New Hampshire is made up of two generally strong dispositions inside the Republican apparatus. This is a similar state operation to the Wisconsin structure of corporate club republicanism. Wisconsin and New Hampshire GOPe are very similar to each other. [POLLING DATA]
In New Hampshire, you have the traditional control apparatus (Bush group) and the voting base of Republicans (TP/MAGA centric); the two groups are deadlocked in a battle for control. Essentially, the party apparatus vs the will of the people.
In 2016, using the ground organization of Corey Lewandowski, the Trump team was able to overwhelm the club apparatus in New Hampshire and give the TP/MAGA voices the directional power. The party apparatus does not like that and has been fighting back ever since.
The billionaire class have been looking for a savior, some candidate that can supplement the DC Lawfare attack against Trump and provide an alternative. They have failed miserably. In part, their failure is because the traditional billionaire club control apparatus talks to themselves inside an echo chamber; much like the DC beltway, the professional Republicans just don’t understand the issues and dynamics of core Main Street, core MAGA voters.
WE THE PEOPLE continue to overwhelm the GOPe apparatus, because we refuse to be controlled. It’s a new era, the message is understood; the awakening is well underway… old schemes like the plans used to destroy the Tea Party will not work because there are more people paying attention to the accurate aspects of U.S. politics.
DeSantis was the GOPe foil; everything planned to enhance and support the DeSantis candidacy was planned long ago. Long before the DeSantis campaign launched, the RGA/RNC and Sea Island billionaire donors had that plan well in place. The 2022, a $20 million contribution from the RGA to DeSantis was part of that laundry mechanism to provide support for a 2024 presidential bid.
It’s not a goofy conspiracy theory any longer to admit; the institutions of the party apparatus (RNC and DNC), two wings of the same UniParty vulture, are every bit as corrupt as the DC system they were developed to support.
In New Hampshire the Bush clan has failed, with DeSantis who now drops to 5th place behind Trump, Haley, Christie, and Ramaswamy. How can Chris Christie poll at 3rd place? Easy answer – it’s GOPe apparatus polling from Monmouth and shared by The Washington Post. However, don’t dismiss the message just because of the messenger; instead, look deeper at what this message means.
DeSantis and Nikki Haley were battling for Sea Island money. Each of them positioning to be the destination of the funds to support the Never Trump coalition of globalists. Haley appears to have won the most favor amid that control group, after months of visible failure by the DeSantis team.
On a pure messaging and candidate viability scale, Haley is worse -a lot worse- than DeSantis. Yet, the billionaire class do not measure success by the same metrics as voters; so, she is viewed more favorably. Both will fail; the upshot of Haley will be of much shorter duration than the climb/fall of DeSantis. That’s the club problem, and it cannot be cured.
New Hampshire is a good bell weather state to watch, from the perspective of understanding how much the voters can see of the schemes around them.
The illusion of choice has long been the #1 threat I have discussed on these pages, and the reason is simple… It’s the biggest threat. In the past, the larger electorate fell into traps created by the professional political class; however, it’s a new era in American politics, and my hope is that people can see the strings on the marionettes.
The only true adversary the system has is Donald Trump. That’s why they, both parties, are going to such extreme lengths to get rid of him.

though, to be frank, i am pretty fatalastic about the money printing right now – IMO there is no step, however drastic, short of declaring bankruptcy, that will do anything more than be a bandaid.
The problem isn’t and never has been SS – it’s been the massive deficit spending on the rest of government and the outright theft for decades of the trust fund to create the illusion of something resembling fiscal responsibility.
Quit the theft and massive spending deficits, reduce the size of federal government and bureaucracy by 75%, remove the ability of non-citizens (illegal alien or otherwise) from receiving ANY funds (SS, tax credits, food stamps, business loans, etc.) either directly or indirectly (phones, transportation, housing, job training, etc.), and forbid government assistance to any legal immigrant until they have become a citizen and worked as one for some minimum time period measured in years.
Then start paying back the money stolen from the SS trust fund for the general fund and fix the health system that was destroyed by the Kenyan and BB.
SS has always been a massive ponzi scheme managed by the corrupt federal government for their own manipulation and use. The idea was good, supporting the elderly, but its execution was moronic as are most federal programs that end up as pay to play money laundering schemes.
One major problem with SS is that there isn’t enough young people paying into the system to support it. If what 47 percent of people are on public money where exactly does the money for SS come from? Also people are not having babies. Upwards of 70 million people have been slaughtered/murdered before they ever saw the light of day by their mothers. Even if half of them would have been productive citizens it would have been better for SS. It isn’t just a money and spending problem it’s missing taxpayer base to support the program. I don’t like SS because its a socialist program and the mandate from God was that children were suppose to take care of their parents, not the government, but reality is reality whether we like it or not and not having people paying taxes into the system eventually the system will fail.

