God told him to run against Trump, before telling him to drop out, yada, yada, yada. Nothing grinds my gears more than Christians blaming God for their own stupidity.
Being said, Something bad happened to Pence in the past six months or so, I can’t put my finger on it. But he’s in a very dark place, something changed in him, I can feel it. I wish him no ill, but am glad he’s gone from politics, forever. He did it to himself.

Here’s my problem with Pence when he starts touting his Chritianity: he knows the words to say but there is no conviction behind them.
Every time I hear him invoke the Bible or God I look at him and think this guy is just pandering. He comes across as someone who really doesn’t believe what he’s saying.
Contrast that with the way he talks about war and you can see the difference. He really believes in war and is passionate about it. Not so passionate when talking about his faith.
That’s just the way he comes across to me.

In Indiana as governor, they spent all day on the phone despite her office being across the hall from him.
