The only thing the Supreme Court did was refuse to order Border Patrol to stop cutting Texas’ concertina wire at the border while the court case proceeds at the trial level. They did NOT order Texas to stop putting it up. Just wouldn’t order Border Patrol to stop cutting it.

So – Texas is contiuing to put up the concertina wire because no one has said they can’t. Can they install it faster than Border Patrol can cut it? And will Texas Guard watch them cut it, then go repair is as soon as they drive away?

Their “leave-behinds” populate most of the federal workforce and politicians in the executive, legislature and judicial branches of the federal government.

After 25 years, the 3 political crime families in the 2021 coup had full control of the federal government. They could call up judges and stop any cases or, just the opposite, they could call up the prosecutors and have any of their enemies charged, arrested and prosecuted.

The COW’s principals are in a panic mode because their coup failed and they are fighting a losing rear-guard-action against President Trump’s MAGA / America First Movement.  

They are being forced to come closer to the surface of their treasonous crimes. It is speculated that it won’t be long before they will have to claim “Mea Culpa” to the “COW-coup-d’état against America’s Constitutional Republic and President Trump” in an attempt to avoid prosecution for treason. Their backup plan is to reside in a country or on an island that doesn’t have “extradition.”
