I’ve wondered too with drones going over showing devastation and 1 maybe 2 very small views of smoke? Looks like the area had been fire free for weeks. No smoking buildings. Not even smoking cars. Even a regular car smokes and burns for long time with rubber and plastic, esp with so many, and you know there were some Teslas or similar in the mix.
A wildfire is a terrifying experience. They move fast and if there is wind and dry conditions it is as devastating as a bomb going off. No need for special weapons to get one started, just a match and a can of gasoline will work as well. Even a campfire improperly tended can do the job.

A couple of military bases in the vicinity as well as Coast Guard that could have been dispatched quickly to put out the fires from the ocean.

Below is based on my 20+ career in the fire service:
We walked over a body several times before finding it in a simple house fire. His legs and arms were burned off so we thought it was a dog.
People walk past exits due to carbon monoxide poisoning from the smoke that hinders their ability to escape. It’s not the fire that kills you, it’s your inability to escape due to carbon monoxide poisoning or smoke inhalation that kills you, then you burn.
Stucco houses with tile roofs burn all the time in CA wildfires – embers make way into attic vent openings, radiant (also convected heat as flames lay over due to high winds – its the convected heat that has more heat transfer) heat causes interior combustible material to ignite inside the home, combustible material next to home (wood patio covers, cars, boats, other “junk”, etc) ignites and causes house to catch fire through various avenues.
Normally, the floor and eye level of a house fire reaches 100 to 600 degrees with the ceiling at 1,500+ (convection heat rises and radiant heat goes to sides). With wind driven fires, the flames lay down changing the convection column from up to horizontal, more energy is transferred in direction wind is traveling to than would be normal without the wind (less energy in radiant heat which is the normal exposure to surrounding items/structures)
None of this is a conspiracy, abnormal circumstance – homes and buildings not built to in a manner to guard against wild fires without “defensible space” caught fire from a high wind driven wild fire.
I responded to fire in Napa and found barn and buildings burned to the ground, but an old Baja bug VW sat beside the burnt buildings untouched???

We have many fires up here and many are from lawnmowers in dry grass, cigarette flippers or the newbie trailer puller dragging the chains and spraying sparks into the dry grass.

Maybe someone (firefighter) was there with a hose. We did a control burn in an abandoned building and needed to protect a group of tamarisk trees (messy when they catch fire and hard to put out due to the needle litter underneath). We were 20ish feet away and put the the nozzle at full “fog” (a current of water instead of straight steam), that corner of the building didn’t burn as well until we shut our nozzle off – water droplets absorb a lot of heat.
Again, there’s nothing unusual about the fire given the high winds and dry fuels.
There are grass fires that burn without destroying the trees all the time – you need ladder fuels for the fire to transition into tree crowns. A tree with a 5’ diameter trunk needs a lot of sustain exposure to fire in order to start burning – think about trying to start a fire, would you rather take a match to fine wood chips (more surface area) or a log (less surface area)? Same thing happens with trees, a fast moving (wind driven fire) can burn down a house because embers/heat are exposed to something easily ignitable where as a tree, with dense wood, is only briefly exposed to convected and radiant heat, therefore the tree can’t “catch fire” (aka ignite).

I think Anthony has captured people’s sense of what is going on very, very eloquently. It reveals that the ‘common man’ has tremendous unrecognized talent that is the ultimate backing of individual rights and why I see us exiting this control period by a few very self-interested elites.
The issue is that we need move away from religious references to ‘evil’ and ‘wicked’ which are poorly defined and bring into focus that small portion of humanity who are sociopaths. Sociopathic behavior/personalities are well defined once you delve into this. There are specific remedies you can take once you identify who these people are.
The simple solution ,once identified, is not to give then authority over others. Understanding this makes the issue solvable without hurting anyone or depriving them of their individual rights. We just stop them from encroaching on the rights of others.
We need to educate better, move this issue out of religion and into human reality to deal with it.

I am reading reports that failed former Lt. Governor of Georgia, Jeff Duncan, will be testifying before the Fulton County Grand Jury. He shouldn’t. I barely know him but he was, right from the beginning of this Witch Hunt, a nasty disaster for those looking into the Election Fraud that took place in Georgia. He refused having a Special Session to find out what went on, became very unpopular with Republicans (I refused to endorse him!), and fought the TRUTH all the way. A loser, he went to FNCNN!

It’s also worth commenting here that the President is “the Executive Branch” as defined by Article 2, and he is specifically tasked to “take care that the laws are faithfully executed.” Corruption and election fraud are both Federal crimes.
Furthermore: the President, in performance of his Oath of Office, has immunity, just as a Member of Congress has while speaking on the floor of his chambers. He can say anything that he wants, any way that he wants, to anyone he wants. He cannot “commit a crime” by speaking. The SCOTUS has already ruled on that, and many other things.
PDJT’s team was INVITED, by county election officials, to come and view data, hence if there WAS a “breach” of election data, county election officials, and not members of Trumps team, committed it.
It looks like the J6 Committee illegally destroyed 50% of the evidence they collected. Congress should call in Timothy Heaphy, who was Chief Investigative Counsel for the J6 Committee. He’s supposed to have a stellar reputation-he wrote the official report on 2017 Charlottesville Riot.
