The photo with the blue shirt appears to be reversed, judging from the lettering as well as the lettering being on the subject’s right side. Judging from the hairline as well as forehead creases it appears the photo with the blue background also is reversed.
He’s holding the fish with his left hand, is he left handed? If he is and the other two photos are reversed it might explain why the hairline appears to be trimmed straighter on what is actually his right side.

hard to tell but to me the guy in the security camera looks 10 years younger than the “suspect” photos… and in the security camera his head seems much larger in relation to his shoulder width/torso than the guy holding the fish/blue shirt.

The gun photos are not reversed….you can read “Thanks….” on the door in the right photo and the left photo shows the same positional visual clues in the same relative positions as the right photo….

I know the blue shirt photo is obvious. I wanted to draw attention to similarities of the hairline and forehead creases in that photo which, to me at least, look the same as in the blue background photo. Another similarity I’ve noticed is an area of different skin coloration that begins on the forehead above the nose and extends across the forehead above the eye on the right side of both photos.
I think it’s odd that the State issued active shooter notice would include a reversed photo. Blue background photo might be a driver license photo. Maybe whoever assembled the shooter notice somehow flipped the photo. Maybe it’s not flipped, but for the reasons mentioned it looks that way to me.

If he has a history of auditory hallucinations, which I saw suggested elsewhere, then the drug of choice would have been an antipsychotic, not an antidepressant. It’s the antidepressants that are implicated in many of these incidents. And people that suffer from psychosis very often, maybe most often are noncompliant with meds. That’s when they get this sick and, on rare occasions, go haywire.

My brother was diagnosed with sever depression and bipolar disorder. He was heavily medicated for years. He got the stomach flu and couldn’t keep his meds down for days. This caused him to go off the deep end with a sever psychotic break.
Once back on his medication he was okay, but ended up with some pretty major health issues due to the side effects of the medication.
He slowly weaned himself off of the medicine, started exercising and eating healthy and is in the best mental and physical health in his life.
From what I’ve read SSRI users must NOT ‘wean themselves’ off the meds. Suicidal/homicidal events are most common when medication begins, ends, or dosage changes.
A loved one of mine has done the same thing. Slow withdrawal and a healthy lifestyle can be possible. He has remained stable for decades. Also a bi-polar diagnosis.

But they have no permit required concealed and open carry, so it’s a good state to conduct an anti-AR15 event where that will be touted. The only need for a permit is if you want reciprocity in another state, so the permit figure isn’t a good measure of actual concealed carry. That will also be touted.
