Things are a little weird in Iowa as one of the candidates thought it would be a great idea to start rapping on stage, and then things get really uncomfortable. There are moments in every eco-chambering campaign where the responsible voice in the room says, “no – just no” and protects the candidate from the big stupid.
I’m not exactly sure what the goal and objective is here, but (a) Ramalamadingdong did not have that voice in the room; and (b) apparently no longer wants to be considered as a viable candidate. Nothing else quite explains this level of cringe. WATCH:

As to Ramaswampy, his command performance was not only a humiliation ritual, it was Comms to Mathers: we know exactly what you did and tick f’n tock. I use the phrase command performance with intent.

There was one woman in the crowd (right/front) that was “feeling the Rama groove” but all the others seemed dumfounded including Gov. Reynolds who wisely looked afraid to join in.
Harvard rapper Ramaswamy must have been a better rapper than this flop political performance in “Nice Iowa.” However, I’m a biased musical dinosaur that still prefers great melodies etc.
I suspect his audiences in college were cerebrally compromised by substances of sorts.

Personally, I don’t care that Vivek breaks out a rap song at his “Km Reynold’s” meet *& greet” or whatever the f she is calling it, I still like him very much-esp since he refuses to disparage President Trump. He’s a smart guy but a relatable knowledgeable speaker that flippin makes sense.
Its kinda nice to see him having a little fun in what has to be an extremely grueling schedule.
I would like to see him as VP -just my opinion…
At the Fair, Vivek made it clear to the audience he does not want, won’t accept a VP position.

Why all the criticism and angst? Ramaswamy is at the state fair. This is not a debate stage. People are supposed to be at the fair to have fun.

also grew up attending County and
State Fairs. I still love them.
It is where the FFA clubs and other
such organizations have their
livestock projects they have raised
on exhibit to be judged.
People take the best of their harvest
to be exhibited and judged.
Quilting clubs take their quilts and
sewn items to be displayed and
judged.
It is an exhibition of what makes
America Great. Hard working
people who take pride in what they
accomplished.
Fairs are a LOT more than just…
FUN.
It is a big part of recognition
of the hard work by many.
To have a someone who wishes
to seek the highest office in our
country fail to recognize the importance
of the Fair to so many hard working

I have no problem with this. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Vivek is a young man, mid 30s & is the real deal. He’s not fake. He believes in MAGA and has never disparaged our great President, Donald Trump.
The only cringe is people critisizing him for this. He does not need a “voice in the room”, AKA handlers. He is real, he is authentic. Just like our magnificent President Trump, who also has no need for a “voice in the room”.
