(Databases & machines are hacked & tracked in real time… showing who voted & didn’t vote; so fraudulent ballots could be printed & filled out for those who didn’t vote, which are then given to the NGOs to distribute to the ballot boxes. The last step of distribution was shown in the “2000 Mules” documentary. Dr. Frank says the ballot box stuffing is a symptom of the fraud. The real fraud took place in the machine. Will the Democrats Let Donald Trump Be President If He Wins?

The Supreme Court will not throw Donald Trump off the ballot through some sort of deus ex MSNBCmachina, and Trump’s polls are improving while President Crusty’s are getting worse, so we face the real possibility of Donald Trump winning the presidency. Obviously, it’s not a done deal, but it is a bigger possibility than it used to be. Well, the Democrats are facing it, and now they’re trying to figure out how to stop him from taking office if and when he wins the election.

So, if Donald Trump wins, do they let him take office again?

Well, they didn’t really let him take it over last time. They framed him with a fake Russiagate scandal. They impeached him for nonsense two times. They had the whole deep state doing everything it could to undercut the will of the people who elected him. And they just spent the last three years hyping up how he’s a danger to Our Democracy™ and an authoritarian, and if they don’t stop him, he’s going to start doing to them exactly what they’ve been doing to him and us. It’s right and proper that they be scared of that, but the fact that they are scared means they’re likely to do stupid things.

But in that sordid process, we learned the following: that a felonious FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith was convicted of doctoring a court document to mislead a FISA court in efforts to surveille an innocent man; that the FBI director James Comey recorded and leaked via a third party to the New York Times a private, confidential, and likely classified conversation with the President and lied to the president that he was not the subject of a federal investigation; and that he preposterously claimed amnesia or ignorance on 245 occasions under oath to a congressional committee about the various skullduggery of the FBI under his watch.

Comey was outdone by special counsel Robert Mueller. He claimed under oath that he knew almost nothing about Fusion GPS or the Steele dossier, the twin catalysts that had led to his very appointment.

American prosperity rests on equal justice. Delaware and New York judges have called it into question.

The U.S. is the business capital of the world in large part because of its robust constitutional system and impartial judiciary. But two unprecedented legal decisions, against Donald Trump in New York and Elon Musk in Delaware, call that into question. In both cases, judges have ordered massive punitive judgments on behalf of dubious or nonexistent “victims.”

Every American has a right to be critical of Mr. Trump’s politics—one of us ran against him in 2016—or Mr. Musk’s public persona. But equality before the law is precious, and these rulings represent a crisis not only for the soundness of our courts, but for the business environment that has allowed the U.S. to prosper. If these rulings stand, the damage could cascade through the economy, creating fear of arbitrary enforcement against entrepreneurs who seek public office or raise their voices as citizens in a way that politicians dislike.

In New York, Judge Arthur Engoron ordered Mr. Trump to pay more than $350 million in a civil fraud judgment for inflating the value of his real-estate holdings. That case was brought by Attorney General Letitia James, who ran for office in 2018 on a promise to target the man she called “an illegitimate president.”

The unusual New York law Ms. James used to investigate and sue Mr. Trump didn’t require her to prove that he had intended to defraud anyone, or even that anyone lost money. The Associated Press found that of the 12 cases brought under that law since its adoption in 1956 in which significant penalties were imposed, the case against Mr. Trump was the only instance without an alleged victim or financial loss. Bankers from Deutsche Bank, which lent money to Mr. Trump, testified that they were satisfied with having done so, given they were paid back on time and with interest. They also testified that they were uncertain whether the alleged exaggerations would have affected the terms of the loans to Mr. Trump—a key part of Ms. James’s case. Since there were no victims, the state will collect the damages.

Democrats Are Changing Their Minds About Donald Trump

Democrats may be changing their minds about former President Donald Trump ahead of the 2024 presidential election, according to a new poll.

Twenty-nine percent of Democrats said they either “somewhat” or “strongly” approve of “the job that Donald Trump did as president,” according to the poll, which surveyed 2,022 voters from February 21 to 22.

