The companies pay a little more to Lloyd’s of London, but those costs are also paid by consumers so the companies aren’t losing anything.
But these corporate declarations give the US the excuse to bomb Ansarallah to bits (most contractors, weapons, million dollar artillery used up, more logistics for the multinational military industries). The excuse is “Bad Ansarallah are causing inflation and potentially food shortages.”

Proficiency from practice is only part of the practice for new users.
It’s learning how to properly handle safely and being comfortable and unafraid of the weapon that is most important.
Practice until you feel comfortable. You don’t have to be an expert marksman.
Just know how to use short range and how to get it out quick if necessary.

And finally, everything I own has the purpose of getting me to a buckshot loaded tactical shotgun.
I’d keep a shotgun available. My wife can handle ours with field loads and I get to the ones with buck shot. My biometric safe is to get me enough time to get to the big safe for the guns that don’t miss at close range.
Make sure you know what everything does, even to the point of using all of it in the dark.
People spend tons of time worrying about the accuracy of the weapon they’ve bought, but familiarity is always the difference. Know your weapon, understand how it shoots with the specific ammo you have in it and don’t get caught pulling triggers with safeties on or getting jams because you haven’t cycled specific ammo through it.
And practice while wearing wool gloves…
Because in a real incident you will be feeling the effects of adrenaline,…one of which is to reduce circulation to your hands, thereby reducing sensation; its like you are wearing gloves.
If all of your practicing is based on operating your pistol “by feel” and your sense of feeling is reduced,…
Practicing with thick knit gloves will help you to prepare for a real life situation.
And practice squeezing not pulling.
Something like thinner mechanics gloves are better for precision long distance shooting (1-3lb trigger pulls) and close in pistol work. What happens is that the extra pressure on your dermal pressure receptors (Pacinian corpuscles) moves those receptors closer to threshold (after they have adapted by wearing). My groups closed up by about 0.3 MOA when I started doing that consistently with a very light AR trigger. A loose (mushy) wool glove has some benefit only for temperature increases of the skin. Loose (mushy) wool can have an adverse effect on precise trigger control and “trigger take-up” and trigger “break”).
(The adrenaline/epinephrine has an effect of reducing blood flow to peripheral tissue and muscles; An evolutionary mechanism that is protective during fighting and injury. That vasoconstriction lowers the skin temperature thus altering the mechanoreceptor thresholds for pressure sensation. A glove slightly increases the skin temperature, thus bringing back a more normal temperature around the receptors. It was cold as hell on the range this morning and the mechanics gloves are fine and don’t move around the the trigger pull).

We’re walking into my world here. Was military too and did a whole lot of training others, even as a lazy officer. For whatever reason, I was good at it and kept getting better. Thought I could shoot until I went to nowheresville with a Delta sniper who would hit anything at any range with about any weapon. Dude was a bad, bad man.
Edit:One thousand percent on the revolver, but they’ve actually gotten expensive on a relative basis. I can about get a staccato for what I can get a good revolver for.
Your carry will work better then the first two, that’s why you’re carrying that.
The Sig is a damn fine semi auto, one of the best. But no semi is as reliable as a high quality revolver with good ammo, ever. No jams.

It’s a very personal thing about your comfort. Tons of good options, just make sure it fits you and you can function well with it.
I’d even shoot the semi autos to see which to draw and handle the best.
Carry a few extra magazines in the glove box! Your 5 becomes 15!

