Things are getting very interesting in the EU, specifically the nations with significant uprisings of farmers and truckers.
What I find interesting in this Reuters story, is the first time one of the MSM publications has been willing to identify the true intent of the protests.
“Our patience has run out. Brussels’ position on the last day of January 2024 is unacceptable for our entire agricultural community,” the trade union said in a statement dated Thursday.
“Additionally, the passivity of the Polish authorities… regarding the import of agricultural produce and food products from Ukraine leave us with no other choice but to declare a general strike.”
The European Commission said it was listening closely to the concerns expressed by farmers in protests taking place in several member states. (read more)

In wars past there was violence between nations, more specifically their governments, who used the people as cannon fodder against one another, leaving the administrators mostly out of the fray. I’m wondering if this time around things will be a bit different. Rather than nations fighting each other at the behest of their government, is it possible that this time around the people will rise up, in unison, and rebel against their respective governments? It seems to me there’s a powerful common denominator in Europe right now, and around the world for that matter. People are pissed off, but they aren’t as much concerned about their neighbors actions as they are pissed off at what their own governments are doing to them.

Since last year, Ukrainian food has been flooding into Poland driving the local prices down. EU tried to stop the then Polish government (anti-eu, anti globalist) from blocking the shipments through Poland. So the post-communist wheat producers were importing the grain that was supposed to be transited through Gdansk for export to intentionally drive the prices down.
This was done to drive a wedge into the rural population who overwhelmingly voted for the anti EU, anti gloalist party (Law and Justice or PiS). This succeeded in that the anti EU. anti globalist party only got 36% of the vote ( but still the biggest single party in parliament), not being enough to form a government by itself (as it has done for the last two elections). The Polish UniParty dropped all presense of differences, and the 3 “pro eu”, but in fact German funded/German and Russian controlled parties took power and through former communist era apparachiks still in the administrative state are deconstructing the Polish State. All checks and controls have been eliminated, and a simple resolution in the lower house of Parliament now has supreme authority to remove who ever the Germans want removed. In fact, it has supreme authority over the Consitution and the Presidency. (PS Former Soviet trained generals (some retired) have taken over the military, making the formal Commander in Chief President Duda a figurehead. In fact, his Secret Service detail is controlling his decisions.)
The reason that I am mentioning this is that the lawfare used is straight out of what President Trump is facing. If it was not for Federalism and 50 States who are in control of elections and courts, the same situation would be transpiring in the US right now.
In other words, watch Poland because it is the future of the US if Trump can’t get control over the criminal ruling class post 2024 election.
