The private corporation (RNC) has a vested interest in Trump delivering credibility to the organization. The Fox News corporation has a vested interest in Trump delivering credibility and ratings to the organization. Whether President Trump decides to attend or not, the desperation expressed by the two corporations is a little funny.

I think Trump’s smart enough to realize it’s going to be a tag team effort against him that will even include the moderator piling on. He may just go to get everyone else to raise their hand in support of the forever war against Russia in Ukraine. Vivek is the only other candidate I can see who won’t raise his hand in support of unlimited funding to “win” whatever it is we’re out to win in Ukraine. Trump knows Ukraine is a DeSantis weak spot. Big Ron has already changed his position once on Ukraine.

I quit watching FOX News 2 years ago and will not tune in to FOX for any debates. IMO, FOX no longer is the place where voters on the right tune in. It is because of the treachery that is always delivered by FOX that they have lost so much clout with the public.

I will never forget the last Fox debate where strategy going into the debate was to eliminate the President from the field. I’m bitter about Wallace/MeAgain/Baier doing that. I truly can’t see any logic in the President standing up there on a crowded stage and letting the clutter gang up on him. With his track record for the American people there is absolutely nothing to gain from attending. I sincerely hope he realizes that there is nothing to gain and doesn’t talk himself into participating. As an aside…McDaniel’s voice sounds like chalk on a blackboard to me.