Jamie Dimon: A case study.
The other dat, SD posted the comments that Jamie Dimon, chairman and CEO of JP Morgan, made at WEF conference in Davos. The comments caught many off guard as he validated some of President Trump’s policies albeit on a qualified basis. In response to this post, I commented to the effect that I worked for JPM at a senior level for over decade and learned to understand firsthand that Jamie’s number one priority, above all others, is the JPM share price.
I want to redact that comment to say that Jamie’s #1 priority is ….Jamie. And to that end, I have a hypothesis that I would like to share as to perhaps what is driving these comments.
On October 27th, for the first time in his entire career, Jamie sold some of his stock in JPM. Per the WSJ: “Jamie Dimon plans to sell a portion of his stock in JPMorgan Chase for the first time. Dimon, the chief executive, intends to sell one million of his current 8.6 million shares “for financial diversification and tax-planning purposes,” the bank said Friday in a filing…” At the time, JPM was trading around $135 per share so his total haul was ~$135MM depending on the exact timing of the sale. Imagine the tax bill!! Ouch….
According to the WSJ, he still holds 7.6 million shares which at today’s price of ~$165 per share equates to a whopping $1.25 Billion (with a B!) worth of stock. Because he has held a lot of this stock for a longtime, we can assume the long-term cap gains rate applies but, his basis is probably pretty low. Regardless, there is a massive tax liability imbedded there.
So, Bucknutguy, why does this matter and how does it relate to his comments at the WEF? Well, glad you asked.
When a person is tapped to join a Presidential Administration at a senior level, they become eligible to avoid capital gains taxes on stock they are required to sell to avoid a conflict of interest related to companies they may now oversee. Per Faux News at the time as it related to Pudding Brains appointments: “Members of President Biden’s Cabinet are able to punt paying taxes as they divest their assets to avoid conflicts of interest when they enter into public service, thanks to a little-known provision of federal law. Under Section 2634 of federal elections law sits a unique provision to help soften the financial blow of new administration officials suddenly selling off assets: certificates of divestiture.” This is why folks like Tillerson and Cohen joined President Trump’s last administration, got their big tax windfall from selling their Exxon and Goldman stocks respectively and then left after a couple of years.
Could Jamie be aiming for the same deal? I would not put it past him as the saving could easily be north of $100MM. That buys a lot of nice comments at the WEF!!

Interesting, but are taxes based on when the action took place? Taxes due for the tax year of action? He sold in 2023. The earliest he could be in a Trump administration would be 2024 (if transition team, November/December 2024 is considered part of the administration). If not, the earliest he could be in an active administration is 2025.

Dimon got a 4 percent raise for 2024 and will be hauling in north of $33 million this year. He probably withheld 50 million from last year’s net proceeds.

My theory is:
A market crash and banking implosion is coming. Dimon sells as much as he can now short of violating his fiduciary duty to JPM and its investors by causing a panic and takes what he can and runs with it.
And before JPM’s stock price value implodes on the heels of what I described.
But time will tell if either of us are correct.

The other piece that often gets overlooked around here is that the big NY banks split, a few years back, with the globalists that had inserted Obama into our system as a Trojan Horse, crashed the banking system in ’08, and levered up low and zero interest rate offshore dollars to run orange revolutions, hire BLM agitators, finance voter fraud, and otherwise promote the Oh, Great! Reset. The Fed raising interest rates has punctured their balloon, which is now seen in their faltering at this year’s Davos and, if you ask me, the shift in the winds regarding Trump’s presidential aspirations.
The question has always been, who has Trump’s back, because without major power brokers he doesn’t come this far, even survive, and you can say the same things about Tucker and Elon. Even JoeBama is in obvious disarray, and all of this seems to signal a major shift in the power structure affecting the political landscape in the US, maybe throughout the west.
All of which is to say that it just might be that Dimon’s statements, which go back to last year when he flipped the bird to the climate goons and argued that oil was the lifeblood of the US, might be an indication that the NY guys have decided to go full on sovereigntist, keep the keys to the kingdom rather than handing them over the the EU banking system for CBDC’s, and that they see Trump as the best vehicle to do that. We could ask for nothing greater than for the most powerful bankers in the world to be on our team, even if the reasons are personal rather than ideological.
Trump independently wealthy and is his own power broker. Suggesting otherwise is cast doubt on his credibility and it’s obvious.