But it represents a shift from January 2020, when the Harvard/Harris CAPS poll posed the same question in their monthly poll. That survey was released at roughly the same point in Trump’s presidency as the latest poll was in Biden’s term.

At that point, only 14 percent of Democrats said they approved of Trump’s job performance.

These 12 “spy bases” set up in Ukraine by the CIA are actually BIOWEAPONS LABS. This is one of the main reasons the scoundrels in Washington DC can’t walk away from Ukraine. Judge: Law partner must testify about Wade’s relationship with Willis

A judge has determined that Nathan Wade’s former law partner and divorce lawyer must tell the court what he knows about the special prosecutor’s relationship with District Attorney Fani Willis – a decision that could produce more bombshell testimony as defense attorneys seek to disqualify the DA from prosecuting the Fulton County election interference case.

Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee’s chambers notified attorneys in the case by email late Monday that certain communications Terrence Bradley had with Wade are not protected by attorney-client privilege, according to numerous people who read the email. Bradley could be compelled to testify as soon as Tuesday afternoon. McAfee’s decision followed a closed-door meeting between the judge and Bradley on Monday that lasted nearly an hour and 20 minutes.

A spokesman for Willis said the DA’s office cannot comment except in court.

Defense attorneys are seeking to disqualify the entire DA’s office because of what they have called an “improper” romantic relationship between Willis and Wade. The defense attorneys say Willis benefitted financially by hiring Wade because he paid for trips they took together with money he earned from the case.

Willis and Wade have testified they split the cost of travel roughly equally. And they said their relationship began months after she hired him to oversee the case in November 2021.

The resolution of this matter sends a strong message of protection for basic First Amendment principles. We further hope the public focus now turns to SAG-AFTRA’s continued efforts to support a Press Shield law that provides additional federal protections for journalists and their confidential sources.

Commenting on the good news, the Federalist’s Sean Davis asked a question that has been on a lot of minds.

Last year, led by the chairman and ranking member of the relevant House and Senate committees, a bipartisan and bicameral bill was introduced that would hand another $300 billion to Ukraine, this time in the form of the confiscated U.S. dollars owned by the Russian central bank and the Russian people.

There are now renewed calls for this measure as both the budget battle at home and the war in Ukraine drag on.

Not during the Vietnam or Korean wars or at any point during the height of the Cold War did America do this to the Soviet Union. U.S. statesmen understood then, as our adversaries do now, that the dollar’s reserve currency status is among our most important global assets, both economically and strategically.

This steadfast principled commitment facilitated our post-war expansion of influence over global affairs and commerce, directed investment to the U.S., and kept inflation at bay by parking dollars as reserves the world over.

Eager to demolish this foundation of our global presence and dam that holds back inflation, the Washington uniparty is rallying behind the next step to gut the U.S. dollar.

State of play: Representatives of the Israel Defense Forces and the Israeli Mossad and Shin Bet spy agencies on Monday held the first round of talks in Doha with the Egyptian and Qatari mediators on the humanitarian aspects of the hostage deal proposal. These talks are expected to continue on Tuesday, two Israeli officials said.

At the same time, Egyptian and Qatari mediators are holding talks with Hamas representatives who are also in Doha in an attempt to pressure them to compromise, especially in regards to the quantity and “quality” of the prisoners the group is demanding be released for each hostage, the officials said.

According to Israeli officials, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asked his negotiators to demand that some of the prisoners who could be released, including members of Hamas who were convicted of killing Israelis and are serving long sentences, not be allowed back into Gaza or the occupied West Bank once freed.

Qatari mediators have informed Israel that senior Hamas officials are “disappointed” with the updated framework of the hostage deal and emphasized there is still a significant gap between the proposal and their demands, two Israeli officials and a source with direct knowledge told Axios.

“There is no room for much optimism,” said a senior Israeli official. “The progress that Israel achieved with the mediators in Paris did not close the gaps with Hamas. It is difficult to see at this stage how an agreement is reached before Ramadan.”
