Letting trans players participate in girls’ and women’s sports is a ticking time bomb

During a girl’s hoops game earlier this month in Massachusetts, Collegiate Charter School in Lowell forfeited a game against KIPP Academy at halftime because they had three players go down with injuries. The team, already battered and bruised, wanted to preserve themselves for the upcoming playoffs, according to the school’s athletic director.

An official statement from the school read, “In an effort to maintain safety for his team, [the coach] decided to forfeit.”

There was no mention that KIPP’s squad, according to the Daily Item, has a biological male player standing “more than 6 feet tall with facial hair” who identifies as female, reports Fox News.

And the player in question was involved in at least one of the injuries — a detail that, ahem, seems pretty pertinent.

Footage of the play has sparked an uproar on X, with users commenting that the trans player appears to be “tossing” the girl around. The words “battery” and “assault” were also used.

Presidential immunity from judicial review has been broadly upheld since Marbury v. Madison in 1803. Although the case established judicial review over executive branch decisions, Chief Justice John Marshall’s majority opinion criticized the idea that courts had jurisdiction over a president’s discretion.

“The province of the court is, solely, to decide on the rights of individuals, not to inquire how the executive, or executive officers, perform duties in which they have a discretion,” he wrote.

Presidential immunity’s contours, however, are blurry in part because the Constitution doesn’t explicitly define the doctrine. Instead, a series of court decisions and DOJ opinions have interpreted the Constitution to provide a general outline of how presidents should be shielded from prosecution.

President Trump’s brief cites two Supreme Court decisions—Mississippi v. Johnson and Nixon v. Fitzgerald—in which the judiciary used suits against former Presidents Andrew Johnson and Richard Nixon to define the limitations of judges in reviewing presidential actions.

In Mississippi v. Johnson, the court denied Mississippi’s request to prevent President Johnson from enforcing the Reconstruction Acts because, the court said, it had “no jurisdiction of a bill to enjoin the President in the performance of his official duties.”

The court also distinguished between ministerial duties, or a straightforward adherence to the law, and discretionary duties, which involve the president’s exercising his judgment as to how he should carry out responsibilities assigned by Congress. It’s becoming increasing clear we live in a Fascist State and we don’t even realize it.

Should Donald Trump get reelected — the permanent unelected cabal is attempting to enact policies that would kneecap his efforts to eliminate federal positions and policies that are beneficial to our country. I commented yesterday that I enjoyed the El Salvadoran presidents response to the pretend UK journalist questions. I also said I hoped he had incarcerated the baddies or otherwise dispatched them kinetically. I said I hoped they weren’t some of the ones who had made their way to the US southern border………..

A general response to some comments and just general observations. In all pictures and videos of riots, protests, smashed windows, burning cars, and riotous behavior by the usual suspects (alphabet acronyms), I always look at the buildings in view for height/number of floors, the height of the photographer, the general appearance of the street scene.(pre riot). I try and determine if the locale is inner city, urban, suburban, or rural. In all the many photos and videos, virtually every scene has been inner city, urban, and maybe somewhat suburban. I have never seen what seems to be a rural type setting.(spaces between buildings, open clear areas, farm like environment, etc). The only reports I read of rural type activity and some photos of farmers are certain countries on a certain very large continent.

It seems the primary victims of the behavior are, as we call them, the ones who, “voted for this”. Is the final plan to eventually move into the rural areas? That they don’t is that a combination of active 2A and realization that short work will be made of the rioters……by both primary demographic groups? I don’t even see rural type settings in non 2A Europe.

Does anyone have other ideas or perspectives on these observations? Just asking here and maybe I’m blind to things.

Observations to conservative bloggers, talk show hosts, internet journalists. Maybe already realized and acted upon. Reflective of Mark Steyn and others with perhaps their official location of record being urban type areas (thus legal action against is based in corrupt jurisdictions with the usual suspect jury pool, make sure your physical address of record is a deep red area with better chance of honest judges, good jury pool, etc. Maybe this is one reason Tucker Carlson moved to rural Maine. Yes, I understand it was primarily for family safety. But rural does help in potential legal harassment.

