the stories he presented in the first hour were mostly retreads but perhaps the campaign believes people need to be reminded again of past successes
I especially enjoyed the future plans trump spelled out in the last section of the speech and I hope it wasn’t too late after some people listening online may have gotten tired and tuned out.
The suggestion that the house cut off funding for some stuff by October of 2023 was very significant and I hope he talks more about that in the coming days to direct more attention on that

He always mentions when he goes “off speech”, and if, “that’s ok?”, usually to applause, as it was tonight. Sometimes, if you miss those asides, you miss a lot.
I listen to all of them, been to many. You wait for those asides with anticipation, if you know he’s going “off speech.” Sometimes it’s early on, sometimes it’s midway, sometimes it’s in short interviews before or after the speech. Sometimes he doesn’t repeat those asides.

I haven’t commented for quite a while. I have however noticed that the quality of comment has lowered considerably. People used to do their own research and made intelligent comments. It seems like a sort of hive mind has infested this site.