A recent Reuters investigation might indicate that “QAnon” was in fact an FBI cyber psyop.
The “QAnon” phenomenon has generally been regarded as a hoax or prank, originated by online message board users in late October 2017, that got out of control. The “QAnon” persona was preceded by similar personae, including “FBI anon”, “CIA anon” and “White House insider anon”.
“QAnon” originally called himself “Q clearance patriot”. Former CIA counterintelligence operative Kevin M. Shipp explained that an actual “Q clearance leaker” – i.e. someone possessing the highest security clearance at the US Department of Energy, required to access top secret nuclear weapons information – would have been identified and removed within days.
However, in November 2020, Reuters reported that the very first social media accounts to promote the “QAnon” persona were seemingly “linked to Russia” and even “backed by the Russian government”. For instance, the very first Twitter account to ever use the term “Q Anon” on social media had previously “retweeted obscure Russian officials”, according to Reuters.
These alleged “Russian social media accounts”, posing as accounts of American patriots, were in contact with politically conservative US YouTubers and drew their attention to the “QAnon” persona. This is how, in early November 2017, the “QAnon” movement took off.
But given the recent revelations by British investigator David J. Blake – who for the first time was able to conclusively show, at the technical level, that the alleged “Russian hacking” of the DNC was a cyber psyop run by the FBI and FBI cyber security contractor CrowdStrike – the Reuters report might in fact indicate that “QAnon” was neither a hoax nor “Russian”, but another FBI cyber psyop.
Of note, US cyber intelligence firm New Knowledge, founded by former NSA and DARPA employees and tasked by the US Senate Intelligence Committee, in 2018, with investigating alleged “Russian social media operations” relating to the 2016 US presidential election, was itself caught faking a “Russian social media botnet” in order to influence the 2017 Alabama senate race.
Moreover, in 2019 it was revealed that FBI agents were active on 8chan, the message board used by “QAnon”, posing as US patriots and redirecting attention towards alleged “Russian interference”.
In 2020 it was revealed that one of the first persons to be involved in “QAnon” – and the only person to later “admit” to have been “behind QAnon” – had previously “infiltrated” several US social movements, including Occupy, Anonymous and Unity4J (Assange), after getting out of jail in 2010. To this day, it remains entirely unknown who was financing and directing this person.
Interestingly, the very first “QAnon” message appeared on October 28, 2017 – just one day before Special Counsel and former FBI Director, Robert Mueller, announced his first “Russian collusion” indictment against former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort. One of the claims of “QAnon” was that the Mueller investigation was somehow part of Trump’s “plan” against the “deep state”.

The whole QAnon thing was just too something…I could not put my hand on it at the time, but my spidey sense was just not going there. Another thing about it that made me pause was the number of people who made a business out of translating the Q “droppings”. I always found it quite ironic that the Q sayings or postings or whatever were called “droppings”. There was one guy who claimed to a preacher or something and was fully into it.
To be fair, they were called “drops”.

I personally don’t know if it was real or not, or was and then hijacked, but mountains of information were released that had an abnormally high rate of accuracy.
Lastly, regarding J6, Q had been completely offline for 1-2 months before that event and before it was planned!

To give the impression that its wasn’t a government psyop by smearing it which also makes it attractive to those who think the government is not to be trusted, it’s natural audience.

Probably a standard intel technique: SEED the group with insider info you are willing to expose and then, after establishing credibility, LEAD them wherever you want them to go.
3. Without those early revelations, a lot of what has been discovered and exposed may not have happened.
I seriously wonder how many were already exposed in Dan Bongino’s and, especially, Peter Schweitzer’s very detailed investigative reporting books.

Like General Flynn, I saw enough of it repeated to get the general impression that it was nuts, later reinforced, as they intended, by the “Qanon Shaman.”

I used to check on Ron Watkins social media before January 2021.
The two messages he had prior to J6 were that everyone should bring a camera and take pictures and get footage, and some preparedness advice on making sure you always have a supply of potable water.
He never called for anyone to go into the Capitol or break the law.
Regardless, there was nothing mentioned on the actual Q site regarding J6 even remotely.
Frankly, I don’t know who Watkins is or anything about him.
I always thought Cass Sunstein had allot to do with it. I tried to straighten out every Q person I meet, and to lead them to Truth like this great blog/community of patriots

