E. Jean Carroll is 50 shades of crazy. This New York civil jury is just as nutty. Carroll was awarded a ridiculous $83.3 million in damages for her civil defamation lawsuit against President Trump.
The goofball advice columnist and her lawfare team convinced a prior New York jury that President Trump sexually assaulted her inside a department store fitting room.
President Trump had already left court today when the verdict was read. The jurors – five men and four women – delivered their decision after three hours of deliberations. Carroll’s Lawfare crew had originally been seeking at least $24 million in damages.
NEW YORK – A jury ordered Donald Trump on Friday to pay $83.3 million to the writer E. Jean Carroll over defamatory remarks he made about her while he was president in response to her rape accusation.
U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan ruled last fall that Trump defamed Carroll by saying in 2019 that he had never met her and that her book, in which she accused him of having raped her in the dressing room of a luxury department store in the mid-1990s, “should be sold in the fiction section.” (read more)

I think they know they will lose on appeal. All of this is being done to drag out the process and cost Trump millions in legal fees. If you’ve ever been involved in civil or criminal proceedings as a defendant you know how exhausting the process is. It’s horrible.
I’ve been through some legal battles – sort of a fight to the death – but nowhere as bad as this and yes…horrible!!! Very very tough for our President and his family.
It’s also being done to “dirty up” Trump so women voters will voter for Biden, Kamala, or whoever.

Judge Kaplan refuses to allow the Anderson Cooper Interview on CNN of E. Jean Carroll wherein Carroll says, “Rape is sexy,” and numerous other things that totally exonerate me. Judge Kaplan is refusing me my Constitutional Right to Due Process, to defend myself against this False Accusation. This is a one-sided trial, where the other side is allowed everything, and we are allowed nothing. He is an extremely abusive individual, the likes of which few have seen before!

The one significant flaw I could spot in the original verdict, which is the foundation for the later verdicts, is the judge’s admission of “propensity” evidence. He allowed in testimony by different women who claimed Trump tried to grope or molest them.
However, the alleged incidents took place in many different years, in many different situations (including sitting on a plane). There was little or no similarity among the alleged incidents, and all were used for a very vague, speculative argument that “Trump will try to take advantage of a woman whenever he can.”
I hope that Trump’s lawyers argue that this was reversible error. This evidence was extremely prejudicial and likely affected the outcome of the trial.
I have no doubt whatsoever that the jurors are either part of the lawfare effort or were motivated in some way to play their part. As was said earlier, all of this legal nonsense is just a distraction. The communists are working double overtime to fight Trump. All it does is strengthen our support of him.
Anyone know how to start some sort of GO FUND ME? If everyone who voted for Trump in 2020 gave a dollar it would foot the bill 😉
