This ever-increasing lawfare to suppress (forever eliminate?) election challenges tells me that the Deep State will manipulate the votes in 2024 to deny PDJT his second term. Georgia and other states certified MASSIVE FRAUDULENT ELECTIONS. Every election standard was NOT MET.
The legal standard an election must meet, in order to be certified!
1. The voter rolls must be accurate.
2. Votes cast must be from eligible voters.
3. The number of votes counted must equal the number of voters who voted.
4. The maximum number of ballots in error, for a valid federal election, is 1/125,000.

That is pretty plain English. Why was it certified if demonstrably those criteria were not met?

Because those aren’t real criteria. It’s a wish list of worthy intentions, not legal standards. The only one of those that is even possible to meet is #2. Here’s what’s wrong with the rest:
#1. – While we would all wish voter rolls to be MORE accurate as a goal, they never can be completely. People die every day, and eligible voters who die too near Election Day won’t be struck off the rolls in time. States SHOULD expend more effort and money to quickly purge the names of those who have died, moved away etc.
#3. – The number of ballots counted never equals the number who voted. It’s always fewer, because people mess up their own ballots. They don’t sign them (when that is required). They vote for more than one person in a race. People even turn in blank, torn ballots to the drop boxes. I saw all these things as a poll watcher in two federal elections.
#4. – That maximum allowable number of errors isn’t realistic. I was observing in a small town of 10k, the seat of a small county of 25k, and saw about a dozen legitimately spoiled ballots that could not be counted for the reasons I listed above. There’s no reason to invalidate the election as a whole because a few voters can’t manage to follow directions on how to cast their votes.
Georgia has a couple million more eligible voters than my state. I would expect the small percentage of problems encountered here to be proportionately larger in number there.
#4 could be vulnerable to all kinds of shenanigans. What’s to stop the intentional invalidation of hundreds, if not thousands of selected ballots due to fraud? Maybe some ballots get torn in all the wrong places. Maybe somebody checks off additional boxes, thereby invalidating entire pallets of ballots.
This has obviously been done, when it is found that the down ballot is checked for all the Republican candidates, but the selection for President is somehow ..different.
While your hypothetical (last sentence) has happened, I don’t know that it proves any kind of fraud. I’ve voted for one different party candidate on a ballot several times in state races. I’ve also left contests blank in national elections if I didn’t like any of the candidates. Maybe not typical, but it’s still legal in a general, non-primary election.
My point about #4 was that using a standard of only ONE error allowable out of 125,000 ballots wasn’t realistic, since I saw more errors than that myself in a much smaller batch. Some people really are too inept at filling out forms to vote, but we don’t bar eligible citizens from making the attempt.
The point of the error concern is not the voter making an error, it is the vote counter making an error, ie a valid vote not getting counted or an invalid vote getting counted.
Spoiled ballots don’t just disappear. Yes, total ballots and voteR (not votes) counts should match 100% of the time.
Every lawyer practicing Lawfare should, by now, have faced a personal consequence, but hasn’t.

My office door has a gap at the bottom. It is also not lined up properly in the frame so you can see light through some places where you should see none. The noise from other rooms with TVs and computers running was too much, and vice versa. I took off the molding around the frame and stuffed it full of plastic bags all around top and both sides. I then put the molding back on and it is much quieter, stays warmer or colder depending on whether the heater or AC is on.
I have also used them as filling for door snake draft stoppers.
I also found a new use for my shredded paper. Mulch for the garden.

