I hope everyone is living their best life despite the created chaos intended to destabilize us. Several people have inquired about my not writing extensive research articles lately. Here’s what’s up…
There is actually a confluence of merging events that requires me to pause and think long and hard about whether the next step is correct for our CTH community in general, and specifically for me personally. It’s also very hard to write about this stuff without sounding like a braggadocious nut.
Here’s the problem that 360 million+ people do not comprehend.
♦ I need you to think about the person you are familiar with who you believe has a solid grasp of the scale of the problem in DC. This person doesn’t need to solve it, they just need to understand how massive the problem is. Who is the person you would say understands the root and essential core problem that creates the corruption in DC? Does that person in your mind, the person who really understands at a granular level what this corrupt enterprise is really all about and how it works, does that person look like Donald Trump, or Devin Nunes, or Kash Patel, or Ric Grenell?
Who would you assign that competency skillset to? Seriously, no joke – honest question, who understands the scale of the problem?
Here’s the hard pill to swallow, it doesn’t matter what name you put down, you are wrong. None of the aforementioned names, or any others, have a total picture of the problem from both a macro and micro view. None of them do.
The silo system in DC creates impenetrable barriers. I have not found a single person who knows how it all works and connects as a corrosive cancer buried deep inside our U.S. political system.
Factually, and I mean this with no joke at all, if you have been reading here for a while you have a better grasp on the problem than any elected politician. This is not a disposable line. I’m deadly serious. I have not found a single person inside the system who understands the dynamic that creates what they claim to stand against, not a single person.
So how can they fix it? Short answer, they can’t.
The only people qualified to fix this mess are the people who understand it.
Again, do you know who that is?

♦ After 12 years of stewardship over our conversation, literally 24/7/365, I also admitted I was not following my own advice. As Dr. Stephen Covey would say, “I was not sharpening the saw.”
I did not write for 3 days over the Memorial Day holiday of 2011, but other than that (and time spent in Hurricane recovery) every day I have researched, written and worked on this labor of love we call the Treehouse.
As time continued, the network of the Treehouse resources grew. We now have the ability to contact and review just about every facet of that previously described corrupt system.
I spend more time in contact with those resources now, answering their questions and raising a few more nuanced points for my own inquires. This, along with travel to educate myself, is how I can assert with confidence that no one understands the problem better than, well, us.
However, when you spend time facing down this corrupt system, it starts to gnaw at you… bigly. I am a person with strong central disposition, not easily knocked off mission and certainly not ever destabilized by the professional liars. But dealing with them, writing about their schemes, putting the sunlight on them (not what they would have us see) while constantly monitoring their moves, is exhausting.
♦ At the same time as the above came into clarity, I was also planning for the 2024 election year. Y’all know it’s going to be ugly… the scale of government institutions that are going to align against Donald Trump is going to make 2016 seem like a stroll in the park.
Part of that planning included the potential to launch a twice weekly recap podcast. Literally a mechanism to distill CTH articles and analysis into 30-minute, no extra words, straight talk about events. Twice a week (Sat/Wed). Self-hosted and only viewed here on CTH as the originating platform.
Everything at CTH stays the same, but every Saturday and Wednesday there would be a recap video on the more challenging stuff. Many people have asked, but there are a lot of issues that need to be worked out before such an endeavor is considered.
I discussed the technical issues with our server and data processing group, they feel confident they could handle the traffic. However, that’s the same thing they said right before the unique CTH issue of ‘simultaneous users’ surprised them.
Put it all together and I decided to sit still and pray about the next steps.
It is true that something has to change, something or someone needs to break through the nonsense and pretending. It is also true that continuing to do the same thing while expecting a different result is the definition of insanity.
I made a promise to pause, think, study, learn and pray before making any decision. And I needed the break.

I have working in Politics starting with Clinton. Before that I had a freind and my husband who Woke me up by leading me to these wise Patriot Activists who were telling the story of the coming One World Government. That is when I knew we the people had no control over DC. I read Buchanan,Schlafly,Goldwater,the New American,Rose Martin,Pheobe Courtney,and many others who wrote about what we are seeing now.
Schlafly told us of the Kingmakers now were would refer to them as the Globalist’s Elites and she was spot on. In 2016 she was one of the first to support President Trump and took alot of heat for it.Trump said you have 2 choices Americanism or Globalism. Being from New Jersey and the business we had gave us some contacts with Trump and we got to see his actions.As my husband who passed 10 years this April would have said Trump is the only one who understood what was happening to our Republic!
We are seeing the truth now. Some are waking up but they are putting hope into one person that is President Trump. He is one person this will take many Patriots to help STOP what is coming and what we have to clean up at every level.Local state and federal.For years the fight at the local has been about the Globalist’s plan UnAgenda 21/2030 we have fighting in Martin county for years. Patriots need to dig deep into this plan and stop it for this one way they will control us.

I admit it, I thought he was an extreme nut case back then.
William F Buckley took out Robert Welch. He wrote a hit piece about JBS for the National Review that basically painted them as extremist nut jobs. Before my mother died she said she was starting to think about looking into them and thought that they may have been right after all.
I read ‘None Dare Call it Treason’s in 1964, along with Phyllis Schlafly’s ‘A Choice, Not an Echo’, and became a conservative at age Eight.

Just know, whatever direction you decide, together we stand. If you do decide to bring on help for your quest, you already know there are brilliant minds in this group who would love to help you. Also, many here have written that while continued education is key, determined action is also crucial. A partner or three who might help you lay out specific action plans might help create the network of Christian Patriots we long for: those motivated by the truth and the Word. In short, don’t hold back on your transformation… let your wings spread fully and consider all which has been forming in your mind for these years. Good luck!