I would fully agree with you that the likelihood of it happened is exceedingly small, but it helps to frame the magnitude of a few of the issues this republic faces and helps to set what should be our mindset. Would further note the difference is in why we each think it’s so unlikely.
Things like “holding spending at their 2021 level” or “trimming 5%” are useless acceptance of the status quo (please note that I said the size in regards to 75%- NOT the spending level, which while it can be reduced, can’t be drastically cut till the size is cut and the deficit drastically reduced).
In regards to what Congress will or won’t do – that is ultimately up to the people. As long as enough think that nothing can be done and the best that can be hoped for is minuscule change short of an all out revolution, nothing will change. The same goes with the craziness of voting for the same people (or even type of people) repeatedly and expecting a different outcome.
One doesn’t achieve great by setting a goal of abject failure.

In addition to what you say, address the theft of $500 billion/year, EACH for every year for the last 30 years, by the EU and China as well as lesser amounts by all countries.

When/if I get to that point, I’ll take anything based on pre-tax contributions 1st and do so at rates up to the amount that remains near the tax rates of capital gains regardless of need, fully expecting that future rates will be higher and the potential of government theft higher (unless of course the people choose to truly take the nation back).

An obvious question that just occurred to me concerns these wealthy donors who are running away from DeSantis toward Donald Trump. Supposing the donors are establishment, why haven’t they thrown their support to the odious Nikki Haley? Why would GOPe financial backers ever support such an anti-establishment figure as Trump?

I won’t go into all the groovy details, but my campaign was sabotaged from Day One by the REPUBICANS. It was not the Dems that challenged my petitions and tried to knock me off the ballot- it was the head of the local REPUBLICAN party.
Then the head of the phony “Conservative” party endorsed a liberal DEM rather than me, a MAGA Republican! So my Dem opponent got TWO lines on the ballot and helped me to lose.

Reading your post made me laugh. I had a friend of mine who I coached little league with, he was very conservative, ran on the R ticket and lost! well I was shocked because we live in a very rural S.J community known for being conservative. I wondered what the heck caused him to lose!
Well it turns out that there was a mini housing boom going on and people from north Jersey and Philly were moving in! They would complain on the local county newspaper about the smell in the spring of cow manure. I always thought of it as the coming of spring and very good Jersey produce.
Well my friend wasn’t stupid, the next election he ran as a D and won BIG. After the wing he flipped back to R and has run out the term limit on his mayor job. That’s why I laughed at your comment you’re spot on what you say!

Really a 3rd party with a grassroots core (low taxes, business/job friendly, open to ALL energy sources: “traditional” and emerging with level competition, individual freedom: you do you and I’ll do me, revamp education: core skills not indoctrination with emphasis on teaching real world skills in high school where students can thrive with their passions, and a focus on stopping illegal immigration with avenues for legal immigration streamlined) would gain support of of 60 to 70% of the population if the noise (abortion, foreign wars, etc.) can be shut off. I just don’t know how we get there.

You KNOW how the game is played, you know the players,…find a ‘fresh face’ unknown, and mentor him/her, and yeah the DINO undercover MAGA, in “Blue” areas isn’t a bad idea.
Those of us who ran our town GOP in the past did just what you suggest and we managed to get some good people elected.
The landscape has changed quite a bit in last 5-10 years however, and we now have a problem because there are no TERM LIMITS in our town. So the Repubs that we supported have been in office for over 10 years and all they’ve become are crooked politicians.
At this stage of the game, there is no one that I would throw my support behind or work for.
If Audit NY manages to clean up our elections in the next year or so, I will try again, one more time. But I saw after what just happened to me that these elections like playing in the Crooked Casino.