But the topic that concerned me was when Joel Olson (the individual doing the video) reported that the UK has appointed themselves speech and thought police here in the U.S. in order to curb anybody from going against the narrative. But, as usual, UK puts out statistics that cannot be used against them. This can’t tell anyone if being vaxxed makes you better off or worse. Though it does not leave much room for being better off.
If 1% was unvaxxed, then they would be 5 times as likely to die. Being vaxxed would be better. Not great, since vaxxed are dying, but better. If 10% of the people are unvaxxed, then being vaxxed would be a little more than 2 times as likely to die. So being vaxxed would be worse than being unvaxxed.
So this leaves out critical information to use in making judgements.
That information is available, but has to be “dug out” of theExcel worksheets that they provide.
I’m 100% on the side of this sort of thing, but rather than stating the vaccination status of all those who die by percent, we need to know what percent of the vaccinated die versus what percent of the unvaccinated die.
Also, we need to know what they consider “vaccinated” and “unvaccinated.”
Are the “vaccinated” only those who have kept up with all boosters as was the requirement in the past to be so defined while those who didn’t were put in the “unvaccinated” group or is “vaccinated” now anyone who has ever been injected even just once and “unvaccinated” someone who has never been injected?

Two years ago, I watched the Michigan citizens meeting with the city council members describing what they considered to be fraudulent voting. Dozens of testimonies were offered but nothing was ever done. There are people willing to come forward but TPTB are so corrupted, as far as I know they did not follow up.
This past election, I also watched the citizens meeting with the city council/election board in Arizona. They had some great witnesses who brought up significant information. No follow up.
There are shenanigans going on in North Carolina too. Mostly Act Blue as indicated by OMG (James O’Keefe).
I can’t provide any links because they have all disappeared. I’m retired so I can watch these long videos.
What has caused all this lying and cheating being done by state officials? The only way to fix it is to wipe it with a cloth and start over. (sigh)

An experience of many voters in many states on approaching voting line on election day “Sir/Ma’am, you have already voted. You cannot vote twice.” And their response, “No, I did not. Someone stole my vote.”
This has not happened to me yet. So I cannot litigate it. But class action lawsuits ought to be possible. Mass mail in voting and secret ballots cannot coexist without enabling fraud of this sort. If this happens to me, I will document it and seek a lawyer. There is no representative government if the ballot is commonly stolen without recourse.

Jim Cantore interviewed Governor De Santis who did an excellent job of explaining his competent and effective preparation for, and aftermath of, the hurricane. Cantore tried to bait De Santis into agreeing with global warming resulting in more hurricanes, but RDS schooled him in the abundance of past hurricanes to strike Florida.

From Friday (25 August), large online platforms and search engines will have to comply with the new EU Digital Services Act, a landmark law designed to combat hate speech and disinformation online. However, enforcing the new rules is likely to be challenging.
The Digital Services Act (DSA), which came into force in November 2022, introduces legal changes involving detailed new requirements regarding content moderation, flagging illegal content and regular risk assessments to protect users from online harms.
In February, the Act required online platforms to publish their number of active users. From these figures, the European Commission gave 19 platforms – those with over 45 million active monthly users, or 10% of the EU’s population – the status of “very large online platforms” (VLOPs) or “very large online search engines” (VLOSEs).
While the DSA will apply in full from spring 2024, from Friday VLOPs and VLOSEs will have to provide their risk assessments to the European Commission and adhere to much stricter rules.
The new legislation represents a legal U-turn, for the first time introducing fines for non-compliance, Peggy Müller, a lawyer and partner at the German commercial law firm ADVANT Beiten, told EURACTIV.
Fines can constitute up to “6% of [the company’s] total worldwide annual turnover”, stipulates the DSA. Further sanctions could also apply, including a ban from the EU’s Single Market.
Non-compliance may involve failing to counter illegal content online, failing to implement the possibility for users to challenge platforms’ content moderation decisions, or failing to block advertisements targeted at teenagers.
To address enforcement challenges, a European Commission Spokesperson told EURACTIV that the Commission “has been in regular contact” with the 19 designated services and “offered to conduct stress tests” on a voluntary basis.
In June and July, Internal Market Commissioner Thierry Breton’s team conducted stress tests with social media platforms such as X (formerly known as Twitter), TikTok, Snapchat and Meta’s Facebook and Instagram.
