She could care less about being VP. She’s seen The Meatball implode in the presidential race and now Noem sees a political opportunity here. Endorsing Trump was her way to get in good with MAGA when she runs for president in 2028.

My brain stem is being murdered via neglect, my autonomic nervous system is failing, cognition and functional capacity are at critical lows, all due to simple mechanical issues easily dismissed by ignorant indifferent functionaries paid to abuse veterans and deny care.
Oh Maquis, I am so sorry to hear of your tragic ordeal. You have my prayers for God’s miraculous healing, and for a good advocate to intervene and help you navigate the system. Since these conditions are fixable, I pray that doors open quickly for that to happen — or that Jesus himself makes a house call as the Great Physician and repairs it, as he still does today. (I have an insane faith gift, so that helps sometimes.)

You have accurate targeted the correct region, but it is a different etiology, though many of the effects of these defects are in some fashion akin to my own.
I have a Chiari Zero Malformation, my cerebral tonsils are “herniated” and grow too far down because my brain is to big for my skull, or one might riposte my skull is too small for my brain, I favor the former thought.
This is “milder” than such Chiaris where the cerebral tonsils or the brain stem itself are forced down into and located in one’s cervical spinal canal, it can be fixed in some instances, with better or poorer outcomes, some are devastating and unimaginably dificult to endure.
In my case, I am brain addled, I have crashed too many vehicles too violently and my brain is hypermobile, and I have worked much too hard in my life. I can barely tolerate being upright, it descends promptly and while it doesn’t produce certain sponge destroying pressures of most Chiaris, that portion of my cerebellum, my brain stem, and other elements that pass out of the skull there, have suffered frequent traumatic and endless chronic physical insult, I have Z-Coil shoes for leaving the house and Hoka Recovery Slippers for inside the house, marshmallows, walking barefoot risks laying me out as if a hammer struck the base of my brain.
My neck is extraordinarily unstable, especially at the CrainoCervical Junction, the ligaments there and many points below are very unstable and difficult to get into alignment. The ligaments were shredded in an accident that nearly took my head off four decades ago, and my neck stabilized itself via extreme muscular tension, painful and difficult to endure as my Air Force job had me being a contortionist all day long inside and around aircraft.
In Germany about a decade ago, a neurologist convinced me to accept Botox injects to mellow the muscles, they melted them instead, the painful support musculature is no more, and the instability is off the charts.
The few credible Neurologists I have dealt with have explained that I need brain surgery, simply to make room for my brain where it’s all crowded together, and I need work to stabilize my neck at certain critical junctures, most especially where my skull meets my neck, it’s possible a fusion at that point is in order, these I am less comfortable with than brain surgery actually, it’s so difficult to get necks right, but I cannot pretend it’s not needed.
I am going to have to create a more succinct missive for this, I wrote a response to an email that Ad rem sent me, and it was anything but succinct, I had intended to subsequently post in on the Prayer Thread, but fear it’s far too massive. I owed she and our Treehouse a long overdue report on the success of the prayers offered on my behalf three years ago when Heavenly Father miraculously removed my indescribably dangerous Borderline Personality Disorder spouse from my home and set me on a path of liberating myself from she and her spawn, so I had to address that before I even got to the medical, and I got carried away.
BPD’s are one of the most isolating of conditions, their victims, once free, are advised to move away because they can never wash away the destruction and falsehoods of their abusers, they can only, if lucky, escape them. I’ve in large measure escaped the BPD and her equally if not more dangerous children, but due to my condition, I retained the home, and retain the same distrusting if not outright vicious and cruel neighbors whose animosity I have no doubt are yet being cultivated by Club Crazy.
It’s a hard position to be in, but I don’t despair and continue to have hope, but the VA is either a lost cause or an enemy agent, and I am in a very weakened and fragile state at the moment, and things are happening in my head that are bizarre and frankly a bit frightening at times.
I will try to provide more succinct insight later, I stayed up too late to write my massive missive and am beyond fuzzy. I can only ask at this point for prayers, and bless you all for your kindness, my Treeper Family is cherished beyond description.
If Heaven allows, it would be nice to have friends around Spokane to hang with, but it’s not easy for people not accustomed to avoiding harming another with perfumes, fragrances and chemicals, most folks don’t know how incredibly blessed they are to be able to live largely normal lives.
It appears from all my studies that I have a Chiari Zero Malformation that is quite symptomatic; CranioCervical Syndrome that is severely symptomatic; and in combination the two conditions have induced DysAutonomia, a progressive failure of the Autonomic Nervous System, essentially my brain stem is dying from endless injury, insult, and neglect, and such is reflected in dysfunctional if not dead systems and organs from stem to stern. Whether the progression can be halted or reversed remains to be seen, but I haven’t met a single competent medical professional since my return to the States in 2007, and have been denied at every turn the most obvious of needs and investigatory avenues.
I am either facing willful murderers or the greatest assemblage of incompetents I’ve encountered in all my days.