The People Behind Resilience
“… Resilience was co-founded by Biotech venture capitalist Robert Nelsen, who is known for listening “to science’s earliest whispers, even when data are too early for just about anyone else.” Nelsen was one of the earliest investors in Illumina, a California-based gene-sequencing hardware and software giant that is believed to currently dominate the field of genomics. As mentioned in a previous Unlimited Hangout investigation, Illumina is closely tied to the DARPA-equivalent of the Wellcome Trust known as Wellcome Leap, which is also focused on “futuristic” and transhumanist “medicines.” Nelsen is now chairman of National Resilience’s board, which is a “Who’s Who” of big players from the US National Security State, Big Pharma and Pharma-related “philanthropy.”
However, while Nelsen has been given much of the credit for creating Resilience, he revealed in one interview that the idea for the company had actually come from someone else – Luciana Borio. In July of last year, Nelsen revealed that it was while talking to Borio about “her work running pandemic preparedness on the NSC [National Security Council]” that had “helped lead to the launch of Nelsen’s $800 million biologics manufacturing startup Resilience.”
At the time of their conversation, Borio was the vice president of In-Q-tel, the venture capital arm of the CIA that has been used since its creation in the early 2000s to found a number of companies, many of which act as Agency fronts. Prior to In-Q-Tel, she served as director for medical and biodefense preparedness at the National Security Council during the Trump administration and had previously been the acting chief scientist at the FDA from 2015 to 2017.
Borio is currently a senior fellow for global health at the Council on Foreign Relations, a consultant to Goldman Sachs, a member of the Bill Gates-funded vaccine alliance CEPI, and a partner at Nelsen’s venture capital firm ARCH Venture Partners, which funds Resilience. Nelsen’s ARCH previously funded Nanosys, the company of the controversial [traitor] scientist Charles Lieber. Around the time of her conversation with Nelsen that led to Resilience’s creation, Borio was co-writing a policy paper for the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security that recommended linking COVID-19 vaccination status with food stamp programs and rent assistance as a possible means of coercing certain populations to take the experimental vaccine.
Borio is hardly Resilience’s only In-Q-Tel connection, as the CEO of In-Q-Tel, Chris Darby, sits on the company’s board of directors. Darby is also on the board of directors of the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation. Darby was also recently a member of the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence (NSCAI), where members of the military, intelligence community and Silicon Valley’s top firms argued for the need to reduce the use of “legacy systems” in favor of AI-focused alternatives as a national security imperative. Among those “legacy systems” identified by the NSCAI were in-person doctor visits and even receiving medical care from a human doctor, as opposed to an AI “doctor.” The NSCAI also argued for the removal of “regulatory barriers” that prevent these new technologies from replacing “legacy systems.”
Another notable board member, in discussing Resilience’s intelligence ties, is Drew Oetting. Oetting works for Cerberus Capital Management, the firm headed by Steve Feinberg who previously led the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board under the Trump administration. Cerberus is notably the parent company of DynCorp, a controversial US national security contractor tied to numerous scandals, including scandals related to sex trafficking in conflict zones. Oetting is also part of the CIA-linked Thorn NGO ostensibly focused on tackling child trafficking that was the subject of a previous Unlimited Hangout investigation.
Oetting is also the co-founder of 8VC, a venture capital firm that is one of the main investors in Resilience. 8VC’s other co-founder is Joe Lonsdale and Oetting “started his career” as Lonsdale’s chief of staff. Lonsdale is the co-founder, alongside Peter Thiel and Alex Karp, of Palantir, a CIA front company and intelligence contractor that is the successor to DARPA’s controversial Total Information Awareness (TIA) mass surveillance and data-mining program. Healthcare workers in Colorado have received a live Ebola vaccine “for preventive measures,” says Immunize Colorado.
The injection was Merck’s ERVEBO jab, administered in case of a “future outbreak.” The situation is curious both as to timing and place, because just north of Denver Health where they work, a “new $12 million, U.S.-taxpayer-funded lab is being built in Fort Collins, Colorado,” according to investigative journalist Jon Fleetwood.
“The lab will import bats from around the world and experiment on dangerous diseases,” explains the Daily Mail. One of those diseases is Ebola.
Dr. Richard Bartlett believes this could be the setup for the next pandemic. He warns that the lab is funded by Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance, the same group linked to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
He says untreated Ebola has a 50 percent mortality rate and that the FDA package insert for the live-virus ERVEBO product lists a shedding rate of an astonishing 31 percent.
Dr. Bartlett is the recipient of a meritorious service award from Texas Gov. Rick Perry, who appointed him to the Texas Health Disparities Taskforce. He has nearly 30 years’ experience as a general practitioner and emergency room physician and is the medical expert for several media outlets in his region of Texas, including CBS. He has been four-times elected president by his peers of the Ector County Medical Society.

I think you’re operating from a flawed base assumption. You’re assuming that these candidates are making their own decisions. I don’t think that’s how it works. I think DeSantis will drop out when he is told to drop out by his keepers
I am a Brit who has watched US politics for 50 yrs.
In all that time I have never seen a politician destroy his career potential like Ron DeSantis.
It is quite remarkable how he has gone from a successful MAGA Governor to a total political deadbeat.
