are more about identifying a problems and FIXING it.
It will be hard to imagine going back to a time when voters were limited to heads of households. It made perfect sense. Now we have “feelings based politics” driving this country into the ground. They lie and nothing happens to the liars. They manipulate and brainwash… (What do you think TDS is if not brainwashing?!) People have such short attention spans and no applicable memories at all.
I don’t know what the solutions will be, but it’s easy to see where the problems started and who started it and how they exploit easily manipulated people to do it.
It was a rhetorical question, but yes you make a valid point.
I might suggest going one step further that if you are NOT paying any taxes, you don’t get to VOTE.
Only on taxes earned from working. Billionaires living off interest payments from their portfolio can sit out the electoral process. Same with welfare recipients.
It is very likely that she was not elected. The communists count the votes in Colorado, just like in California.
It is also likely that she is possessed by demons. Look at her eyes.
Those two are not mutually exclusive.
Looked her up on Wiki – Dem operative from the get go – Went to work for Obama’s campaign right out of law school in 2011 and up through the ranks – Even has aspirations to jump to higher office – like US Senate … that dopey new Ariz. Governor that beat Kari Lake was also a Secretary of State I believe , so I guess she thinks if that dummy can do it she can too … noted the “protecting Democracy “ talking point they all have to get in there – but 9-0 vote not much for her to cling to …pure political hack
