This one is worse, significantly worse. Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell freezes again while taking questions from reporters on Wednesday at an event in Kentucky. This very disturbing cognitive disconnect is raising additional concerns about the 81-year-old’s health.

Congressman is a term usually reserved for Members of the House of Representatives. Although Mitch McConnell is also a member of Congress, members of the Senate represent their State in Congress and are usually called Senators, being the individual State’s voices in Congress. Maybe that is a cheap shot from me, but there are a lot of institutional differences between the House of Representatives and the Senate.
The term I use to refer to him makes “congressman” look/sound like the highest form of respect! I could care less that he is a senator. He is filth and evil in the purest way.

No. The appropriate terms are Representatives and Senators. Refer to their collective letterheads. Congressman/woman is the term used to describe the collective elected members of Congress (Legislative Branch). Aside from the powers and responsibilities delegated to the House and Senate, the only difference between the two is the term and number of people they represent from their state.

That same group has been the unofficial entourage of Mitch McConnell since he first rose to the top non-Presidential position in the Republican Party. That group almost always stands behind him when he does any press conferences. Other Republican Senators stand behind him in the rare event that the GOPe and the rest of the Republican Senators are in agreement about the subjects of his press conferences. This is the reason all would be national politicians always have large entourages to support their agenda in public. A large percentage of the voters respond to the mob mentality better than they ever do to common sense.

Politics aside, There can be a very serious medical reason associated with an undetected tumor. It appears he is mini-stroking. There are multiple causes, but One possible cause is an as yet undetected tumor that sheds clots as it grows. These mini clots can plug arterioles in a tissue like the brain etc and lead to loss of routine cognitive function even temporarily. He looks like he is becoming frail which could be an indicator as well.

Even though the Kentucky governor is a Democrat, he would be required by law to replace the Turtle with a Republican chosen from a list of three names submitted by the state Republican controlled legislature.