It is not surprising that some MAGAs are still in the 2021 mindset …… cussin’, discussin’, and fighting the traitors with the same “thrown together defenses” of the 2021 era.

2024 – 2025 won’t be a repeat of 2020 – 2021.

The four point, first 100 days, Constitutional launch of President Trump’s 2025 Administration to Make-America-Great-Again, Again. Kicked off with President Trump taking the Presidential Oath:

Point one:  Implement the proposed “2024 Constitutional Republic Mandate” from the American voters for the purpose of de-authorizing and dismissing the unconstitutional administrative-state departments, processes and personnel in the Executive Branch. When analyzing the departments and people involved in the unconstitutional weaponization of the federal government, it is determined that most of them are within the Executive Branch. They immediately qualify for de-authorization and dismissing.

Point two: De-naturalize the “illegally qualified and fake citizens” and reclassify them as “illegals”, qualifying for immediate deportation – initiate the process that will continue until all are removed from the USA. This will involve removing students who have entered the country from a hostile country.

Point three: Deportation of ALL of the illegals to a country, and in the method & at the time, of our choosing. Initiate the process that will continue until all are removed from the USA.

Point four: Remove the massive unconstitutional databases that are being used to control Americans, resulting in taking away their rights and freedoms.

At the end of the first 100 days, President Trump will be able to continue with keeping the promises that he made to the American voters. He will not be encumbered by the unconstitutional actions by the administrative-state nor any unconstitutional requests from either the legislative or judicial branches. Last, but not least, all RINOs and carry-over democrats will be persona-non-grata in President Trump’s 2025 administration.

America must return to it Constitutional roots, sans all of the unconstitutional administrative-state’s rules, acts, declarations, interpretations, agreements, and even some laws that the un-American globalists have enacted over the past century, slowly eroding the freedoms and rights of the American citizens and the states….. as codified in the Constitution and its amendments.

Loose ends? Sure. But with the trimmed down Executive Branch running on a strictly constitutional basis and with the best negotiator in the world, President Trump, in charge, they can be tied down.

2024 Health Insurance Policies Updated With NEW Exclusions & Expenses Not Covered “Treatment of an injury or a sickness, which is due to war, declared or undeclared, riot, or insurrection.”

“Y’all need to check your insurance policies. Listen to this. This is something that made me go, As you may know, I have had my insurance license in the state of California for over a decade. 

And when I was reviewing policies for 2024, I noticed this new exclusion. Look here.

This is under exclusions and expenses not covered on a 2024 Cigna health policy. Treatment of an injury or a sickness, which is due to war, declared or undeclared, riot, or insurrection. 

This is not typical. This is an insurance policy from United last year for 2023, and the language typically reads like this. What happens with my coverage under extraordinary circumstances?

And it says in cases of disaster, epidemic, war, riot, insurrection, that they will do their best to provide the services you need. But now take a look at United’s 2024 health insurance policy, another exclusion, t, war. 

We do not cover an illness, treatment or medical condition due to war declared or undeclared. Cigna and United aren’t the only ones that have change their language excluding war from their policies. 

Anthem has also done this, and it just makes you wonder why in the world would that be the case?”

I’ll try to be brief. A quick music post. I was watching Austin City Limits with Alanis Morissette. Had a pretty good 3 album run from 95 to 98 or so. Her best selling album Jagged Little Pill put out 29 years ago had a song call Ironic. I catchy good little tune.

So at the end of the song the lyrics initially says “it’s meeting the man of my dreams and then meeting his beautiful wife.” Fine right? So she changes the lyrics too “its meeting the man of my dreams and then meeting his beautiful husband.”

She actually pauses and waits for a response from the crowd and they cheer wildly. I deleted at that point. Just another example of who and what the fight is against.