All of us are taking a pause along with Sundance. For myself, I have discovered the Open thread and the Presidential Politics thread where this site essentially runs itself. The casual reader can easily miss these informative threads since the entry is via the “more” link with no pictures to draw attention. Here the commenters provide their timely topics and witticisms. Of course, the danger is for hijacking the discourse by progressive trolls but somehow it seems pretty elevated and MAGA.
And by the way, us Treepers that are addicted to the daily Sundance blog are easily convinced that our Congresspeople also read it. I asked my congressperson if he reads The Conservative Treehouse and he said he never heard of it. I looked at him incredulously. I told him he might want to check it out because his name has been mentioned (by me).

I certainly don’t pretend to know it all; and it’s designed to prevent just that understanding. Intelligence (spy) services have long (always?) operated in this need-to-know, defense in depth fashion so that as they risk assets to gain information or undertake tasks, a loss can’t compromise the whole.
However, nearly all at this point (who want to) know those facts — the system is corrupt, intertwined, deep, and operating against the interests of Americans (at least) and everyone everywhere not already part of its system (very likely).
I don’t need to know the finer details of my cat box in order to know it needs scooping, and scooping until there aren’t any clumps left, and refilling with fresh. In fact I expect to need to do this on a regular basis no matter how well-intentioned my cats (odd analogy for ‘mouse’ but there ya go).
It’s a heavy, exhausting, and courageous commitment to know the things you know and decide every day to share/teach/explain/reinforce, as you have done patiently for so many years. Can’t help wondering how many watch lists you are on. Please stay safe, SD. Take the rest you need. Hope you know you are loved and appreciated.
We need a Civil Rights Movement + Community Organizers + Funders instead of only Campaigns for rigged S-Elections.
Instead of just massive campaign rallies every few weeks or months – we need to take notes from MLK + Gandhi + similar – with protests in different cities multiple times each month.
Walk outs – Labor Strikes – Sit Down Strikes —- and so on…
Look how the Panamanians have shut down their country by road blocks and strikes for 3+ weeks now in order to shine a very big spotlight on corruption in the government that greenlighted a Canadian mine that is despoiling indigenous jungle. If they can do it, so can we. However I’m not sure the average American has woken up from his stupor yet.
Totally agree, Trump knows how to put the country’s economics on a solid foundation of main street and how to negotiate international deals for the American people. Patel understands the gangsters in DC and how to wring the legal angle. Rick understands how the state department and the kickbacks into congress works. Nunes understands the treachery of working in committees in congress when all others are aligned against you. Running a country is a complicated business, it requires many hands and many experts in many different areas.
At any rate, the BIG UGLY is in full view in congress and in the court rooms where PDJT is a defendant. Hopefully most of the populace looks at it and wakes up to the fallacy of counting on anyone in congress to fix it. It looks like MTG is going to keep pointing fingers at the BIG UGLY in the GOP.
It’s exhausting just to read most of your articles and listen to most of Bannon’s podcasts. I can not imagine how much work it is for either of you to provide such volumes of information and insight. Thank you. Wish I had had this type of information during the tea party days when I still had energy and drive.

I have to read today’s posts again- so much to absorb, so horrifying to consider…I have NOT been asleep (I read you daily) my politics changed during Obama…I grew up in a family of Democrats but recognized he was something else…….. Keep fighting…this country is NOT theirs…it is OURS….We the People.

At this juncture in the knowledge explosion, not one person can hunt down, prepare, cook, digest, and regurgitate FACTS and TRUTHS against all the disinformation and misinformation currently found, much less have the fresh vision to scope out the next horizon (or two or three or four) of Truth and Action. When some of us were much younger, remember it used to be,
“Look, up in the sky … it’s a bird; it’s a plane; NO, it’s Superman!”
Not anymore, probably not ever; our only savior is the Only Savior. As for the “supermen” in our conservative community trying to be our saviors, they’re burning out, and/or to the extreme, are dying from the stress of informing us about the lies of the demonic left. Some are even getting caught-up in the schemes of the demonic left – cheating, lying, and thieving – used to deceive and silence us. Few, if any thrive in this environment.
That’s the vortex many righteous conservatives find themselves. And it’s endemic in the conservative community.
All we must do is look at ‘the top of the ticket’ to find an example of courageous hardening, in the face of TOTAL demonic onslaught, to reassure ourselves that if Trump can do it so can I.
Sorry, not sorry, but NONE of us are built and wired like Trump! No, not one.
So, a business can function quite well with a top-down leadership model – I get that.
But a business CANNOT function for very long when the leader at the top is a solo practitioner attempting to do it all. (See burnout and death language above.)
I am blessed and schooled by the articles and exchanges in CTH. The awareness brought us in MASSIVE analytics, the juxtaposition of ideas, the absurdity of comparisons, the horizons of ideas cast, all packaged with erudition CANNOT be understated.
The tapestry of ideas presented here would certainly have made William F. Buckley jealous if he were a reader/contributor. The possibilities of generating fresh and new ideas are quite frankly the explosive character of CTH – humbly channeled by Sundance.
To the point … the fundamental nature and intellectual capacity of conservative thought going forward would be greatly diminished if this forum vanishes.
In 2016, no one wanted to work in the Trump administration.
Today, superb talent has emerged from all over and they are ready to pick up the MAGA cause .2024 will be a very different “Trump administration”. One man could not do that all on his own. Few had his back in 2016. Many had daggers unsheathed.
Now any MAGA opposition will be in for a yuge battle. Plus just knocking off the king of the hill will simply not stop the momentum. No one wants to see the promise of America destroyed. Because there is no other. None.
You should run for some type of office Sundance, I think you can be the person you’re talking about! I’ve thought that since I first came here a year and a half ago. I don’t post much but I do always read and you’re much appreciated.