Actually, the way the RINOS gained operational control of the Republicant party, was by infiltration, insurgency thru the hierarchy (the “long march”) in order to take over the controlling positions and USE the POWER that resides there.
Once they controlled the State Executive Committee, they control everything.
They control the State Party Chair, who they can remove at any time with a simple vote.
They can write/change the State Party bylaws, as they are doing with proportional delegates.
They control the distribution of resources, $ for campaigns from the RNC, and Congressional campaign committees,..
And so they can control WHO is elected (selected) to the key positions of County Recorders and Boards of elections.
Once they control THOSE who count the votes, they control the State; Judges, County Sheriffs, all the way from Mayor (and so Police Chief) up to U.S. Congress and POTUS.
You can pound away at a solid structure forever, and make no real progress.
Or, you can ANALYSE its structure, HOW it is built, identify the key stress points,…and then relatively small pressure (squib charges) placed at those KEY points, brings the whole thing down.
Attacking Ronna McDaniels, McCarthy, McConnell is wasted energy accomplishing nothing.
Taking out the State Party Chair, and replacing with MAGA, also a distraction.
But, replace ONE State Party Executive Committee with MAGA, and the whole RINO Structure can be undermined, as the foundation is pulled out from under it.

Any Republican who cannot state that unequivocally will never receive my vote.
People argue that Establishment Republicans don’t care if they lose elections. That’s obvious. But they will care when it becomes clear that no Establishment Republican will ever be elected president. They will care when the Democrats have a veto proof majority in the Senate and their is no need for Schumer or whomever to throw the Republicans a bone. I spent 8 years in NH. Voted for Buchanan in ’92. It was glorious beating Bush but as “first in the nation” we were awake way ahead of the rest of the country to the globalists.

They could not steal the NH Primaries because they were paper ballots.

An excellent article, and the explanation of R party dynamics, using New Hampshire as an example and Wisconsin as similar, can actually be extended to ALL States.
In every State R party, this schisms exists, and the battle is ongoing.
The precinctstrategy has largely resulted in precinct captains and the teams of volonteers they supervise being MAGA, and in many/most States, this infiltration/insurgency has moved up to the District level, and in some cases the County level.
Many get discouraged, pointing to all of the sunlight exposed perfidy, and saying “but even with this exposure, nothing has changed!” however this isn’t true.
Because the Az. audit FORCED Az. State Legislature (RINO) Leaders to take actions to frustrate the audit, thereby exposing themselves, they were voted out and censured by the party.
Because the District board for Maracopa County Republicans refused to strongly condemn the MAL raid, THAT act of intransigence motivated the activist base to call for elections, and vote the barstuds out.
The ultimate battle for control of the political power of the Republicant party, is at State Executive Committee level.

This is how I understand the current state of the GOPe vs the vast majority of the actual Republican voting base. The reason ordinary people with real, non-political lives join and support a political party is that the leaders of that party offer a proposition to the voters. The proposition is that they understand what the voters believe and want and that they will act in good faith to find, manage and support candidates who will act in the best interest of the voters. So the party handles the politics and the voters can live their lives confident that their interests are being looked after.
What has changed is that the Parties have evolved to more and more support their own interests and those interests no longer mirror the voters’ interests, but more importantly, the voters are more and more aware and disturbed by it.
So it’s beginning to work in reverse. Whatever and whoever the Party Establishment support is taken as a reliable negative indicator as to what the voters should do. When the party says “we support X” the voters are saying “then we support anything but X”.
This will inevitably result in the decline and ultimate demise of the two current parties and the emergence of alternatives.
Yes the RNC is a false choice; just as the DNC is. Notice how the DNC attacks the true Marxists if they grow too powerful, just as the RNC attacks the true Constitutional Patriots when they do.
I hope you are right. Should this false choice be destroyed, it will come down to the Marxist vs the Constitutional Patriots, game on.
It really won’t matter who is elected if we have an ART V convention. Counting state applications, some as far back as 1800’s, congress now has enough to call one. If they do, be assured we will lose our Constitution! I wish President Trump would address this pronto. The Koch Brothers are behind it as well as many other donors. The CON CON Folks are ripe with money to make sure the right congressmen vote their way. The dangers of re writing our Constitution perhaps with NO state ratification as NewStates Constitution calls for are too numerous to address here.
